Love the frozen hott chocolate I definitely recommend trying one if you havent already.
Unlike the Dunkin places in Providence and North Providence, this place actually has donuts past 10 a.m. and they are the freshest that Ive ever had. Dont waste your time in Providence or North Providence.

Was a little disappointed to find out that they dont all carry the same donuts. I wanted the Apple Spiced but could not get it at the store in West Warwick on Rt 117 (near the old Westcotts) and the one at the Airport. Other I was very happy.
This dunkin is better for drive thru services. They dont seem to help people at the counter for atlest 4 minutes. Then the coffee they dont stir or shake. So its coffee on top and cream on the bottom. I wont go back ever!!!!
Pretty good service and mostly friendly staff. Couple issues here or there like most places but usually no problem getting them fixed

Good attention quickly, the place is very clean and everything very harmonious, deliciously extraordinary I recommend it.
My fiance and I went in at noon today and I ordered a French vanilla ice coffee, he ordered a sandwich. The girl who cashed us out made my coffee too but when she handed it to me it had no ice I asked if there was ice in it and she said you said neat yes neat... I said no I said ice (with a giggle and a smile) to be nice but then she gave me a nasty look like I was being rude to her, and then she handed my cup back with 8 Ice cubes in it.
I went there yesterday I asked for a small ice coffee 5 cream 2 sugars French vanilla and caramel and the coffee tasted horrible. It tasted like they added 7 sugars no flavoring and like the coffee was burnt. Dunkin is going down hill so bad!
Friendly service, out of many pastries and donuts early in day. Thats kind a bummer.

They work very fast, but drive through is too small and overflows onto the street.
I work nearby and prefer driving to this location rather than the designated drive through one on Bald Hill road but the employee turnover rate needs to speed up at this location. Lately if I order 2 or more coffees, at least 1, if not more of the coffees are not made right. Not even exaggerating, 9 out of 10 times this happens, its getting increasingly frustrating. Im just going to have to deal with Bald Hill traffic and go to the drive through location.
No matter how many Dunkin Donuts I try, their coffee sucks.
Good clean places always has fresh of everything the employees there are very well ful and friendly but no bathroom so u cant really sit if u have a personal bathroom issue so it more of a on the go Dunkin donuts which is pretty much a waste of a sitting area

Its terrible. Honestly the only reason i go there is because its on the way to work and yhe least busy one around. Everytime i go there something in my order is wrong. I worked at dunkin when i was 16. The job is super easy i dont understand how my order is wrong everyday.

They never have the donuts that u want. They changed the sandwichs and no condiments for the sandwiches
It all depends on which one you go to . Ive been to a few that couldnt make a cup of coffee if their lives depended on it .

This Dunkin was moved down the street where the gas stations are. Havent been there in the morning rush but I would imagine this is going to really mess with the traffic patterns.
