Love this location. The girls are always nice and very patient. They always take the time to explain if someone has any questions regarding the ingredients in the cookies. Usually a place where you can get in and out. Parking is plentiful. The new ice cream is amazing!

These are seriously the best cookies i’ve ever had. they are fresh every time and they don’t ever go hard! they have tons of different flavors and they are always so creative with the designs for the cookies. i recommend this place to everyone i talk to about it and i try to mention it as much as possible. if you’re thinking about trying this place, do it.

Crumbl is usually amazing and their cookies are so good. This really just relates to the store itself. They messed up our order. I ordered pumpkin roll cookies and instead I got some sort of pumpkin apple cookie. We also ordered a Circus Animal Cookie and instead got a sugar cookie with a pumpkin candy on top. Would be one star, but the cookies were still good despite not being what we ordered.

I really like crumble cookies. But this time I was grossed out by a long hair on the inside lid of my box. Was not on the cookies but none the less gross. In still ate the cookies cause I drive from Magna to go there. I have included the picture. Hair nets maybe? I manage for a food manufacturing company and they are required to wear hair and beard nets to avoid foreign matter in the product.

The employees at the West Valley location are always so happy and welcoming the location is always clean! I cannot come up with a reason to be upset they are a flawless and amazing working team!

I probably would not recommend going to this particular crumble location. I have been to many of their locations but the experience here today was absolutely terrible. They very much deserved the one star review for a number of reasons including very poor customer service

I love big cookies but these just aren’t very good. The chocolate chip seems to be made with milk chocolate chips which are just too much. Very…. overwhelming, gonna need a lot of milk for this one. Semi-sweet is better for baking. The other cookies are like, stiff. It is almost like they’ve been in the fridge for a month, very dry, very hard. They also used to let you buy a gift card for a single box but now they’ve changed it to money, with a minimum balance of 5 dollars. This may not bother some people but i don’t find a need for the 2 dollars left over after you spend the 3 dollars for the cookie :/ whatever that’s fine i guess. They also now charge you for the boxes to put the gift cards in. Pretty lame.

They really found a way to take cookies to a whole other level. The cookies are amazing, of course, but their app, their marketing, their weekly flavors - wow! All of it is just fun.

I come here quite often because..... Well youll figure out your because when you eat take that first bite. Literally, a bite into time. Whats my favorite cookie? Still searching. And enjoying every bite of it. yet to be disappointed. Mine definitely keeps me coming back.

They have fabulous tasting cookies - but at an outrageous price. I was in the area, so stopped in when I saw the Crumbl sign. I’d heard they were really good cookies, and wanted to try one. I was verbally greeted when I entered, but left when I saw the price for a single cookie. Maybe another time, when I’m feeling rich, or have someone along to share, I’ll purchase one.

Most of the time this location is good, but Ive had a few issues with curbside pickup. On more than one occasion Ive had to go inside to get my order because no one was paying attention, and once the order was cleared as complete before I even got my box. If you go inside they are much better but they really need someone to pay attention to curbside orders.

Service at this location has really dropped in quality compared to when they first opened. Service was fast and cookies were always available. Management needs to step up or something because this is an F in customer service and training.

This cookie shop is FANTASTIC. Crumble pleases my soul and brings delight to my spirit. I will say that I wish they rotated more quickly through flavors, or at least had a shorter rotation, because it takes forever for our favorites to come back around again. I had placed an online order ahead of time for a work function. There were some complications regarding the delivery and accuracy of my order. I stumbled upon this place purely because of my sweet tooth and it was amazing. I wish I knew of this place sooner because my days of grabbing Oreos and Nutter Butter are gone. Their signature chocolate chip cookies are soft, freshly baked, warm, and just the right amount of sweet. Topping it off with milk is the absolute cherry on top. Not to mention, the many other flavors/kinds of cookies that they sell!! I admire the idea of rotating their menu every week. Always new flavors but they keep those signature chocolate chip cookies every week. This place is a 5/5 for me :)

Took an hour to get cookies. Curbside pickup option. Clicked the Im here icon on the app....it said ready. Were on our way. Sat there in my NEON GREEN car parked right in front of the store for 45 minutes. I finally called. They said it didnt pop up on our screen. Next time you should come inside. That defeats the purpose of curbside pickup. Next time maybe they should see a box sitting there for 45 minutes and think of figuring out who it belongs to. There were plenty of breaks and down time in between orders, I know.....because I sat there watching them for 45 MINUTES.

I wish the cookies were at least warm, somewhat even is okay, but they never are and we order twice-three times monthly yes we are crumble fans and pay extra for delivery with tip but hot or warm that isn’t the case ever. I noticed, they also wait the full max time of delivery about 30-45 minutes even though I live two minutes walking distance away, Crumble could be better at this, however taste of cookies seem to be pretty good overall and we just love the ice cream, we really just wish they weren’t out of so many options every time we pick! Limiting the choices significantly and at times deciding for us, and making us skip ordering ice cream all together because of the lack of stock or variety. . No warm cookies, here unless your going inside the store and specifically and going out of your way in requesting fresh out the oven (warm)
