Gloria is the best! I have had her do a ton of embroidery work for me and it has always turned out fantastic. She is fast and reasonably priced. It is often difficult to find someone to do small jobs or one off items but she is great about it.

Gloria has done embroidery for me multiple times. Ive had her embroider towels and blankets for me and she has always been extremely fast and WAY cheaper than any other store Ive taken my stuff to, and the quality has actually been BETTER than any other place.Gloria has also done a lot of custom work for me as well from embroidering my name inside one of my suits, and making some custom pillows for me. Ive used Gloria to embroider gifts for me all the time and the people I give these gifts to are always super impressed.I would highly recommend anyone to call Gloria and have her do any of your embroidery or quilting needs.

Had a few custom patches made and the whole experience was great. Super friendly and worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. Also got my order in an extremely fast manner, much quicker than I was anticipating. Overall great.

So I just called this place but is not a brick-and-mortar store its a somebodys residence and immediately I knew that I didnt want to do business with her. Theyre saying its not what you say but how you say it rings absolutely true with this person. I immediately pause the conversation and asked if this was an embroidery place. She replied by saying that it was. I immediately then pause the conversation and told her the way that she answered the phone immediately drew my attention away from wanting to do business. By the tone in her voice it was obvious that she was irritated, but the fact that as a customer I had to experience her obvious emotions I immediately decided I didnt want to do business. I told her that I didnt want her business and I told her why.she proceeded by telling me by saying hello? And I told her absolutely by asking hello . The tone of your voice when you answer telephone call speaks volumes its called being assertive or assertiveness. The tone in your voice is just like your body language, it talks for you. I hope there any for their customers of this person doesnt receive the uncourteous answering of a phone call that I received. Btw she said more than hello, I asked her if it was an embroidery place and she said yes but informed me that it was a residence.

She was very quick and professional. Fixed an embroidery mistake on my wedding suit was done in an hour and it looked perfect.
