Great to work with. Really fast in the drive thru for my request of 2 dozen donuts. Everyone really enjoyed the great treat for the first week of school.

We decided to use Dunkin Donuts to surprise our kids with a trip to Legoland. It worked perfectly! The donuts were yummy and we all loved them.

Great donuts and breakfasts. The one gal that was helping us was really nice. Fast and friendly. One person was a little rude-he thought others should be helped before us because we were getting several boxes of donuts so we should wait until last—but it was early so let’s just assume he was tired. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I love this location. The staff is super friendly and easy to work with. The donuts are delicious and always fresh. The lobby is kept clean and orderly, I’m a stickler for this! I would recommend you stop by for sure!

This place was really good! It was my first time coming to Dunkin donuts. The staff was super nice and coffee was great! Kids loved the ice drinks too!

First time Ive ever been to Dunkin Donuts, and also my last. Im never going back.Ordered some hot coffee and it tasted horrible. Im not sure it even had any of the added flavors I requested. Also, is it normal to have the cup served half filled...? I didnt notice until I got to my destination, or else I would have asked for a refund. I didnt drink out of it and nor was any of it spilled before I noticed. The place wasnt busy at all when I went, so I dont know what excuse they have. Not to mention, I was with someone who ordered a coffee as well and they got the same thing. Half a cup of absolute disappointment.

One of my go to breakfast spots. This location is usually pretty quick and the staff is very nice. I love that I can get the same vanilla chai and sour cream donut almost anywhere I go. Thanks Dunkin!

Bad food, bad customer service. Sandwiches seem to be microwaved, staff forgot to give us half of what we ordered and gave us the wrong items.

Inconsistent service at this location. Staff seems to be great some days and mediocre on others.Food is as expected and the donuts are great. Hopefully the service aspect can be kicked up a notch. Hard to not like a good donut.

Went to today for a simple order which was two donuts and a caramel iced coffee. Waited in the drive through for 30+ minutes only to get my coffee with no caramel. It’s pretty disappointing honestly because at least get the order correct if you’re going to have people wait that long.

Every time I go they are super friendly, quick and amazing.

2/5 because they usually manage to mess my order up. I dont get the drink I asked for or a few times they skip out on 1 of my 2 egg & cheese wraps. Im picking up coffee to try and get where I need to go quickly & most the time it takes forever to get through the drive thru. I dont have time to complain and correct the orders so Im just leaving this here.

The West Valley City, Utah location is the worst one I’ve been to. I don’t drink anything but Dunkin’ coffee so I was excited to learn there was one 5 minutes from my new job. Been in there twice and both times the service was awful. The girls don’t know what they are doing. We waited 25 minutes for 3 coffees. None of which were anything fancy. Today my drink was wrong twice. First they made it an iced coffee, then they gave me original coffee instead of French vanilla. Neither girl seemed to care it was wrong. They were more irritated that they had to keep remaking it.

I go to Dunkin‘ Donuts everyday before work. I always order the same thing everyday. One hot coffee 6 creams 6 sugars, and a beacon egg and cheese on a croissant. Where I live there is only 4 locations and this one is by far the worst one of them all. I went in today, (07/29/19) and ordered the usual, once I pulled up to the window and paid. I was given my sandwich and coffee BUT this time it was handed to me cold instead of hot. I let the employee know that my “hot” coffee was cold and not how it was supposed to be. Then the cashier starts to give me a lame excuse about how they refrigerate the creamers and that 6 creams is pretty much is 75% of the coffee and therefor it makes the coffee cold instead of hot. She also said that the coffee was old and had been sitting there and didn’t even bother to offer me fresh brewed coffee. I ended up asking for a refund and leaving unsatisfied and pretty much left angry at the fact that they thought I would buy their lame excuse. This isn’t the first time they mess up one of my orders but this time they took the cake. I don’t recommend coming here and will definitely not be coming back to this location. If anything I highly recommend going to the downtown location. They offer better customer service over there and they’re less likely to mess up your order and leave you satisfied.

