We spent a little over a grand this past weekend at this harbor freights. Service was great. Place is clean. Prices are fine. We went with a lot of icons and Pittsburgs and they come with lifetime warranty.Been shopping here for 3-4 years and don’t see us slowing down anytime soon.

Very friendly and helpful staff. were greeted promptly and had my order ready to go which was very helpful as I had to travel 250 miles to pick it up. Bought the 6x8 greenhouse and ask very happy with it. Also the employee helped me out to the parking area and helped load my greenhouse which comes in a rather large box. Was a good experience and would definitely purchase in the future.

Guess to worker shortage they havent been able to keep shelves stocked as I had to ask about an item I was looking for. Found out clerk was from another store and he had to go looking in stock room for item which he brought three of them. I bought all three and had to wait at checkout as they only had one register open. Still will use this store as it is closest to me and prices are reasonable.

Its been quite some time since I have been there, but I found what I needed quickly and at a lower price.

Got a generator for a really good price during one of their big sales. Would love to try out one of the badlands winches they have there. Ive heard good things.

The store was clean and organized, it was very busy, but Victoria was able to stop and help us and was excellent and made us feel like we were not a burden with our questions. Thank you!!! I have give a big shout out to harbor freight and their employees. They were so kind and helpful to me today. I cant wear a mask for medical reasons and they seen me struggling with my purchase and they went and got cart for me and put in the cart and they are the best. So thank you guys so much your help. Worst store, worst employees, bad location! Their website said an item was in stock. Drove 20 min, to find out they didnt have it. Very young inexperienced unprofessional Manager had horrible attitude and simply said I am new here, I dont know the area, I dont know the store what do you want?? Then while waiting in line to try and originally buy it, the kid cashier didnt know how to look up a receipt by phone number; and hassled the customer by saying its your fault that you dont have the receipt. The customer said - hello, isnt that why my tele # is in your system to look it up.

I have always had a good experience with purchases here. The store is clean and well organized.

Only one register open, poor old man.Having to wait for more than 30 minutes for a single purchase. Most items are not in stock, even though online it shows that they do have it in stock.

It was my first time going to this store and it was pretty cool with some cool items. The things that sucked was the fact that their was only one cashier & 10+ customers standing all the way around the corner. Plus i was being followed around as if i am a thief. I dont think i will be returning to this location anytime soon.

You pretty much know what youll get when you shop at Harbor Freight and thats a good thing! Is every product in the store going to be top quality? No. But almost every product is going to be a great value.Just remember that you get what you pay for. If you buy the cheapest tool at the cheapest hardware store around, that tool might not be the dream tool you were hoping for. But they have lots of high quality, long lasting tools if you dont cheap out.

I had the absolute worst customer service experience with Harbor Freight today. I traveled to four different stores after being told the product was in stock at the next location. Terrible inventory tracking system and communication between branches. I will not return to Harbor Freight not even for a box of rags.

Very quick service, the employees were great and my cashier was very friendly. Very clean store every time I go, and I love love love the smell of Harbor Freight, cheap rubber tires, strangely off colored plastics on the tools, questionable oils coating all the large equipment, probably led paint on all the car lift equipment! Im hoping one day theyll release a sensi candle of it that I can burn in my garage!! Seriously!!!

Terrible service. 10 people in line and only one open cashier. Other employees ignored the situation and the cashier talks a lot. I mean it is good when you have the time but not when you have so many people in line.

Here’s a few of the inside track club Black Friday sale at harbor freight.They are starting to come out with some great quality tools. The quantum and icon brands are their top of the line brands and they come with lifetime warranties and still cheaper then craftsman etc.

There was 1 cashier, only the line was so long and then another associate came and instead helping to make the line come down he got another customer to do a exchange, and then the store manager pass by help with the exchange on the customers, and left to her office, instead of jump on the registrer. Meanwhile me and another customer waiting in line, the customer in front of me left. So disappointed on this store.

Its my toy store. The staff has always been helpful and courteous. Since covid though, they have eliminated most of the free coupon items. But if you know what you are looking for you can get some decent stuff.

Easy access in Spanish Fork. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Since this is a new store it is clean, well organized and lots of signage on where things are.

I walked in for a 8$ box of screws and after spending 300$ for all new tools I can definitely say they are doing something right. Amazing prices. Great quality. Only thing they didnt have was a handheld torch so I had to got to home depot for that. Their tools are lifetime warranty so dont kid yourself acting like snap on is that much better for the price they do just fine.

Most of the time, Barber Freight is great. Occasionally, however, the employees will be... Less than polite or helpful. Also, double check ANY product - ANY PRODUCT - to make sure it has everything in it you will need. Otherwise a great deal can become anything but.

They have scaled back on the free gifts with purchase in previous months and now have eliminated it altogether.I know its not a big deal but it feels lole they are finally revealing their overall plan to get you coming into the store with free stuff and then stop the freebies once you have been going there.I wont continue going there and neither will a friend who used to go as well. Their tools arent high enough quality to do so.

Went to price some tools but ended up looking around for 45 minutes or so, spending about $50. There was was only one cashier so I ended up standing in the checkout line for over 20 minutes but the entire time I was shopping I was followed around like I was a theif. Because of this I will NO LONGER SHOP AT THE 4700 S 4000 W LOCATION. NOT ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE THEIFS HARBOR FREIGHT SO STOP TREATING US LIKE WE ARE!

I loved coming to these place. But a couple days ago I was there grabbing a couple things. I realize people werent wearing mask I asked the cashier I wanted to speak with the manager. I did let the manager know (Jeff) he said he was going to Fix it. But he turned around and walked back to the back of the store and didnt do nothing. In salt lake city is mandated to wear a mask. They have signs to wear a mask but they dont care. I will no longer put my self at the risk and will no longer be going to harbor freight tools.

We went in 3 times spread out in a month and they didnt once have 80v batteries and each time they said they would be here in a week or so.

This location has great deals on tools and other equipment just as you would expect from a harbor freight location. The employees here are always friendly and helpful. The store is always organized and clean and well maintained. I’ve never had any issues or problems when shopping at this location.

Their hands tools are great. When I have had tools break they do not ask any questions and immediately fulfill their lifetime warranty.I havent had luck with any electronics I have bought here though

The West Valley STORE is so big...employees are helpful and kind.

Harbor Freight is a Solid American business. Dont tell me where their stuff is made, thats pretty hard to avoid in 2020. But they DO listen to their customers, and if you are a bit more than a weekend workman, theyve got tools for that too. Get the warranty too, theyve stood by that every time for me.

This location has slipped a lot in my opinion from a couple of years ago from 4.5* to 2.5* at best. The service is down and The prices on their clearance and returned items are no longer any good.. and Ive been trying to buy american when I can nowadays..

I drop my husband off here and I go elsewhere while hes in there because he could spend hours in harbor freight. He loves it. They are a great store and have a variety of great products at great prices.

Definitely trying to be more then your average harbor freight witch is good. The service is better than walking in to the local lows hardware store. And the quality is ok for the Price. Just need to revamp the interior and would be a enjoyable place to go.
