Just moved into the new spot and my wife and I were looking for someone to remodel our new spot. After having some bad experience with LOWES and Home Depot we decided to let BJ handle the project. Man, everything came out good. The wifey and I are happy campers, we wanna say “Thank you” to the owner Tom for having so much patience and helped us pick our desired design and color and Rebecca for getting everything within such short amount of time, we all know this is quite tough especially now. Also I want to thank Eric for being so detail-oriented, BJ did an awesome job and I’ll have them handle my next project as well.

We gave them our sink to cut the countertops. They made the cuts for someone elses sink, came to our house, tried to install wrong tops, and then said it would be another 2 days.All this, after having their truck break down and miss their first appointment. And they damaged our counters and cabinets. And one installer took a 10-min, massive dump in our bathroom.

Needed my cabinets updated and they were definitely the right people to go to! Owner was extremely nice, and helped us to find cabinets that fit our kitchen nicely. Will be going to them for all future renovations!!!

I hired BJ to do my floor when I purchased a condo last year. They offered really good service. I got the recommendation from my realtor, who also used their service on her own house. Before I chose BJ, I looked around and compared the price. Backing to last year, most places ask for waiting several months. BJ offered me a plan which can meet my budget and taste. After living in this condo for several months, I can tell the quality is very high. They even used some leftover materials to finish my closet, so it looks more organized. The service was great, very friendly and helpful. The representative we worked with was very patient as we talked through options and gave us estimates for all the items we asked about. They had many options to choose from ranging from classic styles to modern/contemporary. The mock-ups displayed different style combinations which helped us compare many of the style combinations.

We got new granite kitchen countertop and tile backsplash. They were very nice to work with, meticulous and did a very neat job.

High quality cabinets and the installer arrived on time. Very knowledgeable staff and and excellent customer service.

Purchased my Fotile Range Hood here 3 weeks ago. I’m very satisfied with the product because the air quality indicator on my air purifier doesn’t become red any more after cooking! Besides, BJ is the official retailer for Fotile and provides installation for the lowest price in Columbus area.