Always good, but avoid the drive thru... This location its almost always faster to order online and pick up in store.

This location is the closest to me, so Ive gone many times over the years and have been consistently disappointed. This location specifically leaves old promo signs up, runs out of everything, says itll take too long to make something (egg & cheese wrap) so they just dont make it, give the wrong drink size, wrong drink entirely, or forget you ordered at all. They have even been closed during normal business hours with employees inside, but will let you sit in the drive thru without taking your order. I keep going back thinking it must have been a bad day or a fluke, but its always something. They dont attempt to make anything better, either. Go to the Midvale location, theyre always nice, fast, and have everything available.

I decided to make an order at DD because they are professional right?! WRONG! I ordered dozen customized donuts for Sunday 8am. I got my order 8:35 am (so late) and I asked to marking letters on top the filling donuts. I got a normal donuts with a hole, melted letters and glazed was so thick and melted. I think a 5 years old kid can do better. So disappointing. Never again

Waited in line inside the store for 30 minutes behind 2 people who ordered coffee.Finally got my doughnuts and went home only to find out that the box was short a doughnut.Counting to 12 should be relatively easy.

Great coffee, bavarian creme filled donut I recommend.I am a trucker, I was able to park across the street and walk over to this place.Looks clean, they have bathrooms too.I came here during a snow blizzard, it was cold, this place felt peaceful, I am definitely coming back when I come back to Salt lake city.

The wait didnt bother me, but then not only did they forget one of my drinks, but it was wrong. It was supposed to have whipped cream, and it seemed like a totally different drink was made instead. I left without complaining because maybe there was a miscommunication. The employee that helped me did apologize for the wait, and everyone was nice in general. But, Im still disappointed with how my coffee turned out :(Oh, and I also didnt get a receipt. And the register was left unattended half the time, with mostly drive thru orders being taken.

I needed two dozen for Valentines, and they were running low. The young lady helping me went in the back and hand frosted a bunch for me so I could avoid running late or waiting for a new batch to be made ! GREAT service. I only give 4 stars because I did call ahead and the gentleman assured me if I came now they would have the 2 dozen ready.

We ordered two bacon breakfast sandwiches and two maple donuts in the drive thru. At the window they handed us the donut bag with two donuts that were obviously not maple. When we asked and handed it back, it took several minutes for them to let us know that they didnt have maple, thus the substitution. We took the donuts anyways, and they had us pull forward. We waited 5-10 minutes and they brought us a bag with one ham breakfast sandwich- it was for the other car waiting that had come after us. The girl asked what we were waiting for and went back inside. We waited another 5-10 minutes and the girl comes out again with another sandwich which isnt ours. She then says, Oh, we never made yours, and goes back inside. At this point my husband went inside and got a refund.

They have really good coffee, and cheap prices, but I’m not sure if you guys are under staffed, or goofing off, because it takes forever to get coffee out to us. I see people backing out of the drive through.

I went at 8am and they were out of about all of their donuts. Did not get a lot of options. There was no one inline in front of me and it took about 5 minutes to notice I was there. I would go again only because my son loves donuts.

This DD is my favorite location. Always quick and never much of a wait, if any. I do wish that I could snag the donut of the month, but in all the time theyre open, no matter what time I go, I just havent found it. That apple croissant donut sounded and looked amazing. I viewed from a far only :( Iced coffee is my favorite and there are always super delicious choices for flavoring. I love how the app now gives the option to order ahead. While I have not ever used this option, I like that its there if youre ordering more than a coffee and donut. I also love the DD Perks. I am always getting free drinks!

