If I could give zero stars I would. The woman was not only rude but Amazon specific instructions state do not put it in a box return it just the way it is. Obviously this woman feels like she knows more than Amazon. She should lay off the snacks and help customers more

Poor customer service & Bad attitudes. Adversarial communication with customers soon as you walk in. Theyre not helpful at the counter and their rating of 2 stars out of 5 is a fairly accurate representation. They charge $2 for a little piece of tape. Slow shipping from this location. Cranky people work here. Mean people. Mean unhelpful people. Very mean.Thanks for your thoughtful and glossy-eyed response, let me me reiterate----> Your employees are adversarial towards customers who, upon arrival with a package, need a (piece of tape). That defines poor customer service & Bad attitudes at any package shipping center.--- Perhaps you have a comprehension / common sense deficiency.In addition, your establishment has achieved the illustrious distinction of scoring 2 out of 5 stars as a result of numerous customer reviews. News-flash, thats bad. ***That rating constitutes customer dissatisfaction.***Denial is real and in full-force over there at your place bud.

Ive been dropping off and shipping packages from this location for several years and have never had a problem. The staff is friendly and efficient. Its much easier to drop off Amazon returns here than at Kohls across the street.

Dropped of a parcel, still hasnt been sent out in 4 business days. CVS or other amazon partners take care of the returns much faster. I do not recommend this UPS store. Much better alternatives available

Ive never had a bad experience here in the west Springfield branch. The staffAre always friendly and helpful offering great service with a friendly smile. I always come tol this location for my packaging needs!

This place is great. The folks are personable and pleasant. If you use them they will often times remember you. They keep all the addresses we send to..ie: kids that forget phones electronics clothes all that stuff. yes they get busy - like all businesses have up and down lines/times - but I totally believe they do the best to get your packages out to the correct shipper the first time the truck comes in.

Waited less than 1 minute to drop off a prepaid return package with 2 customers in front of me.The parking is very limited at this location, which combined with how busy it can be makes it hard to find a spot. Park at the Dunkin next door if you dont see a spot before pulling it.

I know the world is going through issues right now, but I brought something in to be shipped out (Ive never shipped anything before either thru UPS or FedEx) and the attitude this guy had was horrible... he acted like I knew what I was doing before I even walked up to the counter... I wont be shipping anything else out of that store again

Customer service awful. Today trying to return Amazon package they charging $1 for tapping the box. Now I have return before they didnt charge now Today they were busy i waited in line outside in cold windy weather so now they trying to take advantage. Thats bad.

Im still waiting for my package its been almost 3 weeks and the website is still saying theres been a delay. Not only that but my other package I ordered came in all messed up it looked like he literally just threw it on the floor .this is the worst postal service hands down and this store is even worse.

Excellent service from the store manager Linda! She assisted me with sending out a special antique auto part to be restored. She knew how to package it so it would arrive safely. All with professional and friendly service. Thanks again Ill be back when I need to ship something again.

Expected delivery date of today, ups was here for an extended period today and didnt deliver package. Called and its only available to pickup from depot on weekdays so Im SOL. would recommend finding a different delivery service.

Great service,strong company with the best crew and dedication,...but it is always someone in the team who doesnt care,, had an experience with a delivery ups driver who likes tailgate a car in front a drop zone at one of the local hospital clinics, and disregard speed at the same zone, understand the fast delivery...but pedestrian, people comes first than a package. 100 wasson ave.

The service was great! I have sent important documents from there and the women who helped me both times were amazing. They helped me find the right envolopesfor what I needed and helped me by telling me how to sent them for less money. I spend half of what I would have at the post office. I am definitely going there again.

Ive only been here once, to ship a package overseas using DHL. I think the employee there at the time was Nadia, or something like that. She seemed friendly and helpful, and when it seemed she didnt have an answer for something or needed help in the process of filling out the paperwork or how to do this overseas shipment, she took the effort to call her manager rather than say I dont know, cant help you or making stuff up. I felt her service and helping me out with this was pretty good. The person to who I was shipping this to was also receiving notifications within the same day about the status of the package, so I imagine the UPS Store was on top of that as well since pickup wasnt coming until the next day.In the end, my package arrived overseas safely so I guess everything was filled out and done correctly on the UPS Stores end, so thank you for that and the good customer experience with this employee.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I won’t be dealing with UPS anymore. I sent out a mint condition guitar to a buyer. UPS packed it and The buyer received it scratched and dented pretty bad. I proved to the buyer with picture those marks were not there when I shipped it. So they are “evaluating” it which means sitting in the store until someone wants to look at it. I called to see what was going on because it’s been a few days. An employee named kacey answered and said “I’ll pass the message on to the owner”, I said will she call me and he said I don’t know. So I call a couple hours later to see what that meant and someone else picks up and says she’ll pass the message along as well.... I said do you have my guitar and she says yes but that’s all the info I got. Then the untrained rude “manager” kacey Calls me back to say I’m harassing his employees and we don’t handle claims in the store and they aren’t UPS. So your sign says UPS, you didn’t tell me information on how it works and get mad when I try to get more information? Then he proceeds to swear at me because he’s upset for being incompetent. Nice job guys, I’m pretty sure they will hand me a damaged guitar and not cover damages.

