Super good food. is always a treat if theres not one around us makes for a nice lunch super fresh food and you can taste the difference.The grounds and building an inside are nice and clean tables are clean floors are clean its a pleasant environment.Staff is super friendly and helpful orders came out on time and perfect.

Can’t give it a five star. The fries were cold. The chocolate shake was fine. However, The Double-Double Animal Style burgers were very good. Hot and juicy. Those we would get again. The drive thru line was long but they handled everything efficiently.

When you go Dutch they should be flying ones at In N Out. Their burgers are tasty and real . Service is amazing and place is super glean .

We go in very late from our flight and there was not a whole lot of places open. The place for sure and so we ordered their hamburger meals and I got to try their lemonade which was good. My nephew ordered something off the menu called Animal Style Fries. It looked good!!!

The fries are better than those down in San Diego. There is salt on them, which, oddly enough isnt on the ones down south. The burger tasted a little different though, not as good. All in all, better fries and a worse burger than Cali. Shake was great!

It was a good burger and is very solid. But it doesnt really live up to the hype that it has.

I give it 4 stars just because there fries are not my thing, some people love them, its just a preference thing. Also, there single burgers just dont quite have the right ratio of meat to other stuff, so I always recommend the double doubles. As far as this location compared to others, seems about equal to other In-N-Outs.

The employees here work their butts off! We live in Wisconsin so we only get to come here once every few years which is sad but it makes it so much more special when we are finally able to enjoy In-N-Out.

Great food and service. Definitely worth it. Got an animal style double double with cheese fries and it was absolutely perfect. Even in the drive thru everything is made to order there are many reasons the lines are always long. Lots of demand.

In-n-out was busy as usual. The wait staff were curious and delivered fresh hot food. My only complaint would be they over cooked the fries and they became hard. The burger were great. Always worth the trip when on the west cost

Great burgers still not better than Whataburger

Always the nicest workers at the West Valley location. Food is good, inexpensive, and filling. Only real drawback is that its ALWAYS busy there. Expect a bit of a wait because of the heavy volume, not slowness of staff.

There is so much deliciousness in simplicity and thats what sets In n Out burger apart. Every ingredient is fresh and of high quality. The fries are delicious but sometimes they arent as crispy as other times, this feels like nitpicking though. Every employee seems happy and willing to help. This makes for a much more positive experience compared to other places. I would recommend In n Out to absolutely everyone.

The best fast food burgers around. Although a limited menu, the food is quickly delivered and fantastic. The cheeseburger had cold crisp lettuce and a fresh tomato. They are *always* crowded, which is highly indicative of its popularity. The staff is super friendly and the prices are extremely competitive. Unfortunately, there are none where I live which is why I always make time for several stops when Im traveling.

I have always had a great experience with In-N-Out Burger. This was no different. The food was great and presented very well. You can tell there is much more effort put into the food than an average fast food joint. Chocolate milkshake was really good, the best Ive ever had. Not too chocolatey.We got there pretty late on a Monday night and it was a little bit sketchy outside the business with homeless people asking for money as we walked in, but I get it city life can be like that. Just made me a little uncomfortable coming from a rual town in Idaho. Bathrooms could have been cleaner.

In n out is my favorite burger, however, I received the worst order of french fries I have ever got from an in n out. Not one frie was longer than 2 inches, about 1/3 of the fries were over cooked and they were cold.And being one of my favorite french fries you could imagine my surprise to notice them cold and I barely left the store.I had already been there in the drive through line for 40 minutes for my meal.My burger was great which almost makes up for the french fry disappointment.I have been a customer of in n out for 40 plus years, and this was the first order that I have ever been disappointed with.You might think they are only french fries? But after a long day and waiting forever in a long line. You want and anticipate your meal to be at least hot. And of decent quality.Bottom of fryer crumbs is not the way to serve your customers.

Staff was very friendly and greeted us with a happy demeanor. Its my first time at a In N Out Burger and I was very pleased with the food.

They had forgotten one of our animal style fries so we asked and showed our receipt. We finally got our fries & not even in a friendly way. This was pretty late at night so we are in the car in the dark. Come to find out there was coins on the bottom of our tray.

In - N-Out always has great burgers, fries and milkshakes with top notch customer service. This location is no exception... Great job! Highly recommended!

We were in salt lake from Ohio, and we don’t have In-N-Out Burger in Ohio. I was surprised by how inexpensive it is. The line was long and we had to wait longer than I expected, but for the price and quality it was definitely worth it.

Ordered chocolate shakes via the drive thru. Simple, easy process, no issues at all.

Great service, great food done super fast. I got here Im order 46 okay, they call order 30 Im like oh no. Surprisingly it only took them about 10 minutes to get from 30 to 46 even with a full drive thru. Our order was on point and fresh not a bad price either!

I had the pleasure to try In-n-Out for the very first time a week or so ago and well, quite frankly, theres nothing In-n-Out about that drive thru lol. We had to wait in a long line and then someone standing outside took our order. We didnt have to wait too to get our food and the staff was friendly. Overall, the food was good but I dont see the hype. It tasted just like a fast food burger but the animal style fries (?) were pretty tasty. 🍔🍟 The one thing I wish I tried was a milkshake. That could have helped sell the whole shebang for me. 🥤

What can I say? Its an In-N-Out Burger. Cheap excellent food!This is one of the faster ones I have been to. Even if you are just passing through Salt Lake City its well worth the detour from I-80 or I-15.

