Only place I was able to find scrubs that fit! Being a petite male it makes hard to find actual bottoms that fit on the spot. Also, very affordable! Highly suggest anyone to stop by and look at their selection. Staff was also very helpful.

I cannot speak to the brick and mortar store, but my recent online buying experience was not good. I purchased a new face mask for my BiPAP machine. While the product did say in the description that it required a prescription, I was able to complete the purchase process without one...I kept waiting for it to prompt me to provide some kind details, but it never happened. The purchase was completed and I received an email confirmation that simply stated were getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent. I figured maybe someone would follow up the next day. One week later, I simply receive another email stating that my order has been refunded. No other details in that email either, just here is your money back. I email the info@ email address listed on their site to try and figure out why my order was refunded. I get a somewhat condescending email in return that simply asks Did you give us a prescription? Well no, I did not, but I was never made aware what I needed to do. I am not about to just willy nilly start emailing my medical history around. A CPAP prescription is not just written on a sticky note like you get filled at the pharmacy. What do I need to show them? How do I need to supply it? Is a picture in an email okay, or does it need to be old style faxed? I was never provided any instructions or made aware in any way they needed more info from me until the order was just refunded without details. I am thankful that this was simply a replacement face mask and not something possibly more serious or necessary. I found the user experience of their website to be bad, and I found their automatic emails to be bad and not provide the proper instructions or information. When I pointed this out to them in my email response, they simply replied with Says it in the description. Thanks. I submit a screenshot of the entire product page that I ordered from and I challenge anyone to find instructions on submitting a prescription OTHER than where it says Needs Prescription I admit it says that, but again, what am I supposed to do? I have found whoever is responsible for customer service to be curt and rude. I suggest people take their business elsewhere.

Good selection and nice customer service

I had to get stair lift installed in less than a week, USA team was able to come in and measure on a Thursday and installed on a Friday. I am renting, as hoping for speedy recovery, but nice to know that my father can safely go up/down stairs and maintain his independence.

Highly do not recommend, I visited this place a few days ago and as I was shopping, it was so humid, the air conditioner was not working, seconds later as I’m shopping in the aisle I witness a chipmunk jump out at another shopper and management seemed not to care, didn’t really do much about the situation, just laughed it off as if this happens on a regular.

Based on my very positive recent experience, I highly recommend USA Medical Supply if you are considering purchasing a Golden Lift Chair.When I first called and spoke with Natalie, she radiated warmth and expressed interest in making sure that all of my initial questions were answered.I visited the store and worked with Cinnamon to review the wide array of chairs in stock and held one for purchase. Based on Cinnamons recommendation I then brought my 97-year- old father back to the store to try several different styles and sizes. That wonderful advice and Cinnamons patient explanation of the features and dimensions of well over a half dozen chairs made all the difference. My father ended up purchasing a tall lift chair that fit him well - rather than the one I would have chosen!I was also very impressed with the stores Covid-19 precautions including greeting us at the locked entry door, having hand sanitizer as we entered, and using alcohol to clean the credit card reader when we purchased the lift chair. Kudos for a well-run store!

Spent time to explain all the options. Got everything needed very quickly. So glad to make the switch. Have informed the sleep center to use Footit now instead.
