Theres one unpleasant staff member that always seems like its an effort to just say hello and be decent. The manager or assistant manager, or whatever she is, was rude and cocky also. All this over reward points. They werent showing up in the computer, neither was my email. (even though I receive multiple Walgreens emails weekly). They acted like I was trying to scam them, even though I had the email showing the reward points. I could give 2 cents about the points. It was their attitudes and delivery. I was told to call the 800 number, but the the manager was sooo rude. Ill take my business to cvs. If you do not know how to politely speak to customers, get another job!

I am trying to avoid contamination and having a pharmacist quote policy while an underlying inflection of her voice is disdain and rebuttal for an addict as she sounds to consider & in no way should i hear judgment on an obviously addicting medication but rather understanding and compassion. So i would give this pharmacy a zero star. Sincerely MATTHEW ATWOOD

The pharmacy is one of the worst. The pharmacist is the most rudest individual Ive had to deal with. Not to mention waiting in line for 10 minutes, while they were discussing what they did over the weekend.

I received a call today - 9/22/2020 at 6:10PM from the pharmacist- I feel terrible I can’t remember his name, but hopefully this reaches him and his superiors. I want to start off by saying my doctor put me on a new medication that I will be on for the rest of my life and only being in my 30’s I was nervous and resisting taking it. I still haven’t started taking it because of fear, but today changed everything. This pharmacist called me to see how I was doing with the medication and after explaining I still haven’t taken it he asked why. I explained and he proceeded to go over my bloodwork with me and explained the pros of the medicine and helped me come to grips with taking it and the low risk that comes along with taking it. I can’t tell you how helpful this was and comforting! He didn’t have to go out of his way to explain everything and answer my every question, but he did and it means a lot to me. Thank you!

The Walgreens staff, especially the pharmacy menbers are great people. Always busy but always efficient and very personable.Great store.

Called today 7/20/18 at 10:15 AM to see if they had a drug that is needed since another walgreens told me to contact this one because they would possibly have it available. Called and claimed they didnt have it and i asked if they could see if another walgreens may have it the women says well we are really busy, well hang on and asks a male pharmasist if they can look it up and he shouted out clearly no we cannot she get back on the phone and says we just cant we are too busy, i just hung up. So sick and tired of people incapable of doing their freaking jobs!!! And i refuse to call and complain to the store manager because we all know nothing will ever be done about it!! Done giving walgreens my business!!!

Walgreens is nice best sales out of most pharmacys but cvs is still my fav!
