Dont go to this Harmons for the Bakery or Deli or produce made items, Bakery-cookies will almost always be hard, bread hard as well they dont bake it there anymore it gets brought from other stores, the cakes beautifully decorated but dont taste very well. Deli-chicken is either dry or not cooked especially the tenders, the staff not very nice just a couple are managers/leads are horribly rude. Produce-Managers are just unhelpful and rude like they dont have time to help, dont expect the fruit to look good, pretty dirty compared to other stores, just dont care about how they look when they put fruit&veggies out like mold on strawberries or onions rotting, The pre made stuff the workers dont change gloves as least what I heard a worker say & they dont clean the fruit like Ive see other stores. Just go to another grocery store at this point Harmons isnt offering any thing different just high prices. Its sad they got rid of some things that set them apart like Artisan Bakers in every store Ill miss shopping at Harmons.

Let me share my experience of the salad bar today. The lady putting up the food drops the food, then picks it up with her gloves, and then with the same gloves she starts putting food on the table touching stuff from the ground to the buffet. The workers are not friendly and highly judgemental. We asked 3 different associates if you could reload a paypal prepaid card here, they all told us, yes at customer service..... we went to customer service and he told us no. We told him 3 different employees told us yes and his reply was well theyre not the ones working back here. So I think I would know.... just the way he said it and his entire attitude was extremely off putting, arrogant, and demeaning. I hate when I have to shop at this Harmons.

Ive been going to this store for years and I love it. It has an incredibly inviting atmosphere and really good employees! The prices can be high for some things but its worth shopping here.

Make sure everything rings up correctly before you leave- otherwise you have to drag everything back to get your refund. Oh and the $16 bouquet of the month is ringing up $20 and they couldnt care less to fix it in the system or apologize.

Worst place ever dont even have camras looking through the parking lot like any one can rob u ooh oops people get rob there all the time makes sence to add cameras but nope not harmons must be low class and the prices are higher then smiths Wal-Mart and reams prices put together lol a joke of a store maybe one day they will better there customers! Harmons quality is ALWAYS superior to competitors. I have always had great customer service experiences but I wanted to share my WOW experience I had this weekend. I ordered a Hot wheels birthday cake online for my 5 year olds party. Somehow the order wasnt sent to the store . I expected to be told sorry that they will credit the charge . Instead They made it right by communicating and asking for a few minutes to make the cake . The cake was delicious and beautiful. The customer service I received was exceptional. The food is delicious and the service is amazing. I love Harmons .So grateful to have this store in my neighborhood.They have the BEST frosting Bakery is worth every penny.

These guys dont get the credit they deserve. Harmons is the best grocery store on the planet. If you think otherwise then i bet its because you work at Smiths and you cant afford to be honest.

This has been my go-to grocery store for years now. I came on Google reviews to make sure that this grocery store is recognized for their cleanliness and professionalism. At times like these, during a pandemic with a highly infectious virus out there, this is the only grocery store that I trust to clean all regularly touched surfaces like carts & card readers. Every time I go in, I always see staff wearing masks and practicing cleanly standards to ensure that they are mitigating risk. Thank you Harmons for taking a solid step forward in setting a better standard for places of business.

I liked that they had someone watching the doors to make sure people are wearing masks. They were spraying carts down outside as well. Thank you harmons for taking the proper precautions for your customers. The store was clean and the sales associates were nice.

Use to love shopping here theres no doubt they have the freshest produce and at one point the kindest staff members. Today things changed. Two higher up managers maybe regional manager and store manager. I recognized one but the male manager. He looked new to me. Yes iv shopped there enough to know and visually recognize every one over the years. My son had his mask on and we were at check out already done scanning. One manager approaches fastly and mentions I need my mask while in the store I responded that Im on my way out and was about to say Im exempt in this state from having to wear said mask do to accute respiratory issues and my breathing conditions. Before I could say anything the other higher up approaches me fastly and says and I quote. Actually I cant even sell you this stuff because its the law to have your mask its mandated. Not ever giving me the chance to reply or considering if maybe I was exempt from needing a mask. He was rude, demeaning and quite frankly arrogant to me. They just lost my business for that encounter. Extremely rude and non considerate. Refused me buying drinks for my sons party, and milk for cereal in the morning. I was already about to used my debit card and he pulled my cart away from me and told me he cant have me checked out at this store. Its nice to know that a harmons manager took food away from me and my son and absolutely discriminated against my health.

I go go this harmons all the time. Friendly and helpful always. Today a gentleman came in didnt want to wear a mask and refused after being asked to, and yelled the whole way out. Harmons did great, everyone was calm and he left. Its a mask, we all hate them but they require it, if you dont want to wear one go somewhere else. Not come in and complain because they ask you then just dont. Will still shop at Harmons. Great place. Although the old paper bags rip easy these new ones dont. Keep these please.

They dont care about people with breathing disabilities. They want people with breathing disabilities to pay more to shop online. Ill never shop here again. Harmons used to be my go to place for their deli, but no more and never again!