Waited at the drive thru for over an hour. Finally got to the speaker and had to wait another 10 minutes before I could give my order. Went straight to the window because the person in front of me had already left and had to wait another 10 minutes. I ordered two frozen chocolates and they had not taste. I had to pretty much reach into the window to put my card in the reader because she just gave me my total and walked away. An hour and a half to be treated like an inconvenience and beverages that were definitely a let down and not worth the money I paid

Older lady at the front.. not very patient, doesn’t really understand what she is doing and should have a little more knowledge on what she’s doing and have some more patience with people. Today she literally said “oh you want something else now, I have a drink to make” couldn’t believe it. The drive thru girl is the bomb though. Super sweet.

I went to this location on 3/19/19 and placed my order for a bacon egg and cheese bagel at 8:12 am. The cashier Debbie was the only good thing about this visit. I went to the restroom and came out and a few minutes after that the cook walks to the counter and says sausage bagel or something and then hands a guest the bag. I wait till 8:26 and have still not received my food so I went up to the register and asked Debbie about it and she went to the cook said I was still waiting and told her what it was and the cook was like I already made that and then started to make a new one. After like 30 seconds the cook comes up to me and was like what are you waiting for and didn’t I already give you your food? I said not and that you gave food to the other guy ( I also look nothing like the other guy). Finally get my food and it sucks. It’s just so dry and all I can really taste is all the bread from the bagel. I used to get the same thing from McDonald’s when they had them and got it minus sauce and it never tasted dry like this. I would say don’t ever go to this location unless your time means nothing to you and you like to get second guessed and also like people to call out the wrong food item even tho they just made it plus like bad food.

I am literally waiting in the drive through for 42 minutes now for just a dozen of donuts! Great food but Im now very late to work and to a meeting I was hoping to get donuts for. There were only 3 cars in front of me...

So they were out of bagels and they were also out of old fashioned donuts. And thats all that I really wanted from there. I also got a iced vanilla chai tea and when I got to the drive-thru window they gave me my drink for free because they were out of everything. And I was totally okay with paying for my drink even though they were out of everything else It wasnt that big of a deal. They were super nice about it and I ended up giving them a $4 tip. I went there as soon as it opened to get treats for my work colleagues on Halloween. The early morning staff had no pep in their step. The hot drink I ordered was just warm at best.

I ran in at a fairly slow time of day expecting to grab a couple of sandwiches & be on my way quickly. The woman at the register was friendly & efficient, that is where the positives stopped. I sat patiently waiting for my food & another customer came in, ordered his food & stood at the counter. A few minutes later an employee asks him what he is waiting on & disappears. 5 minutes later he gets his food & Im finally acknowledged. After waiting for 21 minutes I FINALLY got my 2 sandwiches & was asked if I wanted some donuts on the house for the wait. Do they really think a couple of free donuts makes up for a ridiculous wait & ignoring one customer while filling the next ones out of turn? I will definitely NOT be going back to this location.

I went there this morning for breakfast, and it was not very good. My order of medium hash browns was maybe 1/3 full and they were COLD. Not warm, or barely warm, but full on cold. My sandwich was at the bottom of the bag and it was not wrapped in a sandwich wrapper (is that a usual thing?). I feel like I received someone elses half eaten order that they returned. I discovered the hash browns right away, but didnt have time to turn back. I discovered the sandwich when I arrived at work.

Drive through was a joke this morning. 12 minutes just to order, mind you 2 people were ahead of me but they were only taking 1 order at a time. I sat waiting to order for 4 minutes. They took an order, made us wait, then when the car in front of us was gone they took our order. Total 16 minutes to get a large iced coffee. 5 people in the drive through behind me. Please please please take orders as they come dont do 1 at a time. Super frustrating to say the least

My first experience was the worst. I ordered a regular blend small coffee with a hazelnut flavor shot. Brought out a small hazelnut latte. They were confused over the difference between a flavor shot and a flavor swirl. The hashbrowns were so over cooked even at first sight I wondered how they had the nerve to serve them to me. They were better described as thick chewy chips. At least the sausage egg and cheese croissant was decent. I ended up dumping the coffee down the drain. Heading to starbucks.

