I can’t say enough about country parkway repairs, Chris & Frank are two knowledgeable guys who are always reliable from a simple oil change to a full brake job, they are always honest with you and reasonably priced. Wouldn’t go anywhere else but country parkway.

I took my truck in the shop for check engine light for almost 2 weeks and told me i needed a sensor to be changed after a $2000 BILL i paid, i left not even a block away from the shop, my ck engine light came back on. I went back and they told me they were too busy to look at it. My cruise control does not work now my fog lights do not work and my automatic starter and my 4 wheel drive does not kick in. in the end DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, they have no clue what they are doing and they do not fix the problems, now i have MORE then when i went in with.

Country Parkway is a hidden gem. They have been my go to for years now with maintaining my vehicles. There is no job to big or to small for these guys. They are one of the few honest Garages around. I HIGHLY recommend them.

These guys do great work, are super honest and deliver on time (or earlier). Last year I went in expecting to need a full brake job and they told me I only need to resurface the front rotors. They could have sold me all new brakes but didnt. I am a customer for life. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing. They were so nice and professional. I went to to another place to have an oil change done and I knew I needed breaks but they tried to tell me I needed something else. I went here to Country Parkway and I told them that I needed breaks and what the other place said I needed also. They serviced my car and were honest with me by telling me that part was no needed on my car at all. I like how they kept it honest with me and didnt try to get over on me. And they did a great job for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them.

Although they are for the most part honest I almost had an accident after they installed a defective alternator. My new battery got drained with this new alternator and my car stopped in the middle of a highway. Then they wouldnt reimberst for the full value of the battery.

Excellent service from experienced mechanics. Frank and Chris treat their customers with respect and their work backs it up. My father first started using them at their old location on Old Country Road and followed them to the current location on Urban Ave. The first time I used them I felt very comfortable and it was a good feeling to find a mechanic you can trust. I live more than 30 minutes away from them but still travel back there to have work completed on my vehicle.

There are simply no better people let alone mechanics than Frank and Chris. The most honest, competent, kindest people you will even meet. Customers are more like family and I have met many who moved but still drove for up to an hour just to have their vehicle serviced there. What other mechanic would call you up and say Dont you look at your bill? I over charged you! or when I helped straighten out a wifi / router problem they refused to let me pay for the oil change.

They found the multiple problems from a 1999 Expedition and FIXED them.Also 2007 Expedition.Both vehicles run like new cars.1999 has over 200,000 miles.👍👍👍
