They showed up on schedule, and they did another excellent job in cleaning our carpets in our entire home, and 2 area rugs. The first year that they came to our home, we had them clean the carpets on the lower level of our home, and after observing the great job that they did, we had them clean the additional three rooms on the main floor. Again, this year, 2015, we are highly pleased with their service and work! This is a family owned business, and it is evident that they take pride in doing a professional and thorough job in their carpet cleaning. We watched them at work, and they answered our questions about their service, along with being very courteous. We were impressed with their tidy, neat, and clean appearance and their high quality of work. They have been doing this for 35 years, and it shows. Our carpets look like new!