Paying $5 for a iced coffee that tastes like water. Poor service. Don’t suggest

This place is a joke! The person taking our order in the store kept talking to the drive through customers on his headset at the same time and kept interrupting me mid-sentence and then asking me to repeat my order. Then he got the order wrong anyway. The coffee was burnt and nasty, the bathroom was disgusting, they forgot half of our order and I had to go back up to the counter to ask for it after we waited for a long time. And all of this was during their slow time. I cant even image what its like during their busy time. This was our first and last time in this place.

Oh my. I waited for 10 minutes for my coffee! Come to find out they completely forgot. Not the first time either. Service and speed really going down hill. Im extremely annoyed with there lack of care and service. 17 minutes in total and Im on my way to work. I prefer dunk in over Starbucks but after this experience really considering going elsewhere.

I was not satisfying with my donuts. Theres was only one car in the drive thru and as soon as i got my bag of donuts everything was smushed on top of each other and the frosting was getting all over the doughnuts they didn’t take there time to put the donuts in the bag the way it should be. i have pictures so people cant think that is not true.

Love the food, but they tend to be slow when it comes to the drive thru. They mess up our order almost without fail every time we visit, but their customer service in terms of their professionalism and attitude is always great, so we usually dont mind. Great staff. Dont stop here if you have somewhere to be, though. You almost always have to pull forward and wait for your order, especially in the mornings.

Ive been here a few times over the past 6 months and every time Ive been, they are out of several menu items because they are thawing. Today, the menu screens were blank and when I asked what breakfast sandwiches they have available, they had none because it would take several hours for them to thaw. The person working the counter was deadpan and not apologetic at all. Poor service, poor selection, poor choice over all.

The coffee and food is good.The customer service is poor at best. Make sure to check your order before leaving. It’s very common to pay for what you ordered and not receive it. They also like to argue with you and say you didn’t order something or already received it even when you have a receipt to show them. All of this will happen after you wait 20+ minutes for your order even when you’re the only customer there.I would stay away from the donuts as well, they always seem to be stale no matter what time of day it is.This location has gone way down hill over the last year.

This place is hit and miss it depends. Who is working.But yesterday I called and they held some dough nuts for my kid.Last month they disappointed my sister gave her wrong everything.Time before that awesome.

This location seems to be mismanaged. Only go here if you are not in a hurry and want to be forgotten in the drive-thru.Today I used the unoccupied drive-thru, I was given my coffee immediately, but was then left there waiting for about 10 minutes for the sandwiches that I ordered.The time before that, I was asked to pull forward to wait for my food. I sat there for about 20 minutes before an employee came out to ask me why I was waiting. They eventual got my order to me. I went this morning at 5:30 am & there were no cars in drive thru, yet I waited like 5+ minutes for them to take my order. I ordered 1/2 dozen donuts and I asked for 2 pink frosting with sprinkles and there not even pink! The rest of the the donuts’ glazed are so thick they seem they made them in such a hurry. First and last time going to this location. No wonder it has so many 1-star reviews.

Came in and order 2 doz donuts. Had quick, friendly service. Selection was great. I love their donuts.

Walked in around 10am. Not a single person in the store. 2 girls were standing at the front counter, one was wiping down the counter and the other one just starting to talk to the girl wiping the counter. Neither said hello, or I’ll be right with you. Made eye contact with me and proceed to wipe the counters down. I walked out. Someone needs to teach these teenagers some customer service. Wasn’t like this when I was that age

This location never has what you want. Right now it is that they dont have pumpkin muffins. I have tried 3 different times this season alone and everytime they dont have them. today I was told that they only make two pans a day because they dont really sell yet they dont have any because they sold out. Figure that one out. *Rolls eyes*

Although they have good Donuts be careful when ordering anything else. Their eggs taste fake and artificial. And their hash browns that I love seem to only come 4 per package for a dollar. Beware!

