Super unprofessional - I needed an inspection done on a certain day so I called them beforehand to make sure they could do it. I asked if I could bring it in at the time I was calling, around 3pm. The guy who answered the phone said I could bring it in at 4, but when I arrived at 3:55, I was told that they couldnt inspect the car because no one was there who was able to do the inspection. I informed them about what I was told on the phone and the man there just shrugged his shoulders and said that the mechanic had left for the day. He asked me to come back Monday but theres absolutely no way Im going back there.

These guys were so easy to work with! They know good customer service. Each person I spoke to, mainly Pedro, was very nice over the phone, they explained everything and were very thorough in making sure they made the correct diagnosis. They let me drop my car off after hours, and were able to help me process what I owed them and get my car back to me, ISSUE SOLVED, and pick my car up after they closed that same day because I work past the time they close. They didnt rip me off either. Very fair pricing. They definitely have me as a returning customer if I need anything else done.

Pedro is the thief. He gave me one price and he said bring your car here. I bring my car there and he game me different price. It is hard to find honest mechanic. This guy definitely, lair and cheater. I dont recommend anyone to go there!!!

I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS! This place is THE worst, most unprofessional shop I’ve ever been to. I stopped by the other day to inquire on the price to get a used tire.. the guy told me $45 per used tire (a little higher than most but I said no problem). We went the following day to replace the tires because this place is around the corner from my house and my tire was very flat so I didn’t want to go far. We get there and apparently ALL FOUR tires had to be replaced - again, I said fine. We came back home while they replaced the tires and when I called to ensure I can pay with my credit card they said the total is $45 PLUS $25 installation fee PER TIRE!!!!!!!!! I was so upset and told them I don’t want them to touch my car and the manager said it had already been installed all while being VERY rude on the phone and cutting me off when I tried to speak. My fiancé gets there about an hour later to pick up the car AND THEY HAD NOT FINISHED INSTALLING THE TIRES!!!! They are liars and unprofessional crooks!!! Definitely reporting to the BBB tomorrow. Don’t go here for anything!!
