Wow. Truly impressed with the speed of service, the price, and my fixed tire! I don’t think I’ve ever had such an awesome experience with a tire or car mechanic EVER, and these guys really set the bar high. No wonder they’re top ranked by Google. This is the best tire business in southern RI by far. Have had 3 flats fixed, longest took 20 minutes. Alignments are reasonably priced and done perfectly. Had tires put on, good prices and great service. They run a tight ship, they are ready when you get there and everything is done on time or ahead of schedule. I have been to other places from Westerly to North Kingstown, these guys are the best and no one is close. They are ridiculously honest and trustworthy, no overselling at all.

This is the only place I’ll take my car going forward. They are very honest and reasonable and do great work. I would recommend to anyone!

Ive had Red Stone fix several flats and leaks over the past couple of years because it is close to home. Although I was hesitant since Ive heard 2 stories of tires actually falling off after they were serviced here. Recently I had another slow leak. I felt the previous plug on the inside shoulder/wall and thought it was a foreign object in my tire or the plug coming out. They assured me this was fine but there was a different small leak which they plugged. Shortly after, tire was leaking again. This time I decided to go somewhere else. I wasnt shocked when I was told it is actually illegal or not safe to plug a tire on the shoulder/sidewall. They were surprised the tire didnt blow on the highway. I’m so angry that a place you put your trust in wasn’t concerned with my safety. Thank goodness nothing happened! They also charge $20 each small patch/plug. Many shops will do this for free.

Highly recommend. They are a kind fast efficient business in our community. They got me in for an oil change while i waited with my 3 children within 30 mins of me calling. I had been trying the larger corporate stores for weeks just to get the run-a -round. I will absolutely return with my business from now on.

Awesome mechanics, very timely in service and incredibly fair prices. Also very patient with customers, I probably called a dozen times today with questions and they provided excellent customer service, always friendly and somehow not annoyed with me! I drive a mini cooper and tend to assume the worst with pricing in foreign car repair but I was blown away when given the total. I work/live an opposite schedule to normal business hours so it was a relief to drop off my car, pay, and pick it back up in a way that worked for me. I never felt pressured for extra services, just an honest and excellent job all around. I will recommend this business to anyone in the area. Thank you!

Purchased tires. Service was quick. Owner not very personable, got the feeling he didnt care if I came back or not. Inquired about another service but he didnt seem real interested in doing it and gave me a pretty high estimate. Might try Red Stone again or might not. I went because referrals said he was great and usually gave a good price. Not sure that was the case for me.

I called shop Guy at front desk told me that he was able to fix tire. I drove 20 miles out my way and when I get to shop he tells me no one is here to fix tire. He didnt even find a solution for me to safely get to another shop was rude I do not recommend coming to this shop.....

Had a nail in my tire. They took me right in and fixed it immediately. I happened to pull in just as they were finishing another tire repair, so there was no wait. Repair was done in 10 minutes at a reasonable price!

An out-of-town guest had a flat tire and needed an emergency tire change so he could drive home. Red Stone went out of their way to help. They showed him what went wrong with his old tire and quickly got him back on the road with a good replacement tire at a fair price. We really appreciated their speedy service!

Been here a few times, always very fair pricing and always good work thats done in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely where I will continue to go for tires!

They have done my tractor tires and a front end alignment on my truck. Very reasonable and they do quality work.

Excellent service, I prefer to use local independent businesses. Though I think $30.00 for dismount, remount and balance was expensive.

Got a flat bout quarter mile away but crawled into Redstone. Tire was destroyed. Carl and his crew set me up with a good used tire and i was back on the road in 15 minutes. Great job and Damn fast service.

Real quick to to your money I bought a new complete set of tires had to bring back to rebalance they fell off first time went back for leak repair cost 25 bucks to fix I guess when you buy tires from them your best to go get plugged at town fair tire they fix for free on Hopes youll by from them the next time

RIP OFF Charged me 49$ for an oil change. Im a Senior Woman with Out of State tags. Carl saw me coming. Said he used synthetic oil blend. WHY? nobody else ever did. Maybe ok for the locals but NEW CUSTOMERS BEWARE. Came highly recommended, perhaps I should have told him that & he wouldnt have PRICE GOUGED me. Offered to partial refund me after I complained of oil change charge. A price is a price, to offer a partial refund was further proof of DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICE..

I woke up this morning to a flat thanks to a screw embedded in my tire. We called AAA and they kept disconnecting the call and putting me on hold. My boyfriend struggled to get the wheel off for hours and we called Red Stone for advice. We are new to the area and this was our first time using them. They let us borrow one of their rubber mallets so he could knock it off. We drove my car over with my spare on and they were able to repair the tire (didnt have to replace!) all within an hour or so. Great service!

Carl (the owner) treated me like Id been a customer for years even though it was my first time to his shop. I spoke w him over the phone before coming in. We talked about price, options & availability. Keep in mind, Im always skeptical, which most people are when it comes to buying four tires for their AWD Subaru. To make a long story short, he gained a customer for life! I was in & out w four new tires, balanced & aligned in just a little over an hour. He even honored a cup on he had on his website that I didnt even know about! Dont go to some big box store. Support your local businesses & go see Carl!

Staff was friendly and assisted me with a tire issue when I was in a hurry. They fit me in and made sure the job got done. My issue is, Im assuming because Im a young looking female, the employee who quoted me a price, overcharged me and then tried to upsell me by trying to scare me with misinformation. Unfortunately for him, I actually know a small amount about vehicles and will not be returning.

They, unlike many other places, had tires in stock to fit my vehicle and had them on the car within an hour. A bit pricey, but not over the top.

Unless hes mobbed, the service is hard to beat. Usually does the work right as i wait so i can be on my way again.