The donuts are good. Thats the only reason for two stars. They lacked variety so I placed an order, paid, anticipated coming back in a few hours. The morning cook got sick and I chose to come back the next day for my order. When I returned they had my order wrong. There still was no variety left in the store so I returned an hour later for the order I wanted. No one really apologized, they tried to have me pay for it again, all the employees were grumpy.

We love the food and drinks here and that they always have something new on the menu to try. We had the frozen chocolate recently and it was amazing. This location is nice and clean and the staff is really friendly.

Its great that young people are working. Too bad they cant listen at the same time. Went inside to place my order and the young man missed half of the order. The food we did get was good. But couldnt reorder because of time constraints. Ill go back another time to try again.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE! It’s on my way to work so I thought the convenience would be nice but anytime I’ve been here I’ve been treated absolutely horribly. Save your money and go elsewhere. It seems as though this place is ran by very very young and immature individuals whom have no respect for anyone let alone common good customer service. Also keep in mind that you will be waiting for your order for about 20 minutes if food is something you purchased.

Pathetic excuse for a store. Staff is disinterested and incapable of simple tasks. Starbucks is hot trash but at least they can provide me the correct item I ordered,Amazingly I have not managed to have a single order delivered to me correctly. Perhaps a caramel macciato and turkey/egg/cheese biscuit is too complicated of an order. Perhaps they should hire people with attention spans in excess of 5 seconds.

This is my favorite Dunkin Doughnuts. I LOVE these guys. Sadie was working the drive through this morning. I know we were a pain in the butt. But she just smiled and went WAY out of her way for us. Im the kind of person that will drive across the valley to go to a place where Ive been treated right.

If you want a microwaved breakfast sandwich that has still frozen spots within it, this is the place for you. If you want a donut shop that doesnt even have glazed donuts available by 8:15 in the morning, this is the place for you. Im not sure whatever happened to the guy that would wake up at 5:00 because it was time to make the donuts but he must have retired or something.

Service is always slow, especially in the morning. Espresso machine is nearly always broken. Quite often out of breakfast food items. Sadly about the best place locally to me to get a decent breakfast sandwich.

Products are good, but the service is not. And they mess up my order almost every time. I keep coming back because I like the coffee, but every time I wish I hadnt.

Sorry to say this place has very slow service and their Espresso machine is never up and running.. but that is just my opinion, some people may not mind waiting around or not being able to get that much needed espresso shot on their way to work in the morning.

Dont bother coming to this Dunkin. Was going to get a dozen donuts, but there were only 4 types left before 10am! Wanted cappuccino, but the machine is broken. Its a coffee shop, without coffee, donuts, and helpful employees. Complete waste of time. Left without buying anything going to drive 20 more mins to actual Dunkin, and try to scrub this sad excuse for Dunkin from my memory

Donuts were yummy! Customer service was good. My only complaint was that they forgot the French vanilla syrup in my iced coffee.

Hated my experience. Place 3 orders from which the first one was not given to me after 20 minutes. The person working on my order asked me 3 times what I ordered which means she wasnt getting even close to make it. Then I was asked for 3 more people and they said they will get it right away. By the time I was waiting Ive already lost all my break and wasnt at work when I shouldve been. Did not return the order due to the waste of time and I needed the food. I will never go back to this location. My advice is, dont take the risk and instead choose a different place where they will be serious and provide you with a better service.

Barely before 10 am on a Friday and their donut selection was wiped out. I asked if that was all they had and the girl behind the counter said “pretty much” how does a donut shop not have more donuts to last them all day?

I use to love coming here because they’re better than Starbucks but not anymore! I ordered 2 Boston cream donuts both were hard and barely had any cream. They put them in the bag upside down so when I took them out all the frosting stuck to the bottom of the bag. I also ordered a large ice coffee and paid for extra syrup and cream. It was so dark I don’t think they put any cram in it! I had to get the little half n half cups they have and make it myself. I Also ordered a large latte and once I got home and took the lid off it was half full. What’s up with that? Their service is really going down lately. Sorry Dunkin, I won’t be back.

