Very poor service and unprofessionalism. I have been chasing them for 10 days to replace my condenser under warranty and they kept my car for three days at service center without any progress. I have a warranty till September for free replacement. When I asked how long will it take to fix the Air conditioner their response was rude - it might take 10 days or even 10 months. I strongly recommend not to waste your time at this service center. They dont care or understand the Customer trouble. I never visit this place again.
Got battery changed without any hassle. Battery covered under warranty. However, we lost our Scosche Jumper power bank left on passenger seat 😒
Horrible experience! Waited 15 minutes for a sales person, and had to ask front desk to call again for sales. When the sales person came out, he helped a customer who had just walked through the door. Front desk person saw this happen and said nothing. So after 20 minutes of waiting, left and went down the street to Nissan, where the service was fantastic!
Overall standard service suggestions from sales rep and most important a call from customer care to know how they are doing.I have been here couple of times and didn’t notice anything that’s worth highlighting.
Disappointed in myself for coming back here, figured the extra space to wait would be nice with Covid. Set an appointment and told my wife on the phone it would be 1.5 hours, I get here and that immediately climbed up.During an oil change all of a sudden a break light that I can’t see is dangling is going to cost 70$ to fix. Somehow they missed that when the checked in my damn vehicle.Won’t honor coupon for oil change and rotation, that is for the other car we bought here, even though it hadn’t expired and it is literally the car we traded in for this current one.Use a local shop.Shame on me
Had recently bought a CPO CR-V from another Herb Chambers Honda location and the navigation on apple carplay wasn’t working properly, brought it in here and Peter took time to troubleshoot a bunch of options and fixed it! Thanks Peter!
What I love about herb chambers service is that they vacuum and wash the outside of your car! :)
