Any Fairway has the best Groceries in the world. This one...although not the coolest has everything in a great location. Could be best seafood in a grocery Ive ever seen.

Good store, great selection fully stocked. Reasonable pricing and excellent coffee, cheese, meat kiosks. Seafood could be a little better with selection and freshness. Also the new mobile app is great for not waiting in line just scan the stuff with your phone as you go and then go to the right at checkouts scan the code at the self service station pay through your phone and walk out.

I just left Fairway of Westbury New York. This is a store that I’ve always enjoyed visiting until today. It’s one thing if you decide to impose a new policy and you tell the customers in advance that this is a new policy but it’s quite another thing when we point out your mistakes and customer service representatives get a nasty attitude about it. Apparently, in the interest of serving all customers they have decided to limit toilet paper to four rolls per customer.Every sign in the store, including the one posted at the entrance did not indicate this. I pointed this out to to the front end customer service representatives and they gave me a nasty attitude. One even went as far as to say “well I don’t know what to tell you” and walked away before I even finished speaking to her. I understand that you’re under a lot of pressure but please don’t take it out on me because I pointed out a mistake that your store made. There was no sign in the store that customers were limited to four single rolls per family or anything remotely related to that. But yet strangely enough I could get one 20 pack of Scott’s toilet paper. This was extremely aggravating and I hope management addresses this issue. There was no need for both customer service representatives who were on duty on Sunday, March 22, 2020 at 9:30 am to have a nasty attitude because I simply asked a question about something that clearly they were in error about. The store manager/assistant called me and apologized for the incident. I really appreciate that gesture.

Clean and organized when I used to go there. I dont do groceries myself since pandemic started. From what I heard theyre still well maintained.

I wish this market was closer to where i live on the south shore of Long Island. The meat, fresh fish and breads are delicious and well priced. Check the daily sales for extra savings. Prices are good. I make a special trip when i need to. I hope this is not one of their stores that are closing.

This store rocks!! They offer great prices on items that are much higher in price at other supermarkets. Wonderful selection of products in neatly arranged shelves. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!!

I would never ever shop at a fairway store EVER again my family and friends wont either, they sell BAD meat had 2 packages of very bad meat one was whole filet mignon that smelled as if it had been out for weeks and parsley and cheese thin sausage that was still raw and tasted bad after being on the grill TWICE. My sister said she thinks fairway used a different kind of meat and it Smelled BAD, so if you dont want to poison your family I would suggest never shopping at Fairway. I wouldnt give it 1 star but it wont let me give it no stars. And remember both of these meats were purchased at the same time what does that tell you and I also heard a worker say a woman came in the day before me with the same problem. No wonder filing or bankruptcy!!

Love this place. The produce is outstanding as is the meat and fish. The cheese selection is like going to a speciality shop to make your selection and checking out at supermarket pricing. The selection of coffees and teas is outstanding. The service is first rate - ask for help and you get it quickly and efficiently. Parking is close and readily available. Great stuff.

The BEST olive oil selection Ive ever seen. They also have an amazing olive bar, and I dont even like olives. Thats how good it is. The deli meats and cheese selection is fantastic.

Chicken wings that I just purchased were obviously sitting around for hours. The bottom of the plastic container was burnt and hard. Thanks for ripping me off.

Yesterday, 08/21/20, I bought WHOLE BEEF TNDRLN FILET MIGNON at the FAIRWAY STORE in Westbury. I usually like the good quality of their food - even though, its over priced. However, to my frustration and disappointment, yesterday, was not the case! The whole package - 4.22 lb, was spoiled! The smell was unbearable! It took over the whole house. Ive been calling them over and over, to no avail! I tried to leave a message, but it cuts me off, as soon as I start talking.

Solidly three stars. Lots of style over substance. The grocery store has a LOT of speciality items (coffee, teas, olive oils, cheeses, huge beer selection, salad/hot food bar, olive bar, handmade pastas, non-dairy milks, etc). But its lacking in basics that you would need for a really complete grocery shopping trip (cereals, frozen vegetables, dried pastas, pasta sauces, spices, etc.). I would not go back unless there was a specific item I was looking for.

This store was always clean, but yesterday, Jan.8, this:- a very bad smell in the back of the store near meats- expired food (ham steak, soft ChiChi’s tacos)- no expiration date on meat (ham steak)- cat food prices above regular supermarketsWe thought it was an upscale supermarket but taking a better look around I would hesitate to go there again.

Stopped in here to pick up a cake and some pastries! The fruit topped cheesecake was delicious! Light not heavy everyone enjoyed it! The Fairway is quite large and immaculate! Loved it!

Come here specifically for their meats. Butcher station is top notch; their strip/shell steaks are incredible--usually get them custom cut, and I love getting their super thick pork chops. They also have aged meats as well.Very impressive cheese section too.

