From the minute I drove up to the parking area of where my beautiful new Wrangler stud I was treated with outstanding customer service. I do not do recommendations but they deserve this one. I had a couple of recalls repaired. They fixed them and discovered a broken exhaust clamp and replaced it also. I was in Westerly enjoying a few days at the beach with my family. We parked at the beach in a gravel lot and apparently some rocks got lodged in a wheel causing a scraping sounds. It was a Saturday morning at 8am and no service centers were opened or would fit us in. Long story short their incredibly friendly team had out SUV in being inspected and the issue being corrected immediately. They took about 45 minutes to complete the fix. They then said it was not a big deal and refused any payment for their time. This kind gesture allowed our family to get on the road on time to get back home. We are forever grateful!

I am so impressed with the service I received I had to write a review. A few days ago I have a computer issue with my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee that needed immediate attention. I called same day and was about to have my car checked. Not only were they so quick to get me in but they were so accommodating and had my car in and out. DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE SERVICED HERE!!!I brought my Jeep in for an oil change and to evaluate a few other concerns. They told me I needed an alternator and a wheel bearing, neither of which were needed according to a competent shop I brought my car to afterward. After they changed the oil my engine was making a ticking noise which it was not making before they touched it. I went right back and the staff informed me this is a common problem and that I would need to get it repaired. Point being it wasnt a problem before they serviced it. I took my car and brought it to a competent mechanic and I now have to make a $2000 repair. I called the General Manager and he said he would talk to the service department and get back to me. Never called back, even after a second call from me. My bad for trying to support a local business who is clearly just trying to extort their customers. Ocean, you should be ashamed of yourselves. One star only because I cant post without a star rating.

I wish I could give zero stars.Drove our Chrysler vehicle on the lot with an electrical issue, 7 weeks later problem was not fixed and offered to give us $5K in trade, a vehicle that had a KBB value of $12K when it drove onto the lot.I am a lifetime Jeep driver and I will be avoiding this stealership in the future!

The receptionist was very friendly. My Jeep Rubicon was taken in for a routine oil change and I was made aware that it needed some off road 30K service as well. I elected to have that service done as well. The reception area was clean and comfortable. The service didn’t take long at all! Where do I begin? I purchased my 2018 Jeep Compass in MN but will be living in RI for the next year or so... and as a first time car owner I cannot tell you how pleased I am to have found Ocean in Westerly. They have taken me in and driven around with me as I explain the idiocies around my lovely Jeep. In my most recent experience with them I came in with $500 worth of groceries and ski equipment for 5 days in my car when my “service engine” light came on. They not only got me in quickly, but I was on the road again in just over an hour. Very thankful and cannot recommend them enough!

Buyer beware.I was purchasing a certified pre-owned Ram Laramie - at the very last minute I was told I needed to put down an additional $1,600 in addition to the $1,000 deposit already paid. This was after all the “numbers” were agreed to. I did it because I was so far in the process and this was the exact model I wanted but felt really uneasy about it – like there were games being played. They knew my credit rating and all the other info well before this point.30 min after my purchase I called to inform the dealership that the gas cap was broken – I noticed this when I gassed up for the first time. I was told this would be fixed when I brought the truck in to have the mirror fixed, which was apparently missed in the inspection process (I pointed it out when I was considering the purchase). When I brought the truck in for the mirror repair they told me they had to order a part for the gas cap which required another trip back to the dealership – very frustrating because I previously suggested I take a picture of the broken piece and send it to the service department to make sure they had the part when I came in for the mirror but they said no. This took over a month and a half to resolve.Also, when I inspected the truck for purchase I inquired about the tires which seemed more worn than normal for a certified pre-owned vehicle. They told me the tread was similar to the tires on the brand new truck right next to this one (which was a little insulting to my intelligence) but this truck that had 30,000 miles on it and clearly had not had a tire change. When I asked how much it would cost for new tires the salesman said approx. $800. I later asked the service department for a quote and it was well over $1,000.Finally, a week or so after the purchase, a friend of mine saw a piece of duct tape hanging from the front of the truck which was holding up a piece of plastic under the front end. Pretty embarrassing for me - not sure how it was missed along with the gas cap.The service department was friendly but overall this was a bad experience and I would not recommend this dealership - go to Valenti if possible.

I just wonder if selling crashed vehicles is Tasca practice. Going to return the truck Friday. Most of us work very hard for what we have to have someone take advantage of it. Quick and easy service. Resolved issue completely

I have winter tires already mounted to rims that I use each year. The task was to remove the summer tires and install the winter. Everything is on rims so it’s a matter of taking the tires out of the trunk and putting them in the proper position on the car. Like in the past, at other dealers I was quoted a tire rotation, so $30. After the work was performed I was told next time it would be $88 because taking tires out of the trunk is much more work; double the work of a tire rotation. That’s just way to much for this type of work. I will shop this task around.

Not only did Ocean fit me in on short notice, the service manager and team went above and beyond to make necessary repairs within one day to ensure I got my vehicle back in a timely fashion. Excellent customer service.
