I know there’s a lack of stock, but it was like these guys didn’t want to sell me anything. Worst “sales” experience I’ve had in a long time. Was like the guy couldn’t be bothered.

Spencer was very helpful in finding several bikes in my size and took the time to explain the differences of each. Very seamless buying process and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I called the store before driving 1 hour to make sure that the specific bike that I wanted was in stock and assembled, they told me that it was. I got there and they only had the electric $5,000 version, not the $2,000 model that I wanted. I wasted 2 hours of my day on them. Dont do the same.

I had an interesting experience today that I feel is worth sharing . . . I live in Idaho and drove over 225 miles last spring to purchase a bike specifically from High Country E Bikes. The purchasing experience was worth the drive and I decided at that time, that I would make an effort to support this business with my bike service needs even driving over 225 miles to do so. I had an opportunity next coming weekend to drive to Utah and since I was having a few minor problems with my bike, thought it would be a good idea to take it in for a tune up. I called today to schedule the work to be done mentioning that I was coming from Idaho and would like to drop the bike off early the next Friday and asked to pick it up the next day Saturday before closing (an entire week away). They were accommodating as long as I paid a $50 same-day-service fee. I understand why they would want to charge an additional fee for someone who just happened to stop in and want their bike fixed the same day -- but I was scheduling an appointment a week in advance. Obviously they were able to fit me into their schedule. So I know longer feel the need to drive the 225 miles to have my bike serviced from them. I will keep my business in Idaho.UPDATE: I received a personal email from the manager of High Country E Bikes. Although they will still charge me a fee for expedited service, I feel better that they are trying to understand the needs of the out-of-state customer. I will do my best to support them in the future.

I had 47,000 questions (possibly an exaggeration) and they answered all of them. I was also very indecisive and particular about things and they worked with me. Great place. They had lots of patience to work with me.Update: I had a small issue after I purchased my bike and I contacted them. They were extremely generous in their response and went above and beyond what I expected. I am very grateful to these guys/gals and for getting me out on the trails. My bike is so much fun.Every single person that I interacted with there was super friendly and helpful.

I bought an electric mountain bike here several years ago and I can tell you the experience was wonderful. I was in need of a new battery which is a challenge due to these unprecedented times. But I can tell these guys really care and want to share their passion for the type of life changing experience an ebike can be. They have helped me get the battery.

My husband and I went there last Saturday to shop for bikes. There were a few people there and I assume that some of them were employees, however after standing around, looking at bikes and waiting patiently for someone to say something, (for about 1/2 hour) we finally just left. We never once were greeted, heard hey were busy but well get to you, etc, dead silence, not even a hello. Looks like our new bikes will be purchased elsewhere.##### Easy to say but the truth is people were pulling up and walking in and out in a very disorganized manner and didnt appear to have reservations/appointments, however giving benefit of the doubt a simple acknowledge and suggestion to call would have been right.. We in fact were the only ones wearing masks, no one else there was or appeared to care. So, before you pull the Covid card, might just be easier to actually acknowledge someones presence and politely say please make an appointment. Stone cold silence is rude.

Amazing staff. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I had a knee scooter for 2 months for a broken foot. It was much better than crutches. They also have some awesome looking electric-bikes!

I had an Excellent experience with the entire staff at High country. they listened to my specific needs and recommended exactly what I needed for my situation. when I came in the door was opened for me as I walked and and when I rolled out with my rental the manager helped me load my rental into my vehicle. Granted I did go into the store at 10 AM on a Tuesday. Either way the entire staff here was very nice and pleasant to work with. I recommend any one to come in and work with them.

The Employees & owner are so great. Every time I go in there, Im never pressured to buy more than what I came in for, even tho I REALLY want a new bike. The mechanic is so patient with teaching the user how to ride the bike & do basic maintenance & when to come in for a tube-up. Theyll even go outside with you and ride around for a bit to make sure you have everything down. Thanks, High Country!!

The owner of this place is fantastic, hands down. They have excellent deals and great selection on high quality e-bikes. Unfortunately, the girl that answered the phone was not very helpful she said they would take a few weeks to service my haibike because I didnt buy it from them and wouldnt look at it. Ludicrous. I really want to give this place my business.

They were so kind and helpful! Amazing costumer service. We went in because I got injured and needed a scooter and they asked questions and were concerned for my recovery. All three workers there at the time were very kind and helpful.

The guys in the shop are great to work with. I needed a scooter for 10 days and they gave me a great rate on a 2 week rental. Most places will only rent for a whole month and for that rental amount I can buy one. I will definitely use them again

Had a very positive experience at this place. Their mechanic Spencer is very knowledgeable and has been a huge help in picking out the right bike for me within the criteria I gave him. I also ended up scoring a very sweet deal on the bike I wanted. Very friendly and courteous service, no pushiness at all. They sell iZip, Magnum, Haibike, Vintage and some other e-bike brands plus scooters and some medical devices. Try them out if youre shopping for an e-bike.

Steve has been so awesome to work with. They have been life savers for the use of the scooter.

I am a 63 yr old woman needing foot surgery. And I could not put any weight on it for 6 wks, so I went hunting for transportation. I found High Country E Bikes on KSL . All the guys there were nice and helpful. I started with a scooter with big wheels which drove so smoothly. But it hurt my knee that had had knee replacement. Then they suggested a Gemini which had a seat instead. It worked great!! Drove it around the house, outside, to the doctor and store. It fit in my SUV very well. Crutches would have killed my arthritic hands. It was wonderful to be able to rent the scooter, also. So HIGH COUNTRY E BIKES thank you so much for saving me!!!😃😂😄😃😃

I went to High Country this afternoon, about 2:45pm. I was not greeted in this medium showroom. The gal behind a computer didnt lean over or stand-up, she just addressed me facelessly from behind her terminal if you have questions they are at lunch I think is what she said. It was hard to understand her. Seemed like they had great bikes but no one was present to help me. I viewed many sexy bikes with price tags hand-writen on index cards (only about half the bikes had legible pricing), hard-pressed to find something for me (I am no pro about bikes) and upon several viewings the same gal said prices are not what is written, we have a discount. I wasnt sure how to respond, no one had asked what I needed or wanted, and was this discount $5 or 50%? No idea. I walked out with no added knowledge about eBikes or what I should buy. Sure wish I could have bought from a local vendor, I need to keep shopping.

We had to buy a new oxygen concentrater and after reading many reviews and a referral from Dr Bigelow we bought a new model with a 3 yr warranty and the service and price are world class!!!

It is ILLEGAL to ride any ebike of any type on any Forest or Parks Service land, as well as BLM land where motorized transport is prohibited. They are classified as motorized vehicles and you will be ticketed and possibly impounded as such. Popular trails where they are ILLEGAL for use include the Bonneville shoreline, any trails in the cottonwood canyons, milcreek canyon, American fork, and all of summit county where trails are marked as non motorized.
