Looking for a place to do a restoration process for one of my cars. I was very well attended by the staff of VECTRA and for any type of general service in your car I recommend. I am satisfied.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would!! They posted the vehicle on facebook pretending they were a private seller, giving me their address, which when I got there I realized was a used car dealership of course. I ended up buying a car there, only to have it start having issues TWO DAYS after I bought it. Their response was pretty much too bad, so sad, all sales are final. I told them how my dad is a lawyer, at which point they then told me theres no lemon law in utah for used cars, so there was nothing I could legally do about it. My friend had mentioned to me that there was a one week return policy for used cars from dealerships in Utah (note: turns out thats not true, but they didnt know that), at which point they said theyd take my car and fix it for free. They lent me a car from their lot, and I went on my way. A week later they returned the car, wouldnt let me talk to the supposed mechanic, and the car started having troubles again within ten minutes of driving it. They clearly had done nothing to it, apart from keeping it for a week so that I couldnt return it. After that they stopped taking my phone calls. I took it to a trustworthy mechanic shop, and was told that with all the problems the car has, the cost of repairing it wouldnt be worth it and that I just need a new car. Its been three month since I bought the car now, and it has completely broken down. I now have no car, and I need a working car for work, as Im a nanny who has to pick up the little one from daycare and drive her to various activities every day. I dont even know what to do at this point, as I used all of the money I had saved up on this stupid broken down car! NEVER EVER EVER USE VECTRA!! Im in contact with Get Gephardt, if anyone who sees this has had a similar experience, please contact me.PS- the only 5 star review given of this place is from one of the car salesmen who works there.

I bought a car here and was told that we would be contacted to replace the windshield and that they would pay half but never heard back. I later found out that the battery had been diconnected to turn off the service engine light. These people are not honest and dont keep their word. I dont recommend purchasing a car here ever.Yo compre un carro aqui y me dijo el señor que me iva a llamar para cambiar el paravrisas frontal y el iva a pagar la mitad .Nunca me llamaron despues de comprar el carro. Despues nos dimos cuenta que desconectaron la pila del carro para apagar la luz de servico. No es gente honesta y no cumplen con su palavra. NO recomiendo comprar aqui.

I came back later that day with cash to pick up the car, but he then stated they did not have the title at his location. He said we could pay now and he could give me a receipt so I could come back on Monday to get the title, but having been scammed before I told him I would not pay for anything unless I would get the title. On Monday he texted me and informed me he sold the car out from under me to a buyer who had cash. The only reason I did not pay was because he didnt have a title, not because I couldnt pay! DO NOT GO HERE. HE IS A SCAMMER.
