Today’s Date is May 31, 2021 We went into this store to look to purchase A couple things… As we entered the store we were told we need to wear a mask even tho I am fully vaccinated and the state as lifted the Mask Mandate. We were told by the staff there that all their companies are still pushing the masks which is a lie because we just came from HomeSense up the road! So if you decide to come to this location make sure you have a mask!!

I needed a particular item since I was in the neighborhood I stopped in. Much to my dislike they are requiring customers to continue to wear masks. The state restrictions have been lifted, it is up to each store to make decisions about this issue. While asking/requiring employees to comply that is one thing but to continue to make customers is another. At what point will this requirement end, I wont be back.. until this is lifted. Otherwise there was no point in getting vaxed...this type of requirement keeps the fear out there..if people are scared of the unknown then they should wear a mask...until they feel comfortable again. Fear will keep us crippled.

I just made a purchase from home goods Westborough and was surprised to see that one of the cashiers was speaking with customers in a temper way that lacked the basics for customer service . And was surprised more to see her supervisor standing and seeing what happened without even trying to control the situation.Great Customer service is what makes a business successful. Im disappointed with what I saw today .

I was in here recently and found the perfect storage bin I had been looking for. I needed to get more but could only handle so many in one trip. Between purchasing the boxes and going back to get more, I was exposed to the virus. I called them to see if they’d be willing to let me purchase the storage bins over the phone and let me do a curbside pickup and they told me it wasn’t possible. I now cannot find the storage bins anywhere in the same color and/or size and it’s completely ruined the whole project I had started. As a COVID nurse who is stressed, can’t see anyone and is taking every extra precaution to make sure I don’t give this virus to anyone, it was very frustrating to run into this issue when this project is the only thing keeping me sane right now. I’ve been shopping here since this store opened so I’m very disappointed with this customer service experience as the woman didn’t even try to help me/come up with solutions, she simply gave a flat, “no.”

Lots of good items here if you have time to look around. Found an infinity carafe for whiskey. Also picked up a Galileo thermometer for home. I dont visit often but I know Ill find what Im looking for when I do.

An extremely diverse selection of quality merchandise

Solid Homegoods. Different layout than most so its a bit difficult to find your way around. Usually clean and well-organized shelves. Havent had much interaction with the employees so I cant give information about that. Bathroom was clean and clearance sections are a bit better and cleaner than average.

Best store for seasonal home decor - and everyday kitchen basics. Its very hard to go and not leave with more than I intended to buy! They have great prices and the stock is constantly refreshing - this can be good for finding new things but can also be frustrating if you are trying to get more of a specific item. Its not the kind of store when you go in looking for an exact item - you have to be open to options within a category (looking for fun holiday glasses vs. wanting white ceramic mugs with trees on them). Love this store!

I love this store! I got great wicker chairs and a table for a great price today. Yesterday I got new dish towels that match my kitchen perfectly and outdoor pillows. This store is just chock full of great items and the staff is very friendly.

Ive basically furnished 80% of my home from here... including couches. Im complemented all the time on pieces Ive purchased from here. Its always my go to when I need something.

Good deals nice workers

Today, getting new dog need bedding, dishes, toys, and leash. There is always a great assortment of pet accessories. Much more affordable than a pet store, and a better choice. I always check here first.

HomeGoods is wonderful! Lots of great stuff.

Bad experience with customer service. Sales rep was completely distracted and helping someone else on the other register after calling me on her register. She kept away my item after scanning and charging me thinking that I am returning stuff and then went away. I had to convince her showing my receipt that I actually bought the stuff and not returned. Very bad experience.

Decent selection. They go through a lot of inventory. Dont expect to find the same thing twice or a set. Their specialty is mismatched items. You need a good eye to find things here.

Had a nice variety. Loved the pastels - especially with Easter & Spring so close at hand. Good prices, too.

Eclectic mix of everything! Not a quick shopping stop. Each find is a treasure!

Okay selection of items. There’s a few people who work here that aren’t the friendliest. An older gentleman that usually works the register (I think his name is Michael) often seems like he’s in a terrible mood and a bit aggressive. Another woman borderline shamed me into not getting a TJX rewards card, even though I had just signed up for one at a different Home Goods and had it on the way in the mail. She kept telling me I should just cancel the one that was on the way and open a new one with her. In the grand scheme of things, I can deal with the people if they continue to keep a clean, stocked store.

I tried to find a matching pair to a set of curtains I purchased (earlier) at Home Goods. Each store carries a different inventory and no one store - or their HQ - can tell you where an item can be found. Given the technology available (which Im sure they have for internal supply chain management) theres no reason for the lack of customer service. Shame!
