Great place they took order over phone now waiting for them to install.

I called to get an estimate and got sent to different numbers because they were short staffed (which happens from time to time for any business). I gave themMeasurements and got a quote and set up an appointment for the technician to come repair our sliding glass door. No one showed. Two hours after the scheduled appointment, I called the office only to find out that the technician was on a big job that was taking longer than usual to complete. I was asked if it was ok to reschedule. We rescheduled and the technician showed up as scheduled where he proceeded to take measurements. Once he was done measuring, he headed towards the door saying he would get an estimate to me the next day and left. It’s been over three weeks, no response no repair.

This company is very unprofessional. First they tell me that they can waive the deductible on a windshield replacement and than they say they cant and even after that we schedule an appointment to get it done and they dont show up or call us to cancel or reschedule. I would give them no stars if that was an option. I took my business to safelite who made an appointment the same day and showed up and replaced my windshield.

Poor response .They ordered glass 3 weeks ago said 3-4 days its been three weeks and they wont return calls

Needed a special size mirror cut. The did a great job. Even soothed all the edges so it was not dangerous to handle.

Started on the phone with Brook, great communication and very accommodating - originally scheduling for the next day but got me in today because I couldnt park my vehicle inside tonight. Then Dee called me to check on a few things and went above and beyond on the glass repair. Attention to detail and going the extra mile makes all the difference. On pickup Cathy was so kind and efficient, she matched the competitors price and made sure that I was happy before she would let me walk out of the door. Brook, Dee and Cathy make me feel like part of the family, thank you. This service is why I have been coming here for years and keeps me coming back!

Worst quality on the caulk job around window to frame Ive ever seen. On time and real courteous over the phone but the quality of the work performed was terrible. Maybe some advise? Take some time and some pride in your work

The receptionist I talked to was extremely friendly and helpful. Their estimate over the phone was the best out of 3. This review is for the customer service only as I havent had the window put in yet.UPDATE: The technician who came to put in the window was very professional. However, the window they ordered was 5 too long. The tech gave me the option of having a new window cut & reschedule the installation, or cut into the wood window frame & make the opening 5 longer without extra charge. I chose the latter, since the window was one by my entryway it wouldnt matter. The tech did a good job and made the window opening look good like it was originally part of the house. The window looks great!

The staff at the WVC location is always so nice. Ive used Central Glass for many years for broken windows on the house, windshields and rock chip repairs on the cars. Always friendly and hands down the best price.

I had a broken window replaced. Their technician Juan was nice and courteous and got the window fixed in no time. Great company!

Quality work done quickly and like half the price of other places. Had my passenger window broken in and they had it replaced before I could finish my food at village inn.

We had 13 windows replaced on our home and the installation of them was very poor workmanship. It literally looked like someone had finger painted with the putty. Nothing smooth about it. When talking to the lady at the front desk she said that we had a crummy house anyway so it didnt matter what it looked like.We also had 2 shower doors installed and less than 2 years later 1 door has sprung and allows water to leak out while showering. It has caused damage to the bedroom next to the bath.After spending over $4000 I wish I had spent a little more for better products and service.Will not call on this business again for any work needed.

Kathy and Dee have always shown kindness, care, and provided quality work throughout the years Ive worked with them.

Had some communication errors, but after talking to Kathy they are coming back to make things right. Kathy shows good customer service which is very hard to find these days.

Got a rock chip that morning, called them up and resolved it within 15mins. Thanks so much!

Great playground, lots of shaded tables for lunch

Promised end of the day or next day. I’m a week and a half out just to get my vanity mirror 6 inches height and a foot long replaced and the last time I called last week after a few days they said they would get back to me and didn’t. I called today and they said they just had a hole to drill. I took my glass and took to Murray glass.

Got a round shaped glass cut for the center table my kids broke, perfect fit and really cheap.

They do everything, and if they cant, they dont overcharge for out of house work like tempering special cut glass.
