Very friendly staff! I love coming to this location. I always find my niece tons of items brand new with tags or barley worn. Way better than paying full price for items that she will outgrow in a couple months. If you have kiddos in your life, this is the place to go!

By far my favorite Once Upon A Child. They always have great finds! These stores in general are the Best when you want great deals & nice things for your kids.

They try to lowball every item you have literally I took clothes up there that have maybe been worn one time by my daughter no holes no fading no stains namebrand some still have tags on them and everything they tried to give me $3.10 for a brand new pair of baby Nike shoes and told me the rest of my stuff was not acceptable because it was “well loved” If you could not afford to buy what I had that’s all you had to say there was no reason to lie About the clothes I had. A different once upon a child gave me $10 for the same shoes and bought a lot of the clothes that this location turned down and said that there was nothing wrong with them.

In the past, I have enjoyed doing business here, but my experience with Amy was awful. I sold several items and was offered a choice between either $3 cash or $3 store credit. Since I found a $3 item I was interested in buying, I said, “Can I just get this?” They replied that I could, but only if I agreed to pay $0.23 tax. I said, in that case, I just want the cash. They refused to give me the cash, saying they had already processed it as a store credit, so that my only remaining choice was to pay them the $0.23 or accept a certificate for $3 of store credit. Amy, who claimed to be the manager, refused to listen to when I thought this was unfair and instead loudly chastised me, yelling that everyone has to pay tax and that the whole thing was my fault. She was extremely condescending throughout, and she would not let me explain that my issue was that this was not so much the $0.23 as the fact that I preferred the cash offer unless a straight trade was possible. I kept asking her to stop talking over me and listen, but she wouldn’t let me finish a sentence. She also refused to tell me who she worked for or let me speak to her supervisor, telling me I’d have to go online to complain, even though her supervisor was apparently actually in the store the whole time. Ultimately, the final option I was given was that they would waive the tax on the $3 item. Since that was better than store credit I will never use, I accepted, but I would really appreciate an apology from Amy for treating me so rudely when all I wanted was for them to honor the cash offer that they made and I accepted.

Yesterday, my special needs great granddaughter was denied entrance to this shop because she cannot wear a mask. She is 5 years old. Her mom and dad had bought from there pretty much exclusively since their babies were born, plus we grandparents bought for them there. She had been in the store regularly but yesterday was denied entrance. Both the ADA and CDC disagree with this discrimination. We are asking all the customers to let this be known and help us boycott the store until this discrimination policy is fixed. They should have to furnish her with clothes!

I understand that these a troublesome times but if you have a child who has special needs DO NOT GO HERE. In fact, actively avoid going to this location. My son, who is 3 years old, has an Immune Deficiency and Sensory Processing Disorder (SPD) which causes him to have a hard time wearing anything on his face or around his ears. So basically cant wear a mask without freaking out and having a panic attack. The manager of this location was unsympathetic, misinformation, and did not care that we were keeping him in a stroller away from product and other customers. She had to kick us out because my special needs son could not wear a mask. I can promise you I will not be going to this location again.

I went in for a Leotard. ONCE I start looking I realized they have a lot of nice clothing, educational books, and flashcards I even got a kids table . Sizes range... 1 stop shop for my one year old all the way up to my 11 year old..cute belts shoes and sunglasses I loved it.

I went a couple day before Christmas and the staff is always ok. I did pick a few things out, one was the learn 2-3 age ask questions thing and it looked like it was in the package but when I got it home it was destroyed could not read a page. I also had to pay 10cents for a bag that did not fit all I bought. I asked when they started this and she said they were supposed to start after the new year but ran out of bags. They offer a reusable bag for like 5 bucks. I think for Christmas they should have gave them to people that were not aware of this change.

Called ahead of time before I went out of my way to drive to this one because all the other once upon a childs had 3-4 day waits. On the phone me and my friend was told they would do small consignments and furniture/toys. I come in after she tells my friend 15 minutes and she tells me 4 hours. This was my first and last time at this location.

Went in on a whim since I was looking for baby blankets to cover the carseat. Walked in and was immediately greeted and asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I said no and waddled (9 months pregnant) my way to the new born things and saw so many great prices. Staff was very friendly and didnt seem annoyed when I asked for help reaching for an item or when asking questions. Bianca checked me out and was wonderful to talk to. She was super friendly and nice and made me feel welcome. Sent all the moms at my mommy group to this location! I loved it

Maybe it’s my imagination, but the prices here seem to be higher at other locations. A tub of play dinosaurs was $8 at another location and $15 here. Same # of pieces, same size Dinos. They do have more room than other locations, but still a bit cramped. Bonus points for killer 80s music playing over PA.

My experience has always been good at this location. Buys are fair and resale selection is great! I just wish they would do coupons for returning buyers more often. After my buys I usually give it right back, so a loyalty program would be great! FYI🤔

This location was alright. Prices were good on some. Some of the quality of the clothes were low. Worn out and stained. Some things were overpriced. Found some cute things for decent prices. Id return.Went a 2nd time. Above review still remains true.... They really need to be more pickier about what they take .... A lot of faded things, things with holes, stings with stains.I do however love their set-up, organization and the outfit sections. I found a few cute items after digging for an hour.

A kids thrift store with the option to sell clothes. Im usually able to find what we need. Sometimes a bit overpriced for what theyre offering or low on options but usually worth a try.

