My boyfriend and I recently bought a bike from here and love it! After going to six other dealers Westfield powersports had the best selection by far. Josh helped us and was great! He was super knowledgeable about the bikes we were interested in and more than helpful with the financing process!

The people here were so helpful! We bought a couple of four wheelers from them at one time. They answered all our questions and went above and beyond to help us. They let us linger in their parking lot for a long while after they closed while we waited on a trailer, the ladies who work there offered to stay to make sure I was safe, AND some of the guys who work there helped us load them up and make sure they fit and were secure in the trailer several hours after they closed and were off work. Such a good experience all around and such nice people!

Great place good service tons of inventory

This morning, I applied for a loan at Westfield Powersports. Lori was very nice and was able to get me approved thru the bank. I told her that I wanted to see if my friend could co sign because he doesn’t have the best credit. we went through the steps and the application was denied. I asked if I could keep it as just me, and she said “the bank declined your application all together at this point”. Keep in mind, I was fully accepted earlier in the day. I understand that this is not the shops fault, however the attitude that I received from Lori was unacceptable.

Guys were knowledgeable and quick with the needed repairs on our RZR 900.

I contacted Westfield regarding the purchase of a 2021 Honda Monkey. Josh got back to me the very next day. Their price was the best anywhere. Overall customer service, price and communications were outstanding. A great buying experience.

I got a call that my new tires arrived so I brought the bike into the service center to have the new tires installed and ended up leaving with SCRATCHES on my wheels and to make matters worse the chain tension was set tighter than the factory specs. Never again - I wouldnt let these service technicians work on my lawnmower.Very Disappointed!!!!!

The customer service at Westfield is some of the best Ive seen in the industry. Before I was even a customer, I gave them a call about a key I lost for my motorcycle. The rep there (big shoutout to Justin!) actually spent 2 days calling around and doing research on how to get the code for my key, including calling Honda and other dealers. He tracked down the original dealer for my bike and I was able to get the code and get a new key made. Ive been there for service and to buy accessories as well and everyone there has been knowledgeable and great to work with.

A wonderful place to visit and check out all the Powersports. From big bikes to small they have them all. Its nice to see the newer models and dream about your new ride. I have been looking for a new bike for a few years now and after I laid eyes on the Honda Fury, I knew that it was the only bike for me. I have searched and talk to many local dealers and got insanely high prices and almost got to the point of giving up. I did some research and came across Westfield Powersports and thank God I did. I got to talk to a wonderful woman by the name of Lori, from the finance department. She was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable, she helped me with everything. I was very pleased with Westfield and very happy with my purchase, they gave me a unbelievable price and overall experience. Called about a flat tire on my road bike... Doug said come on up with the tire. When I arrived he diagnosed my problem in about 2 minutes, fixed the valve, aired it back up, and sent me on my way, no charge. It was my first time in the place but I will be sure to go back. Thank you!!

*PLEASE READ THE WHOLE REVIEW* I dropped my bike off for the most expensive routine maintenance that I have ever paid for (Ive always gone to street mechanics though, mind you). It is an old bike, 06. They had to order parts, so that took a bit of time. When it was time to pick it up, they found a problem with my water pump. So they had to do a rebuild. Then I called when it was time for that to be done, and in the process of putting it back together, they had found some items of issue in my oil pan. When figuring out where those came from, they also found a missing gasket that was never replaced (that was one of the items in my oil pan), and quite a bit of rust inside of my engine. So all in all, it was 3 weeks and the most THOROUGH WORK I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. Of course it was disappointing that my bike had more issues, took longer than I expected, and was more expensive than I expected. But can you imagine if they had not done the due diligence, and I came back later with these issues or other issues these problems would have caused?? And then when I rode my bike following that service, I was astounded. MY BIKE RUNS LIKE A NEW BIKE!! In the three years we have owned it, it has NEVER RUN SO WELL. They did such a great job on my bike!!! They have definitely won a loyal customer out of me. If you ever are wondering if you should pay dealership prices, the answer is YES! It is so, so worth it. They took the best care of my bike and of me.

Went to flat out motor sports to get tire changed, but it’s first come first serve. I got there before they even opened and they said it was already a three hour wait just to get in and cost more than Westfield Yamaha. At Westfield Yamaha I scheduled an appointment got right in and it was done in a total of 1 hour. They even filled out the rebate for me to save me the hassle. Only the best from these guys, top notch service. Won’t even consider taking the bike to flat out only Westfield. Thanks guys.

Terrible service. No follow up after the sale. I purchased several parts I wanted replaced on my 2019 Waverunner last December. Cody in service said he knew someone who could do the work for me. After repeated calls, nine to be exact, he kept telling me he would get back to me. He never did. You would think in 5 months time he would tell me he could get the work done or not. So I went in and picked up my parts after finding someone else to do the work. No one there even said thank you after picking up the parts. When the technician I hired opened up the parts in packaging he found one to be damaged. All they care about is the sale. After that they simply don’t care. I purchased my Waverunner from them too. I will never go back to them. They are not friendly and know nothing about customer service. $$$ is all they care about....

