I went in about a month ago to look into getting myself a Tacoma . Due to the difficulty with the new/used car market right now, especially for trucks, I didn’t have high expectations. Fortunately I was able to work with one of the sales professionals at Westboro Toyota, Ricky. Ricky has helped my family find vehicles before and he made the process of finding a new vehicle fantastic for me as well. We were able to work out a plan for me to lease a new Tacoma and he helped me stay within my budget. Along the way it was difficult to find any trucks available but Ricky was able to find a truck for me and I feel lucky to have been able to get a vehicle I am happy with. Darmy, one of the business managers, made the final paperwork a very easy process and I appreciate his time in helping to complete it. This is a great dealership and I appreciate the hard work the staff puts in to ensure their customers leave satisfied, and I would like to thank Ricky for helping me find a new vehicle and making the process enjoyable.

I was concerned about a liquid puddle on my garage floor and wondered if there might be an issue with my radiator. I have a 2014 Avalon, which I try to maintain in first-class condition. I went into the dealership on a very busy Monday morning and, as promised, an hour later the inspection had taken place. John Hansen explained what had been carefully looked at and reported that all was really okay - no problem. John was professional, trustworthy and courteous. I give him a 5 star rating (and if you had a 10, I would have given him 10 stars)! My experiences with the service department at Westboro Toyota have consistently been superior!

I just turned in my leased 2018 Camry for a new 2021 lease and the process was so easy and quick. Specifically Erin Gallant was of tremendous help. She was available through email and text message and always replied in a timely manner. It really sped things along and made the experience more friendly, like they cared about giving me what I wanted and what was best for me. A feeling I didn’t always get from other dealerships. I know buying a car or leasing one isn’t the easiest decision to make, but Erin and everyone else made this process as pleasant an experience as I could have asked for.

My partner came here to try and buy a used truck. First of all they didn’t let him take the truck to a mechanic to get looked at before he purchased which was standard practice at every other dealership he visited. They gave him a terrible interest rate and also told him they couldnt talk to him on the phone if there was another customer in the dealership. When he was on the phone with the sales agent, they said they would call him back after 15 minutes and he never even heard back. When he finally decided to go with another dealership, he called to let them know, and they hung up on him. Overall terrible customer service at westboro toyota. Would not recommend it. We had a great experience at burke chevy instead.

As a car rental business owner and someone who buys cars from dozens of dealerships, I highly advise you to stay away from these people. They genuinely only care about money and dont care about you. I purchased 2 Teslas from them 2 weeks ago, a Model Y and 3, everything was fine with the Y except for the parking sensor malfunction which they didnt tell me about but thankfully Tesla said they will fix it for free as its under warranty.But with the Model 3, it has a cracked rear window and the salesman told me about this right away. However he also told me they would have it repaired ASAP and by the end of the week.It has since been 2 weeks. The sales manager Dean says he will call me to update me but never does. I had to call multiple times to finally get an answer out of them, which was extremely unacceptable as they said the glass will be at their dealership in 4 more weeks (6 weeks TOTAL) and the installation will take another 2-4 weeks. Potentially, I will wait 10 WEEKS to get this car while I was misled into believing it would be done within 7 days.I have escalated to their GM John as he cared even LESS than the sales manager Dean. Their only excuse was they dont control the supply chain and that is true, but they misled me into believing it would be done within a week. Totally unacceptable. I even said I would be fine with buying different vehicles to add to my fleet but they said it was too late and out of their hands. I have retained a lawyer who will reach out to them shortly. Stay far away from Westboro Toyota, their inventory was subpar and their customer service is embarrassing.

Since buying our truck two months ago, it has spent more time in the shop than it has at our home. It is now in the shop again for the fourth time and we were supposed to get it back yesterday, but repairs havent even started yet because the extended warranty company hasnt been paid by Westboro. They also do not negotiate prices at all... this has been the worst car-buying experience weve ever had...and for the price we paid for the truck its absolutely unacceptable. Would recommend NOT buying here.

Sean(ginger lol) did an amazing job getting my vehicle serviced. Hes a good guy who knows his stuff. I came in for service and a wash and come to find out I was due for a sticker. A gouge in the front tire was detected and he handled the tire & wheel hazard claim without any hassle and I didnt pay a penny. Its good to know I got a guy to go to for service that I can trust and gets me in and out.