My family and I occasionally come here for donuts and sometimes coffee. Not occasional customers just every now and then thing. Only two stars because the drive thru is small and my truck can fit but I have to jump the curbs. :(

Great access to where I am staying. They dont always have what you order from the phone app but they make up for it in replacements and kindness.

I was there today on a Saturday morning, nobody there. Just a relaxed morning and I had to wait for a bagel sandwich, which is ok in my book, but when .I wait and get my sandwich and find out the bagel is completely burnt. What the hell? You already made me wait. How hard is it to let me wait longer and not get a burnt bagel?

The manager here is so incredible. I went to pick up an order with my toddler and she let him behind the counter to pick out a donut. She was so very friendly and inviting. I will definitely return and recommend this location!

You have to get here early to get fresh donuts. They do always have a good variety of donuts though. The donuts are delicious and near my house so very convenient! Service and training need help. Theyre either stone cold staring at you or theyre asking each other questions till theyre all shrugging and confused.

Dunkin has good donuts and good coffee. My dislike was the new sausage scrambled cup. $4.99 for what seemed like 4oz. Its Not worth the money. You can get more food from a dollar menu anywhere else.

I own my home near this location. I went in this morning (05/31/2019 at 7:30 am) simply to grab a bagel and some orange juice. there were two employees standing out front talking and the Older lady inside was cleaning a hot chocolate machine. A lady and her kids were waiting in the lobby for food and she was clearly frustrated. I grabbed the orange juice from the small refrigerator at the front. I waited 10 minutes at the front counter and wasnt even acknowledged. the female employee looked at me several times but didnt even respond to me when I said Good Morning. This was the worst customer service I have ever received from a restaurant in a long time. The Corporate Headquarters needs to look into this location and clean house! This was a mess! Like the food but absolutely think the customer service is the worst. This place has the potential to be great but is just staffed poorly with seemingly untrained employees. Please DO Something about this! Thank You!

One of the young girls showed up for her shift parked her car in the very front spot, walked in with an attitude while I was struggling to carry my drinks and let the door slam in front of me. The girl who took my order was nice enough and quick. Donuts were slightly stale. Behind the counter didn’t seem the cleanest. Seems like some management game needs to be stepped up.

First time ever visiting here. My teenage daughter wanted doughnuts and we decided to go out here for our date night. It was about an hour and half before they closed. Remind you I never been here. As I proceed to tell the young man it was my first time and wanted to know how it all worked, pricing..sizes..flavors ECT he frowns and says we dont have any doughnuts actually. What we have out is whats left.Instantly another dark haired man comes around and asked what I was looking for?Long review short----- I wish I could remember that guys name. He jumped in with excellent customer service and did what he could in helping me with a dozen doughnuts in the back. Glazed fresh!!! They were Delicious as well. It took about 15 min ... Well worth the wait! Thank you for the amazing experience!

My bf and I went here for coffee and food. I asked for a hot special latte. They gave me it cold 😑 my bfs coffee was cold too and so was his sandwhich. Never will come here again, they didnt even have a muffin so my bf had to settle for a croissant. Customer service wasnt all that either. Would not reccomend coming here, save your money.

Takes forever to get a sandwich, everytime I have come to this location, 3 people standing behind counter talking, guy at front counter doesnt look like he works there, no uniform on. He scanned our coupon and after I sat down and looked at receipt realised it didnt even get applied. Sandwitch was hot and drink was good.

Great donuts and fresh coffee. Restroom wad dirty and needed cleaning. Staff thanked us for bringing it to their attention and said theyd fix the problem.

Not horrible, but a little bit of pleasantness would go a long way. I dont think I would go back here.