A wonderful market for organic or not organic. The produce is displayed so beautifully and tastes even better. Huge assortment of things you just dont find everywhere. Ie... hand sliced belly lox from the nicest man ever! I think I will write him kudos to corporate.

Ran out of salad dressing while enjoying Bistro Salad. I love my Bistro but the balsamic dressing is too thick & sweet, so I mix in Wishbone balsamic dressing. Ran into my neighboring co workers, I thought about her & Wallah she was there and we both had a laugh.

I was very impressed today. Even though the store is not granting returns and refunds during this time, I bought two bags of potatoe crips yesterday. I got home and pulled the bag of chips only for them to open up from the bottom and scatter on the floor. I had already thrown out my receipt as I try to eliminate what I dont need anytime I shop. In any case, I took the chips back today in a different bag as I cannot eat chips that already fell on the ground. Even though I didnt have my receipt, they pulled up the sale from the credit card payment and processed the refund. I was very impressed that this was done and I will continue to come to this store. As Fairway itself tells us, its like no other market. You can find things here that are rare or unavailable for the price they ask, whether its this months most popular miracle grain, imported charcuterie, or certified olive oil. They offer superior meat and fish for the same sale price as ordinary markets.The Westbury location is seldom crowded.They also stand behind their products :I once bought their house brand frozen shrimp and I was unhappy with the size uniformity, I emailed them and they issued me a store credit with no further hassle.

This place was the best. Beats Whole Foods and Stew Leonards any day.Highly recommended.

Easy to see right off of Corporate Drive servicing Westbury and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Moderately clean facilities. Public Restrooms. On the expensive side so bring your credit cards. We will most likely be going back.

Beautiful store. Immaculate, mostly friendly staff. Did have one persnickety cashier on one visit - an old word, but it fits. She was terse, not particularly helpful, &, fortunately, is a rare exception in my many visits here.There are a wide variety of products from which to choose, including organics, & while I have found some better prices with a bit of shopping around, the quality is top notch, especially store brands, & theres always something good on special.

I love the fruit and vegetables section at Fairway. The price is fair for seasonal selections. Out of season produce can be high. I have not been disappointed in this department.The prepared foods bar provides delicious items, the weight per container is high. However, the taste and the convenience make up for that.The meat department carries fresh daily selections but pricey.If you love COFFEE the fresh selection is abundant and great variety. Same with Olive Oil with a tasting area ( which should be manned so the bread and crackers are always available)I love this store overall.

Great place for all of your grocery needs. From natural and vegan choices to the best deli and selections of cheeses and coffee. Theyre chopped salad bar and hot selection of food for lunch is always fresh and delicious.

This fairway has the worst customer service of any grocery store/supermarket chain I have ever been to. They are always short staffed, even at rush hour. If they know people get out of work and go grocery shopping, why not try and have some staffing around that time. I go here a lot around 5-7 pm and theres two or maybe three registers open with lines that extend out to the aisles. The last time, I went straight to the customer service window because the lady there was alone and when I got there she said she could only process refunds and didnt complete my purchase. None of the employees care and most of them look like they have working there. Also, this store has expired products!!! I have found expired yogurts at this store several times, one time I took them home and when I got there I realized they had expired a week before; when I returned it to the store the girl at the customer service box didnt even seem surprised and gave me my money back. The second time I checked the date before picking it up and some had expired at least a couple of days before, I tried to look for a stock clerk but didnt see anyone around, I did tell the cashier and she said shell let someone know about it. The third time I thought was a disgrace, they must not care about it. The yogurts were expired, again, at least a week. I decided to not tell anyone instead edit my previous review of this store, maybe if you read it you as a customer pay attention to what you are buying from here. I dont feel comfortable shopping here anymore and it is highly unlikely that I return.The isles are very spacious and they have a lot of good quality items. The hot food counter looks very good and the coffee section has some beans you cant find easily in other places. Prices are on the high end but some products are very unique.

I go to this store for the produce. I mostly shop in the produce aisle and some bakery because once you leave that section you will need a second job to actually purchase anything. It has a lot of variety - better than most stores in the area. The prepacked fruits are fresh and look good; however it is severely overpriced. Sushi is good once you get it first thing in the morning while the guys are making it.

Fruit always sweet. Great selection of hard to find products and variety produce, fish and healthy snacks. Love this store. Its one of my 3 favorites.

I try to like this brand of supermarket, but it is difficult to find anything, and employees in store are not easily found or very helpful. Selection is strange. Lots of cheeses, olives, coffees, and they have an eating area inside that seems decent. Fewer brands to choose from for regular items, though. Prices above average for supermarkets.

Talk about being blown away by soooo much variety in all kinds of foods and I love their dedicated section for coffee. Its a coffee persons place of paradise.