Love the clothes there cheap and not expensive. Love buying there because they grow so fast and you get nice clothes that you dont spend a lot of money for due to baby/kids growing out of clothes fast

I always like to buy used whenever possible because it saves money and its better for the environment. I was in this store 2 months ago to look for a dress for my 2 year old for an event we were going to. I went in today to look for a swimsuit for vacation. I also took a gander at the dresses because my daughter only likes to wear dresses. They had all of the same dresses they had the last time I was there and more. I wonder if it ever occurred to the people who run this company that the prices are outrageous and thats the reason the stores are full of stuff! $15 for a used dress? I can go to TJ maxx and get a really nice brand new one for that price.I really feel they would move more inventory and be make more money if the prices were cut in half.

I decided to go in here today to look for baby clothes(8months pregnant) i just so happened to find a work bench and doll house like ive been looking for my other 2 children. One of the employees(didnt catch her name) was outstanding!! She put the big items at the front desk for me AND when i checked out she automatically grabbed the big items and took them out to my SUV for me without me having to ask or anything!!! I will be back she was amazing!

It seems to be the largest store in the area. The staff was great and so were the selection of items. Its a great place to go to when you have to outfit twins.

We live in Hilliard, so a pretty far drive from this store. We go to the Dublin store pretty often looking for clothes and small items. When Ive looked for larger items, I often call around to the various stores to see if they have it in stock. It seems like the Westerville store always has what Im looking for! Ive found the perfect baby gate and a great bike there. I have to disagree with the other comments about the staff - theyve been nothing but friendly and helpful to me.

I didnt appreciate the way they appraise almost brand new clothes (worn once or twice). They only offered me $5 for a faux fur nice coat that was worn twice and purchased for $60

Got a dozen name brand boys button front shirts, a t-shirt, a sweater and a hoodie for just under $60. I did luck into a special sale day, but would have been an excellent value regardless.

Way to spendy! H&M dress there for $8.00 when they retail brand new for $4.95 just craziness. Dresses that are name brand that are faded for $15.00. These are kids dresses mind u. Just nuts for second hand. Ill pay higher prices for good quality. But when its junk I wont. Try a different location maybe.

Decent selection. Clothing prices are very reasonable. Pricing on larger toys (wagons, jumpaoos, etc.) Is a little high though.

Today I took a double stroller to sell that was obviously used; just like everything they sell. But I set the stroller up to be reviewed, the lady took a quick look and said we cant take this because I think this is mold, take a wipe and see if it comes off, then bring it back. After that she walked away. No goodbye or anything, which was extremely rude. The icing on the cake was when I looked at their strollers and was shocked and disgusted at how nasty and dirty they were, and she was giving me crap about my stroller.I dont know why I go to this store, every time I take them bags and bags of clothes they take one or two items. Some stuff they rejected were NEW with tags still on, when I asked them why they wouldnt take the new clothes their LIE was the tags were to worn.

I went to sell things there with my mother of the stuff I wore as a small kid, and I know they will offer good money to you. I think that they provide excellent service and I would suggest it to everyone.

I usually only shop here if my kids really need something...I honestly feel the stuff is usually over priced and I barely ever bring anything to sell because its just not worth the gas when I drive over 30 mins to bring it and only walk out with maybe $15 ( if Im lucky) and basically all my clothes that I brought in.

Brought baby clothes and they only chose 12 items. One of the item has a tag on it was $30 and they all gave us $18 for 12 items. Some items are not in good condition, some are faded or worn out. some are in a good condition. They are pricey compare to goodwill. Customer service is always good.

Stopped in to drop off clothes for sale and was not impressed with the courtesy of some of the staff . Treated like I was an idiot! I was really disappointed with this. This was my first and last time bringing my items here.

I dropped my items off on a Saturday afternoon. When I went to pick my items up I didnt realize one bag was missing because I had so many items. When I got home I realized that I didnt hAve a big containing about 10 pairs of shoes and hats. I went to the store Monday morning and spoke to the assistant manager sick I couldnt get anyone on the phone. I went in and spoke to her and she was in an unorganized frenzy trying to locate my bag. Several employees said they remembered me from that day. She asked me questions that no one would know the answers to and to be frank she should know the answer to being a store manager like who the employees were that were working that day and etc. She said she would call her district manager and refused to give me any information so that I could contact corporate office myself. I left the store with no answer as to where my items were but the assistant manager told me she would make sure I was taking care of and would at least get me a storr credit....why would I want a store credit at a place that cant even keep my items safe for the hour they had them in their possession?? I told her that would not do and I would contact the police and make a report because this is ridiculous. She promised to call me back or have her manager call me back which never happended. I called her manager myself Tuesday and asked what the deal was since the assistant store manager said she was too busy to be dealing with my small problem and shes so busy.....what happened to customer service? So I spoke with the district manager who told me that she had no time to review footage and she would do it tomorrow and promised to give me a call Wednessay by 12pm. I got a call at 11:50am from the district manager boss telling me they hadnthadnt reviewed the footage yet but would Im the next hour and give me a call back. I got a call back saying the items were condensed to one bag. IMPOSSIBLE THE ITEMS ARE MISSING STILL TO THIS DAY. I told her I wold be at the store to make a report and I will not stop until justice is served. There is an inode job here where that are stealing peoples items and I will uncover the truth. I came to this location because the reviews were ok compared to other locations and I just made a huge mistake coming here. I am very dissapointed and will be doing all I can to uncover the truth about my UNWANTED items that are not in my possession...

Went to sell my baby cloths we dont need anymore they said it would take 30mins to an hour witch is understandable they said that they would text me when it was done 2 1/2 hours later they texted me we went back an they only took 2 things an offered us 1.50 they suck here

Definitely not a location I feel is equal with their selection of purchases. Even when shopping doesnt seem like all shoppers are treated the same....