I picked up my 2021 4Runner Limited today and already love it! I can’t express how happy I am with my experience at Westboro Toyota. I worked with Bashkim (BB) and he is amazing! When I first met BB and asked about a 2021 4Runner he mentioned that there were none due to the COVID issue. However, he was able to intercept one that was on its way from Japan to a different dealership and secured it for me. The whole process took about 2 months but it was worth the wait. BB kept in touch with me throughout the process and kept me updated on the status of my 4Runner. His service and support were exceptional and would highly recommend working with him for your future purchase at this dealership. You have 5 Stars from me!

Typical sales staff BS, now they will tell you I’m annoyed cuz they didn’t match an offer but the reality I drove an hour 2 weeks ago to look at Fwd Highlander, was told 5 times car is there, when I show guess what No CAR…well actually car was in shop and I had to wait 20 mins and then wait no the guy went home and they couldn’t show me that car?? One of their associates had also offered 1,500 incentives which when I asked about, surprise surprise they don’t have it!! Frankly I knew more about 2021 model then their associates, extremely unprofessional and rude staff, DO NOT buy from them.One of their managers did apologize the next day but doesn’t excuse their behavior and my next interaction with their staff again completely unprofessional. Their interaction is scary I think they will screw over this customers without a thought if this is how they interact before earning your business, I can’t imagine if an issue arisesPlease go anywhere but here they do not deserve your hard earned $$Read their reply folks and see how aggressive they are, they did not address the fwd car I came to visit and instead made up a story about something else!!

If you want to feel insulted, humiliated then this is the place for you.First, I got assurance from their online sales that they are carrying inventory for a car I wanted. After reaching the dealership, it was pretty clear that they didnt have it. But this is OK, part of the car buying process. What was not OK, is that their utter lack of customer service from their sales person. First, they didnt want our kids to sit with us on the same table, and almost yelled at them to sit separately. Then, they blamed me for the communication gap between their online channel and floor sales. He was adamant that I had a wrong phone number in the system. Then they tried to sell me a car which was an older model and $ 4K more. I clearly got the sense that they disrespect immigrant families. Luckily, Toyota has many dealerships in this area, and I got a great service from Wellesley Toyota.Avoid this place like a plague !

Started the process great. However when we got to the finance dept. Dean was mad that we wanted a better interest rate. Then when he would not give it to us, we said that we just refinance it next week. Dean said we could not do that. I looked at him and said fine show me the call sheet showing what I was approved for and Dean grab the contract and ran away screaming NO DEAL. Dean was very mad that I caught him lying and trying to up sale me in the finance department.

I brought my 2020 4Runner that I bought at Westboro Toyota in for oil and tire service this past week and was helped by John Hansen in the Service Dept. John has always been super helpful and knowledgeable, but he went way above and beyond this visit. We noticed some extensive smudges on the right front fender that couldn’t be easily rubbed off, and John took the truck back into the shop and spent several minutes rubbing out the smudges to make the truck look like new again. He didn’t have to do that, but he was, as always, very cheerful and helpful! I have had 5 4Runners over the years and have been in Toyota Service Dept all over Mass and Maine, but Westboro Toyota has the best Service Dept I have ever worked with, and it’s because of people like John! I have Toyota dealers that are closer to where I live, but this is the 2nd 4Runner I’ve bought at Westboro, and it’s well worth the extra driving time (over an hour) to bring it to Westboro. I’ll keep coming back for my Service needs and want to thank John for his super service and cheerful help every time I come by! Thanks!!

My experience overall with Toyota of Westborough was not good regarding the sales team and quality of my car. I’d give negative stars if I could and if I was only reviewing my experience in the sales department. However, Sean Labarge in the service department was great. If I was reviewing just him, he’d get 5 stars. He took my situation and was very kind and helpful through the finish. Great communication towards the end when I had to leave my car there for 3 weeks. He was very thorough and answered any questions I had and addressed all of my concerns. He was very patient. He deserves a raise dealing with the mess the sales department handed off to him when I was passed off to service. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place, and Sean did what he could for me which was great. Sales experience and customer care, awful. Experience in service department with Sean, excellent.

