I understand companies had to shut down during COVID-19. I also understand that people are working from home. Unfortunately this place couldnt be any less clear about how you were supposed to make a delivery to them. You follow the instructions that they have mounted on the door and then you go to find that there is nobody there at all during the times that have been designated for you to make a delivery. Absolutely ridiculous and a complete and total exercise in frustration.

This is the only remaining FranklinCovey Retail Store. The friendly staff creates a fun, no pressure shopping environment. Ive been a long time fan of their leather binders & cases, which are truly top notch quality. In addition to their world famous day planners, this store also offers a wide variety of planning tools and organizing gadgets. They also have a Scratch & Dent binder section if youre looking to get a good deal on a premium leather product.

Franklin covey store is awesome! The customer service needs some work. Had to return an item, planner pages that were a gift. The clerk wasnt going to take this unwrapped item back. Cause the paper was different . finally got the clerk to take the unwrapped planner pages back. Got a credit. Other than that the store is awesome !

I walked in and was immediately greeted and taken right to what I was looking for. There were many other options trip look through which led me to a new book too. Great experience from start to finish. Thank you Franklin.

The FranklinCovey Organizational Products Retail Store (different company than the FranklinCovey company that I work for that does the training and business consulting) offers a wide variety of planning and organizational products based on the principle taught by Hyrum Smith when he developed the Franklin Day Planner. Yes...FCOP still sells planners. Most is done online or by phone, but they still have this retail location which is a leftover site from before FCOP was sold off from FranklinCovey.
