Went in there last week. short and snippy, unhelpful, walked out.

As I was having great difficulty with a new Motorola phone I had bought at metro and had just gone to Miami for a week shortly after purchasing the new phone so it was hugely inconvenient because I could not schedule my travel arrangements I could not return phone calls and I brought it into several different metro PCS businesses and also made several phone calls ( and Ive been with metro for years I love metro PCS ), but today I was very fortunate I went to the West Warwick metro PCS on main Street and I encountered Kevin there Kevin or Kenny but he was wonderful he went through the phone he found that the phone would flip off of internet on its own he went through many different types of notifications because the phone had been ringing a nonstop notification since I purchased it and he was the first person to realize that it actually was the phone itself.. he is knowledgeable, so patient, and so kind

Store located at 88 West Warwick Ave, West Warwick, RI 02893 has nicest, well trained, and very knowledgeable employees.I love their 4G LTE network. I am completely enthusiastic that MetroPCS launched iPhone on July 1st, 2016. Manager was rude. We went in and she was on a personal call yelling and then when we went to buy a new phone she activated a sim card and put our old one back in so our new phone was a paper weight. I had to call 611 cause the store had already closed and was then told that i would have to weight till the next day to be able to fix the problem.

The door says you close at 6 on sundays? Why were you closed at 530 when I went to pay my bill? Uuggghhhh

Honesty goes a long way with me. I had many questions when i was shopping for my phone. They were upfront and honest with their answers and put me into a phone and plan that fit my needs rather than teying to sell me the most expensive phone. Would have given a 5 star but i feel that they left out one crucial part of my contract. It turned out to be irrelevant but i was a little upset. Aside from this, the staff was great store was clean and organized and my overall experience was very favorable. I recommend heavily.