Well I was was please with Chris Sorensen in sales. Went thru all the usual stuff. Then it needed to get the inspection sticker. To my surprise it FAILED. The front ball joint needed replacement. This defect Should have been picked up and fixed BEFORE it was put on the lot to be sold to a customer. As to it getting fixed, they will only replace one side even though it should be done it pairs. Poor poor poor. unacceptable. I should return the it and go else where. Never again at a dealer.

Extremely poor experience with Westboro Toyota. The sales representative ignored my mother and girlfriend in the very few moments he spoke with us. I made an appointment to test drive a vehicle prior to going in. I then drove more than an hour and a half to see the vehicle and spent over an hour and a half waiting to test drive the car because they had “lost the keys.”. During the entire duration of this, the sales representative spoke to us a total of 3 times. He didn’t offer us the option to drive another vehicle, and at the bare minimum he didn’t get me the Car Fax reports that we asked for in the very beginning of this entire ordeal. The salesman didn’t show any interest or initiative to help us until we walked out and were in our vehicle to leave. I will never return to this dealership and hope that no one else experiences such poor service.

Customer Service Beyond Exceptional!! Wow, what a dealership! My family has leased numerous cars from this dealership throughout the years. My most recent lease was a Toyota Tacoma Pickup Truck. It was a great vehicle but as the lease came to an end I needed something different. The dealership reached out to me months before the lease was ending to ask me what I was interested in. They also said that they predicted a vehicle shortage, so I should decide on something now so I can get what I want. In steps Erin Gallant, Certified Sales Consultant, my hero! She talked me into going to test drive a vehicle I didnt think I could budget for, a Toyota 4Runner Limited Night Shade Edition. The test drive was amazing, even more so was the price she showed me. The initial vehicle was white and not my favorite color, but I was willing to buy it anyway. Unfortunately, someone else bought it while I was test driving it. But here comes my hero. She said to me, No worries, I will take care of you. And God did she ever. She and her team was able to find me my dream SUV, a black on black, fully loaded, Toyota 4Runner Limited Night Shade Edition. It took several weeks to ship in, but it did come as she promised. During that time, she gave me an update every few days. With the current state of manufacturing she put my nerves at ease. Thank you Erin and your team so much!!!! I had a 10,000 miles service on my vehicle. The guy told me it would be an hour or a little longer. I have sat here watching customers come and go for almost 3 hours. I asked the guy when my car would be done, he said about 20 more minutes. I am suppose to be at work right now. If you schedule an appointment, make sure you have longer to wait. I will not be back to west borough Toyota.

I had a fantastic experience buying a new car from out of state at Westboro Toyota. Because of the shortage, it took me several months to get this car, but during the entire process, my sales person, Nicholas Damasceno, was incredibly helpful and patient with me. He communicated with me the whole time and was always patient and kind.Because Nicholas was on vacation when I actually went to pick up the car, I also had the good fortune to work with Shaun Yost, who was also fantastic. Despite the additional complexity of buying the car out of state, he and Dean made sure the paperwork went through well without any issues, and were incredibly helpful and responsible. I asked a lot of questions about the car and the paperwork throughout the process, and Shaun and Nicholas were both always patient, helpful, and responsive.The attention and care you get as a customer at Westboro Toyota is amazing. I now recommend Westboro Toyota to everyone!!!

I had a flat tire and came to Westboro Toyota thinking I was gonna spend a couple hundred dollars. Kevin in service then informed me that because I bought the tires there that it came with a Road Hazard (which I had forgotten about). It turned out to be a great experience and I saved bucks!! I had to change my review. They originally had a 5 star but 2 weeks after I picked up my vehicle I started having mechanical problems. Now, I’m not saying used cars won’t have problems but it should be the dealers responsibility to provide the customer with a vehicle until you repair the car. I did buy a warranty but it doesn’t matter. You should take care of customers in these type of situations. Had I known this was going to happen I would’ve gone to a smaller shop and bought a cheaper vehicle. Westboro Toyota is failing it’s customer. Shame on you.

I was on my way home and my tire light came on. I stopped in without an appointment and Kevin in service took care of my Camry for me and fixed the tire!! Great service experience!! You could tell they were very busy but they still were able to get me in and out in a reasonable time and I didn’t spend a fortune!! I think I have a new place to service my car!!