The food is reliably enjoyable, but not stand-out amazing. Its a predictable burger place. The lines are always long, which kind of blows my mind because its not THAT good. Their secret menu is fun, though, because its feels kind of special, even if nothing is very secret about it.

We had visited the San Francisco location before, and had enjoyed it. The Salt Lake City location had the same great tasting burgers, but without the long lines that San Francisco had. Good burgers and fries.

Everytime I come here I order animal style fries and burger and they so not disappoint. The wait time is worth the burger experience. So when you see that long line every weekend you know why... This place has the taste to make you wait in that line.

Based upon the volume of patronage alone, something delicious is happening here! My first Animal Style meal was in SD, CA and this one matched identically. Valley Fair Mall area has grown profoundly in the last twenty years!

I am in shock right now. I have never had a worse experience at an In & Out Burger. From top to bottom tonight was the worst. The girl at the counter was rude from the beginning, then I have NEVER had soggy cold fries from there, the hamburger was burnt crisp patties, I spent good money on whats usually always a sure bet, and cant even eat the fries, barely stomach the burger. I feel I deserve a fresh meal. I am not sure Ill return. Sad to say. This is usually my favorite.

They pride themselves in being different from other chains and using natural products. Everything seemed pretty much like other chains, even the ketchup with high fructose corn syrup.

Always fresh! But always a wait, which I totally understand with how many people eat here.

The best burger and fries ever!

Love this place. The car line is ridiculously long at basically all hours of the day from the sounds of it, but it moves fairly quickly, and the food is well worth it. I did my burger animal style which was delicious, but kept the fries plain. Service was friendly!

In and out burger is the best. Keeping it simple with a simple menu and a very tasty burger. The service is always great. Plenty of people working there. Recommend going inside instead of sitting on the around the block drive through line. So popular here in Utah and understandably. Definitely recommend it and the West Valley City location. Lots of construction going on around it but worth the trip.

One of my favorite burger places out there, I get a double double animal style no pickles lettuce or tomato, add chillies, animal style fry. Never disappoints 👍

In my opinion, this is the best fast food burger joint around. I always go with the double double animal style, protein style. The protein style not only boosts flavor but accommodates my gluten allergy.I also worship the fries. They have a great crunch and awesome flavor. Make sure to get the spread sauce packets for extra juice on your burger and fries.The strawberry shake is also a must.

Just wanted to say, we ordered 3 cheese burgers 3 different ways, and they were perfect. That seems like something nearly impossible these days at nearly every other fast food company. Annabelle was the order taker and recorded everything perfectly. She was friendly, clear and easy to understand, and the food was spot on and delicious. Thanks for being awesome. Definitely ask for pickles and extra spread, you will thank me. Also kids get free hot cocoa on rainy days?? Awesome! Now my kids will beg to go back any time it rains lol (which works for me). You can definitely tell In-N-Out takes care of their employees and customers.

Very consistent restaurant chain. The beauty of In-N-Out Burger is the menu: very simple. They only do a few things, but they do them well. The only play I wish they would take from McDonald’s book is a better interior. The seats are cramped and uncomfortable for family dining.

Out of all the In-N-Out burgers Ive been to, this is my go to. I dont know why, but their food is just better than the other ones.

You know the deal. Standard In n Out experience, clean, fast, friendly and delicious. I normally wouldnt write a review for a place like this but one of the kings or queens preparing my double double slipped a banana pepper in there. Not sure where it came from but this person deserves a raise. Best bite of the burger.

As usual, the burgers were great but the french fries were a little overcooked.

I recommend extra toasted bun and raw onion, pickle in the side. Onion is cold and snappy, pickle (on the side) adds more variety of flavor and doesnt cause the juice to make the bun soggy.

Great! Reminds me of the burgers of my youth long ago. Best I have had in ages. Strangely, they have a variety of items they do not list on menu. Grilled cheese sandwich, for one. Strongly recommend.

I hadnt had a double-double for many years. It was great.

The food was delicious and the fries were cooked just right, big fan of the lemonade! We didnt wait too long for our order either, and the staff were very friendly. The restaurant was also extraordinarily clean and well kept.

I met so many coworkers always saying how great IN N OUT is. Now that I finally got the chance to try it, I totally understand why they like these burgers so much. The meat is juicy and easy to chew. The vegetable and rest of the ingredients are so fresh that you can feel how everything melts in your mouth. The only downside is in the fries, they were so dry. I understand is more about the burgers, but fries like a soft drink are a burgers best friend.

Havent eaten a double double in a long time and Ill tell you it was delicious!!!! Kid ordered animal fries and he loved it.

They have the freshest burgers and fries in town. They are not greasy! This is my favorite place! I also love how quickly they move you through the line, in spite of temperatures crowds.

Awesome as always. Our first restaurant stop in Utah. Even bought a t-shirt here. I had the Double Double burger combo with animal style fries and a drink. My friend ordered a single burger animal style. All fairly priced and delicious except I didnt like that they charged for water, but probably company policy for the cup price.

The manager is the worst here. Kinda dirty and not the best. Innout is much better at other locations.