This place has it all. From greens to meats to hand made soap. Really great selection. Kosher selections. The coffee area is outrageous. The beer section has the favorites and seasonal varieties. Cheese, OMG cheese. They have fresh made pizza, sandwiches and salads all ready to go. Looking for quality, this is the shop.

They do mark up their prices than most other grocery stores. They do have an amazing selection of coffee beans and various cheeses.

The items are admittedly pricier than other choices around, but the quality scales with the price. Phenomenal coffee bean choices for snobs, great cheese, a surprisingly good value bakery for what it offers, and my soft spot for organic food is satiated.Be prepared to pay 15% to twice as much as you would elsewhere depending on whether you pick mainstream items or specialty items, but if you want good food, dont miss Fairway.The amazing ambience helps a ton as well.

Great food, always fresh, best meat and seafood. When they are issues their managerial staff listens and trys to correct the problem. The deli can get crowded but theyre better than other supermarkets from salads to their cold cut quality and choices

I remember why I dont go here that often... This place is just too big and it is overwhelming and difficult to navigate. Sometimes it is a challenge to find exactly what you want and get out quickly as lines can be long. That said, they do have an incredible selection of high quality foods..but sometimes you just want to find what you need and get on with your life.

Wide selection of groceries, some not seen in other stores. Prices are competitive if the item is on promotion.The coffee bean selection is huge and smells great. Also love the deli section, a lot of variety.Aisles have been rearranged since the place first opened.

Yesterday, FAIRWAY MARKET WESTBURY sold us 2 lbs of spoiled, slimy, rotten 🐙 squids. I properly stored it in the refrigerator. Then we noticed a foul odor everytime we open the refrigerator. I took it out to start preparing it for cooking. The foul smell was so intense, texture was slimmy, UNFIT for human consumption. The smell reached up to all the rooms in our house. I called up Fairway, but probably because of the situation we are all in, there was NO answer. I left a message to ALERT them to take it out of the shelf. To DISCARD the squid before it hurt and or kill somebody.

I pretty much shop at Fairway exclusively because of the selection and quality. I recently had to eliminate gluten from my diet and they have an aisle dedicated to gluten free products. Deducted a star because it can be pricey for certain items.

Great selection of artisan products. From a top notch deli section, to a cheese monger. From in house roasted coffee and loose leaf teas, to a great bakery and a great butcher. They even have a selection of dry aged beef. The best part is, if you dont see it, ask customer service and theyll make a special order.

Looks lovely inside and out should not be too much problems shopping here you should be just fairly fine after going to shop in this one stop supermarket!

Very nice produce and other products in a very clean environment. The unground coffee selection is amazing and the selection they offer in the realms of meats, fish and cheeses is, for lack of a better word, phenomenal. I love this place and without any doubt will be back... again... very shortly.

Great market with well stocked unique items. I especially like their meat and seafood departments. Their prime beef and prime dry aged beef is always exceptional! You will pay for quality though. They also have a great deli, cheese and BEER section.

This place seems to have every vegetables. I was looking for fresh horseradish, it was the only store that has it within 15 miles

Love the experience and I love the products. Its not often I come here but when I do I like to indulge in the cheeses. The product quality alone is worth mentioning. I have gone to some supermarkets where the products expire in 2 days or where the meat is off color etc. Over here you have many options and the quality is fresh. I will keep coming back.

Produce is good. Nice selection of foodie items. The meat & fish counters are better than most markets. Try the boneless chuck roast cut to order. Excellent!

I used to love Fairway. The one in Pelham, I personally think is better, however, I live out in Long Island now and Im too far. Plus I noticed a few of the items are way overpriced. The deli employees make me feel like theyre doing me a favor by helping me. Thats one of the main reasons I dont go to Fairway anymore. Not to mention that several times I got black forest ham when you ask for honey maple ham. I miss my old Fairway :(

Great selection of meats, cheeses, seafood. Theres also some specialty items that you wont find at other grocery stores that fairway may carry. Expect to pay more for items though, some items are marked nearly double of what you would get at a stop and shop.Staff at Fairway Market is great, deli counter, fish monger and butcher are all helpful and polite.

Place has huge variety of everything. Only downfall is all the preslived fruit always tastes like acid. Stop adding stuff to make it lastb3 more days. Just throw it out if not fresh. Plain and simple

Large variety of fresh produce, excellent selection of vegan options, some items pricey.

This store has the best and highest-quality grocery selection around. Everything is neatly stacked and clean. The downside, of course, is prices, so if you are looking to buy some standard processed foods, I suggest you go to the nearby Target.

Used to be the best for organic produce, however their prices have really gone up. You can usually find a good deal on beef tenderloin around Christmas.

The appetizing was great. The people who cut the lox, were so great. The food tastes fresh special. I wish I got more.
