Got my radiator replaced here, everything about the experience was great. The only negative, and it is a small one, was the front of the car was left dirty, no big deal at all, was much happier about getting my car back in good working condition almost a full day earlier then expected! I hit something in the road (sounded like a concrete block but looked like a paper bag). while driving home and was worried that I had damaged my oil pan or worse based on the sound of the impact. I stopped at this store as it was close by and asked them if they could check it before I drove out of town the next morning for work. Jon and his technician looked at it right away and although there was cosmetic scrapes and dents on practically everything under the car there was no concerning damage. I appreciated their quick action, honest assessment and the reassurance I could continue with my business plans. Highly recommend this facility.

We were traveling through Columbus, OH from out of town, when we realized we had a punctured tire from a nail. This happened late in the day, and we could not find anyone who was willing to help us fix it that same day, so we could get back on the road. The folks at Goodyear (Mark & John) told us to bring it over and theyd look at it. When we got there, they had the car up on a jack and inspected it within 5 minutes. Me & my family have been using Goodyear for over 30 years! You wont find a better repair shop that has outstanding customer service, excellent quick timely repairs & truly care about you. We have not only taken our older vehicles there for service/repairs, etc., but also helped w/a potential new vehicle we want to buy & give us an honest opinion whether we should buy it or not. They customize your repairs as to what you can afford to do at that time too. I cant say enough good things about the Manager & the technicians that work there too. Over 30 years theyve taken the best care of my family members & are such a great blessing too. This sums it up. An hr ago I was waiting for my food order next door to Goodyear. My car wouldnt start. I called AAA & they were going to be 1 1/2 hours to come. I called Goodyear to tell them I would be dropping off the car. John immediately said he would be over & jumped my car in less than 5 minutes! I cancelled the tow. They are simply the best!

After stopping at several tire shops including the one i normally use for tire repair, couldnt get me in until Wednesday, today being Saturday that would not work. I called Goodyear, they said come on over. They fixed it on the spot, then didnt charge me. I will use this location for all my future tire needs.

My daughter is dog sitting in Westerville and lives in Hilliard and got a flat tire which we had AAA put a spare on. I sent her to the closest shop which was this Goodyear. She is 19 and could have very well been sold anything and yet they repaired her flat at no charge! I appreciate the honesty and will be driving from Hilliard to Westerville to this shop for all 3 of our car’s tires from now on! Thank you from a mama! 🤟🏼

I was in a pinch and needed a tire repair they were 30 minutes until closing. They removed the screw in my tire and plugged it from the inside and never even charged me. Great costumer service as well I highly recommend this location.

I rarely write reviews but this one had to be done. I booked an free appointment for an inspection on my old Toyota. About 3 minutes of starting the inspection, the tech (who was also at the CS desk) did in fact notice the problem I had but did not complete the FULL inspection that I had booked for likely due to the fact that he noticed I had work done to it elsewhere and is an old vehicle. I asked if he would complete the inspection but I was met with a physical shrug as if the car just wasnt worth the time. Lucky for me, this vehicle just happens to be one that I dont drive often but I will likely never come back for any type of work. Paid or not. Will definitely work for anyone who they think will bring them lots of $$$$. I will try as much as I can to prevent anyone I know from visiting this location.

I do all repair work myself but I still depend on a shop to perform alignments and tire mounting for me. This is literally the first time Ive ever been satisfied with an alignment from any shop Ive taken one of my 3 cars to. They didnt just toe and go like most places would. They actually fine tuned the alignment, fixed camber, caster and toe. Kevin C got my 21 year old car driving like new. Im thrilled and will be back with my other vehicles soon!

Excellent experience at this location last week. I pulled up at like 8am no appointment asking for an alignment. I was greeted with quick and friendly service. In and out in like 30 mins. Most places you need an appointment even when theyre not busy and it takes at least an hour

Best maintenance shop ever! I moved out of the area about two years ago and I continued to take my card and trucks there. Its hard to find good customer service, good maintenance and fair prices but theses guys do it (with a HUGE emphasis on customer service)! Ive already went to another Goodyear near my new house and its just not the same. Will be trying other shops but I doubt I will EVER find another maintenance shop like this one. If I dont, Ill just have to take the drive up to executive parkway every 5000 miles. Keep up the good work!!! And someone please groom Chris to run his own shop!

I had a tire blow over the weekend and Monday they called and told me the wheel was also shot and would need a new one. Because I have aftermarket rims they couldnt find any so we elected to take the car back to the dealer we recently bought it from. Goodyear put a spare on it and let us drive away free of charge. I got the sense these guys knew what they were doing and truly care about the customers. I will be returning here in the future for service from these professionals.

When I had a deflated tire and both nearby gas station air pumps were out of service I pulled into this Goodyear location. Mark at Goodyear cheerfully filled my tire in -18 wind chill and sent me on my way in under three minutes. I was impressed at his display of customer service!

This location services our fleet vehicles upwards of 90. They are always on it, without much notice getting them fixed and back on the road quickly. And when I need work on my own they are on top of that too.

I have taken my vehicles to this location many times and something always seems to happen to my cars. When they put new tires on my car, the rims where all grooved from the tire machine. I didnt realize until a few months later(summertime, had them install in the winter) that this was done, so there was nothing I could do. I had another car brought in for a wheel alignment and it took them 2 times to get it right, they said it was because the guy was new. The final straw, I had an oil change done and I needed the tires(both front and back) on the drives side checked for air because I was traveling to Cleveland (gauge on dash reading low). They only did the rear one and later that day I found two nick taken out of my paint by the rear door (probably from the air gun). I had to find a place in my travels to the Cleveland area to put air in my front tire that I asked them to do. Besides all of this, there is one man there that is very rude. Reason: One of my new tires kept losing air and I took it to them to have it check (tire warranty). I asked him what was wrong and in a snide way...we plugged it...and that was all he said...really?!!! I come from a family that was raised working for Goodyear, I will/would never buy tires from another company, but I will go to another location... See Yah, Sunbury Goodyear, you will never get my business again.
