We had a wonderful experience with Ashley, Gage & Clint all along the process. From reaching out to them with our window issue to ordering to scheduling, I couldnt ask for better communication and results. Installation was honestly the shortest part of it and Gage did a fantastic job. Thanks for all your help and well know who to call if we need help in the future.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. Was promised delivery for our window replacement 2-3 weeks from 3/27/18. It is now May 31st and we are just getting the windows. Two of the windows needed to be replaced, one of the windows was a dual panel, and when the installers came to install we were told that only one of the panels was going to be replaced. The customer service was subpar, long wait time for returns to call, not friendly service and poor communication. I will not use this company again.

Terrible customer service. The installation guy was great but the office is horrible. Not responsive in a timely manner and charge WAY too much.
