Becky and the Ocean Tile Gallery has made our latest project a breeze. She has saved us HOURS of driving around looking at tile for our next two projects. In fact, shes located in Westerly, RI and my project is in FLORIDA!! All over the phone she not only selected gorgeous tile, she provided seamless delivery and saved us TONs of time! This is our third project with Ocean Tile Gallery and wont be the last. If youre reading this, you need to go see them for your next project.

My wife and I stopped by in search of tile for our kitchen and bar backsplash. We explained to the women our project and I could tell she was not thrilled to help us (maybe too small a job?). We took some samples home and when I returned them, I asked if she could get a smaller version of that tile. She said no and as I was leaving she curtly said if you cant find what you want here, you wont find it anywhere. Nice stuff but not the greatest customer service. We found what we wanted at The Tile Shop in Warwick.

Extremely disappointed in follow up customer service.!My contractor ordered 32 pieces of tile but realized after he got it that it 32 sq ft instead, which was much too much. When I called to see if I could return the rest, the woman to whom I spoke and explained that we only needed 32 pieces, she very curtly told me that they dont order by the piece only sq ft and they dont take anything back. So I asked why they didnt figure out what the 32pieces would equal in sq ft. She saidwe dont do that. If they cant figure out square footage then are they only there to sell tile and nothing else!! This order cost over $600 and it should have been one third of that price! Would not recommend them again.

Shopping at Ocean State Tile was an amazing experience. Not only is their flooring selection top notch, the owner, Becky, and staff are wonderful to work with. They will guide you in the right direction and will continue to advise you throughout the process. I will certainly be recommending this store to others.
