Terrible, dishonest. Would not deal with again if they were last repair shop in town.

Just called to see if I could get new wheels and tires for my old Snapper RER, and was shocked when I was told Were too busy to give you a quote now over the phone, you have to come down here to do that. Well I guess they are making way too much money to need any of mine! Ive purchased from them in the past, but NEVER again! Guess my money isnt green enough for them.......... NEXT!

, Rolfe told me 2 weeks to fix my saw I went and picked up my diamond blade rented a saw 1hr Later called me told me my ssw was all set After telling me the day before I would not have it for about 2 weeks which brought me to a decision Of renting a saw this quest to me a $150 for Rental then he charged me $205 to put a spark plug in clean the carburetor bowl I would not recommend Rhode Island grinding Kent County one more is far better more affordable also,

Very nice staff including a courteous, humble gentleman who has serviced our mower blades numerous times without flaw. He is very knowledgeable on what blade edge is optimal for mowing based on manufacturer type and frequency at which lawn is mowed.