My favorite place to buy groceries, the food is always fresh, the deals are great and the store is very clean and neat, everythings easy to find.

Pretty disappointed with this Harmons bakery. Your prices are higher because of quality and freshness. I bought 2 things of cookies chocolate chip and celebration butter cream cookies and both were pretty crunchy. The Harmons in Draper and Lehi are always soft and melt in your mouth. Im just sad I went out of my way to come here for bad cookies.

I just want to say that each and every time I go into this Harmons or any Harmons, the people that work there are so nice & friendly. It makes it worth while to shop there. I applaud them.

Was told I could not enter their store because I was not wearing a face mask even though I was wearing a face shield, they offered me a face mask which I cant wear due to medical reasons as instructed by my doctor. I was in their location last week and many times before wearing my face shield and have never been stopped. Last time I checked they dont have any signs indicating Im not able to wear a face shield.

The woman named Laurie who works on behalf of the post office in this Harmons was extremely rude and standoff-ish

The team at Harmon’s West is always very pleasant. I recently tried the eShop option to pick up my groceries, and they have once again followed through on a great experience! Sala was my shopper, and she informed me of some unavailable items, made substitution recommendations, and was friendly during the entire process, including loading my items into my vehicle. Great job to this team for the hard work and positive attitude kept during unsettling times, keeping me as a loyal client.

Very nice, clean and expensive

I absolutely love this store and the staff, they are always so willing to help in anyway possible. I am only 5 2 and I was struggling to grab a bottle of low sodium soy sauce and one of the associates came by and asked me if I was in need of help, grabbed it for me. Asked if there was anything else he could help me with and even told me to have great day! Also, their meat/seafood department is absolutely amazing when it comes to fresh fish, large crab legs. Even crab cakes are available for request, they even have a little sushi bar next to the Deli meats. Everything about Harmons us great and I love that they sell more local items them most grocery stores in the valley!

The staff is super friendly and helpful, the food is always of excellent quality. It has the best selection of fruits and veggies. Its a little pricey, but the people and the quality of products make it worth it.

Love the meat sale, the store is always clean, like the salad bar. Sometimes the salad bar is wanting or needing to be refreshed but it’s better than many others I’ve tried. The cashiers are usually friendly and this last time the cashier was GREAT. I think his name was Mitchell. I pass no less than four grocery stores on my way to shop at this one.

I love Harmon’s. It’s clean and bright and always has fresh fruits, vegetables and meat. Their customer service is hit or miss but I think it’s like that anywhere you go these days. I accidentally bought the wrong spice a couple weeks ago and they exchanged it without any issues.

Ordered 5 breakfast trays, 2 continental breakfasts were simply never made, 2 dz donuts were stale (tho they insist they were fresh). this store has crapped all over the Harmons name. but hey the fruit tray was good.

Could use more organic food (and produce). Local foods. Good service! Good sushi. Good products. Yummy cheese. We love the drunken goat cheese the best.

My experience today was really bad . I was trying to buy a 12 pack of Seagrams and a12 pack of Mike’s, when the cashier “Mitchell” ask for my ID I give him my legal Utah Mexican ID, he told me I cannot buy anything with this ID, I feel discriminated because I have already used my ID in the Liquor store before without a problem. I went to fresh market and the cashier was very nice. She accepted my ID without a problem. I feel discriminated from this person, and I don’t think this should happen in a market store like this one....

The store is fantastic. The lines are short, the staff is great, selection of food is amazing, and fresh. I shop here only because of the amazing selection ; but, because prices are so high I also shop elsewhere. High prices is reason for 4 stars.

Rude employees! I came back and gave it another chance because this store is on my way home from work. The cashiers are so rude. Browsed the bakery and was surprised by how little was available. 3rd time is a charm, I will never shop here again.

Closing time and the line was really long so I left to my car n came back right away and I got refused to stand back in line even tho theres still 5 other ppl in line! I explained I was previously in line n left to my car but no sympathy. Now im late on my rent!! Horrible customer service...

Smoked Brisket is the #1 reason I come here on weekends. They serve already smoked brisket and Riba that are amazing! And the lady that cooks them is also the one that serves and she has a great personality and really knows what she’s doing? They smoke about 20 briskets on a Friday night so they can sell them all Saturday.They also have the best selection of meat available. Far better than smiths.I bought some of their sourdough bread, some of their slaw, and their brisket with traeger bbq sauce and this is what I came up with :D

They always have balloons, live plants, post office and pharmacy. The only place that has $2 huge artichokes when they are in season! They also have a deli section. AND for dog lovers they have a dog cookie area. The only complaint for me, is price, and rewards. You have to buy a ton of things to recieve anything free or any gas points, smiths Is better in this department.