I returned a package from amazon. 2 items from the same place needed 2 seperate boxes to ship back. 2.17 for a small box. When I asked for the label, to put it on a box at home, I was told I a rude manner it was not possible! Id have to start all over. For a box that 4×6!

Postal service is one of the worst services available. Customers are continuously taken advantage of because ups knows there will always be a need to move products and shipments. Dealing with ups is always a different negative experience every time. I can make arrangements all I want to have it picked up or delivered but they never get it right and there is no consequences for their employees.

I had the most awful experience at this franchise store. Their customer service was extremely poor. There were mistakes on my documentation, that were corrected more than once. The guy, who appeared to be uncertain on what he was doing, wanted me to sign a misrepresented document. I graciously stepped aside in order to accommodate the next customer, while looking over my paper work. Then, as I was about to approach the counter for these corrections to be made, a female customer started yelling furiously, that she was next in line. The two customer service representatives, Nordia and the guy without a name tag, instead of asking the woman to wait, agreed and they also told me to get in the line. I was just in the line. This was an international package, which made it more detrimental for the mistakes to be fixed. I eventually left and contacted UPS. On their advice, I returned to the store, retrieved my package, money and went to the UPS Customer Center. This was a short distance away at 120 Wayside Avenue, West Springfield Massachusetts, 01089. Also, the shipping fee there was almost $4.00 less. Awesome customer service. Thank you Karen for your courtesy and assistance.

Tried to give 0 Stars, this is worst UPS service i ever used, put address wrong, then second time put city wrong, passed 2 weeks still nothing, suppose to get it in couple days, now i will NEVER use UPS, i rather go get my bicycle and deliver it quicker to different state, are they still using bicycles seems like it, WORST UPS EVER F HATE THEM WITH ALL MY HEART. i wish they BURN in HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! now they f up my well being, suppose to get my cancer pills now have to pay hundreds and hundreds more that i dont have, i spent all money on f medicine, thank you UPS i hope u all burn and ho to hell or die very slowly like i am.( WOW UPS paid fake Reviews woooooooow, look all real ppl rated 1 star and paid 4-5 stars plus they say something about other company %100 fake reviews, is it even legal ? )

I couldnt believe that the cashier was going to charge me a dollar for a piece of tape! I was concerned that the label I printed would bleed and wanted I asked nicely if she could cover it with a small piece of packing tape. The clerk said that the store was not part of UPS (separate company) and that the owner makes the rules. I said, It is just a 6 piece of tape. Dont you think a dollar is a little much? She replied, Well, imagine if we had to do that for everyone? I was shocked. That is just really bad customer service.

Igor and kelly who work at the store couldnt seem to find a tracking number to give to me. the customer service is really bad. very argumentative. dealing with the people who work at this store was very difficult and i simply shipped one package. i would never go back there.

If i could give less than one star I would.I was waiting on the delivery of a very important package, the driver never came, said he did but he never left a notice on my door or anything proving that he did, now it is friday night and I have to wait until Monday to receive a package I needed today.Called the supervisors and they were horribly rude and did not seem to understand that having a UPS distribution center 25 miles away from a university that relies on deliveries due to not having a car. They think its fair to tell a student to take a taxi on a 55 mile roundtrip to pick up something that was supposed to be delivered and never was.Horrible horrible horrible service. Even worse drivers.

I was told that it was going to be from 2pm to 5pm it was going to be delivered, havent seen, it wasted my day plus i have night shift so i didnt get any sleeping what so ever, so yeah were the hell is my package, i mine as well have picked it up but now i have to wait till monday, thanks UPS

Really Bad Service, they stole my package and never shipped blamed it on USPS, when in fact they never gave it to the mail man and USPS doesnt have a record of picking it up from them. The owner wont return my calls, left several messages already, when this insident happed called the store multiple times and they put my calls to their voice mail, just very dishonest staff and owner too, people please stay away and dont trust them with anything

I searched google for a notary and they appeared as an option. When I got there, they had a sign that said that a notary works there. When I went in, they told me they haven’t had a notary for over a year.They need to fix this.