Pretty solid grocery store. I like the cleanliness and it being less busy than Wal-Mart. Definitely much cleaner and more simple. The only Draw back for me is pricing. I have found that I pay 15-18% more on same grocery bill when buying same items from here as opposed to Wal-Mart. I suppose you pay that up charge for the quality of experience....Ive asked for price matching which they do on some items but you get thelook when you do.

Dont usually make comments about a store but felt compelled to this time. I love most Harmons stores in Utah. They are clean, friendly, and have extremely high quality products. I have a part time job that has me doing sampling demos for a local companys products that are sold in harmons and other local grocery stores. I came to this store recently and was taken aback by how abrasive, and at one point rude, their head foodie Vickie was. When I arrived to set up she demanded I show her my food handlers permit ( which is not legally required in Utah for the type of product I was sampling) and then told me where I could set up. After I set everything up she came by my table and criticized me for having a stool to sit on and having a drink nearby. She told me I need to hide the drink under the table . She did all this while I was in the midst of interacting and talking with customers. It was extremely rude. Now I understand every store has a particular way of doing things, but there are more effective ways that are kinder and less abrasive to interact with people. I have never had a similar negative experience at any of the other Harmons stores Ive worked in. Once again I have no problem with this particular stores rules on sampling, just the manner in which they were communicated to me.

The post office were unprofessional espically the one with the red hair that works on Sat. March 16, 2019 at 4 pm. She is unprofessional and trying to make fun of customers espically if theyre not her kind. However, other ladies that works there are more polite.

Look the store is good and beautiful. But i think they should be more packed than what it is. This is west valley onebof the most populated cities in all utah if not maybe the most populated. I think what has them not so full is probably because they are always asking for donation this donation that. Its good but nowadays its hard to trust where does our money really go to and especially when west valley is more of a low income city. But i think they are worrying more about having a presentable store than actually trying to have the customer buy stuff like the other stores.Other than that great job guys

The bakery employees there on Saturday 06/02/18 were useless. Ive been ordering cakes from this bakery for over 10 years. I was there to buy a cake Saturday and they passed me up twice. When they finally recognized I was still there waiting to be helped, the girl I believe her name was Edna was very rude and had a really bad attitude. She placed the cake in a tight fit plastic container instead of putting it in a box. When I went back after purchasing my items I asked her to place it in a box instead. She responded very condescending and said what box?” When she finally decided to get me a box she took the plastic and put it back in my shopping cart. I found this mannerism to be very unnecessary and unpleasant. Thanks to this experience and Edna I will not be returning to shop here.

They have this salad bar, Its by the pound, it maybe a little expensive for salad, but its amazing, it even has sushi and soup options, Wish it had more varietys of sushi but hey whats there is very good. Also try some of there bread they do nice bread.

Great if you avoid prepackaged foods that can be bought elsewhere for cheaper. Fresh food is King here.

Wow just got a cake here. Spelling was off, one of the dads picked it up so he didnt open it. Called to talk to manager that lady was so rude worsted service said it was dads fault not there. Why do u fill paperwork out then misspell what is put down. Then the manager started to to put me down and talk down to me big woman on phone.NO SERVICE ANYMORE!

Worst Harmon’s I’ve been to. Cashier forgot to bag my soup but somehow managed to not forget to charge me for it. Then when I came back to get it it was labeled as “left behind” (as if) thanks for wasting 30 minutes of my lunch break!

I am new to utah, fresh from wa state. I had trepidations about the area in general and the staff here has always been super nice. And not in that annoying fake way that makes your skin crawl. The prices are usually more than I care to spend (theyre on part for wa state and Ive gotten used to the less expensive options at other stores here) but its convenient and clean. I also like the convenience of the post office inside the store.

Every employee has a crappy attitude here. Extremely unpleasant to interact with, bad customer service.The buttercream frosting in the bakery was ten days past expiration date.

Went to go get some deli meat, like I always do at this harmons. I always get my chicken shaved so I went and I asked for a pound of it shaved. The girl that was working had an annoyed look on her face and said ugh, it took me forever last time (she was there last time I went) I didnt know what to say, she made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her. She showed me a piece of the chicken to see if it was sliced okay, I said yes, even though it wasnt, just cause I didnt want to inconvience her. She gets done and says it didnt take me forever this time! Yeah, because it wasnt shaved? Ive never had a bad experience at this harmons, up until yesterday. The meat there is expensive, so Id at least like it shaved the way I asked, without feeling like Im inconviencing someone.

I have shopped at Harmons West my entire life. The prices trend to be a but higher than other stores but the family-like service its worth it.

Not normal is correct...talk about abnormal. Ive never shopped at a store that refuses ALL fresh food returns, requires receipts for like exchanges even when the food purchased was 100% rotten, etc... They only care about their profits it seems, but with policies like this, were going to shop elsewhere, like Reams (my fave), Smiths, Maceys, Walmart, etc...

Seriously what is up with your prices? Bakery and Deli items are over double the competition and quality is barely par (if that.) The produce section uses marketing terms to prey on stupid people but your organic vegetables just give you an excuse to charge too much for an inferior product.