They did not have what I needed but we’re very helpful in pointing me in the correct direction I would definitely do business with them in the future if I need it to

I cant say enough great things about the folks at Westfield Cyclesports & Powersports. My wife and I initially went here when we were looking to buy some bicycles for ourselves so we could start biking with our children. Having never purchased our own bikes and also pretty much not having ridden since High School (lets not get into how long ago that was)...we really didnt know what we should be looking for or what options would work best for us.The folks in their bike shop were super knowledgeable and helpful in picking out the right bikes for us. They also didnt pressure us or try to up-sell us into some crazy, over the top bikes with bells and whistles we didnt need. They listened to what we were looking for, guided us in the right direction and we couldnt have been happier with our experience there. Theyve also happily serviced our bikes as weve broken them at no charge.Since our initial purchase weve been back to purchase a bike for our youngest son, and Ive personally been sized for a motorcycle helmet for an upcoming MSF course, after which I definitely plan on going back and looking to make my first motorcycle purchase with them.

Way impressed with this shop! We went in to look at dirt bikes and received excellent advice on youth dirt bikes. Bought a Kawasaki 140 for my 12year old and it was the right bike for my son. Went riding and it is the perfect bike!

Doug in the bike repair shop does an excellent job. Took the time to properly diagnose issue, offered a couple fixes and a permanent solution. Finished ahead of schedule. Definitely recommend on any Felt bikes!

Went looking for a quad. Group of 4 guys standing around talking. Waited 15 minutes before having to ask for help. Guy couldnt answer our questions about the difference between models. Prices were great but thats not enough to make us want to buy.

I was in the market for a new bike and made several trips up to Westfield Yamaha, to look at a new Honda and Kawasaki. I talked with Mike (salesman) on all three visits. During all three visits Mike was friendly,helpful, and courteous. I got a great deal on the bike I was in and out when I finally decided to buy. I would highly recommend Westfield Yamaha and Mike if you are in the market for a new bike.

Replaced my tires, brakes and oil change on my Goldwing at a great price and extremely fast. I priced their work with other area Honda dealers and they were much faster on getting me prices and turn around time was amazing. This place is definitely the place to take any brand of motorcycle. Got a set of tires purchased and installed there. The service manager worked with me on the phone to get a the right tires. They called as soon as the tires showed up. The service staff was helpful and the price was really good. I will definitely go there again.

Ive purchased my last few bikes from Westfield Powersports and they provided good pricing and delivery, and were always happy to follow up on requests after the sale. Ive had all my bikes serviced there for many years, and the service department has always completed the service on schedule with no surprises. Theyve pushed for the manufacturer to cover warranty repairs, and worked with other dealers on issues on my behalf. I plan to continue all my bike purchases and service there.

I have only made smaller purchases at Westfield Powersports, so I cant attest to their salespeople or the service department. They do have a very large showroom, and lots of inventory, though. I love to stop here when Im in the area to look at motorcycle gear and accessories. I find sales with steep discounts almost every time I come in, and have gotten a couple really good deals on gear. They change things up frequently enough that Im not looking at the same stuff every time I visit, like at some other powersports dealers.

Enjoy our visits. Staff is very helpful. One person did not have an answer for me but went and got someone who could help me. Was not left standing. Great people in the parts area. Needed a radiator for my bike and they got me one ASAP.

When coming into the store, the employees were more than happy to help and answer any questions I had about the bike. After purchasing the bike, went to get some new gear. The guys working in the accessories side of the store were super helpful, and eager to help me find the proper gear for the riding I would be doing. Their prices on motorcycles are significantly lower than Dreyer, Flat Out, and other similar dealers in the Indy area. They seem honest and upfront with prices. The store also does a number of demo events in the warmer months, so its worthwhile to stay connected to their website for upcoming events. Someone always talks to me when I come in to browse. I love the dealership and feel they are doing everything right for their customers!

I bright my bike here from Elkhart In. after my accident. They did a great job with all the repairs. What really floored me was they put my lights from my old gas tank onto my new one!

Josh was extremely helpful, answering all my questions and giving me information to help me learn about utvs and decide what I really need, with absolutely no pressure to buy anything. I will definitely go back there if l decide to buy new. Prices seem good too, as they discount the prices and mark them at the discounted price to begin with.

While I was looking around town for someone who had the motorcycle I was interested in so I could look at it, I came across Westfield Powersports web site. They had a page up for non-current stock and had a 2017 NEW Suzuki S40 that was MORE bike than I thought I could afford and that I like better than the one I was trying to locate.I emailed for info and Josh answered right away. We set up a time for me to come look at it. It was priced to move and I spent a lot less than I had expected to be spending, which is always a plus!Josh was extremely helpful all around, and has even gone out of his way to answer questions after the sale was done.Really helpful, nice people there and I will be back!

This dealership is a little harder to find since the interstate change. You cant see then from the elevated highway. Dont let that discourage you. They are worth the effort. The selection of bikes etc is impressive. I have bought 3 machines from them and all of my experiences with them have been excellent. I will be going back after the KTM 1190R soon. Bike shops are far and few between these days. Support this one if you can so we can keep a local dealership. What else can I say? Good dealership!

Bought a 2015 Bolt. Very helpful staff. The bike was prepped and ready to go at the appointed time.Ive dealt with the parts department on a few occasions and theyve always been very helpful as well. It can take a week or more to get parts in when they have to be ordered, but thats the only inconvenience Ive experienced and thats minor.

Bought a 2012 Ninja Kawasaki 250cc - overall great bike. Was a used bike and am very satisfied, but unfortunately was not told about the few problems with it. In the end-Would highly suggest Westfield Powersports. Service was fantastic and easy and the workers are always willing to help resolve any problem necessary.

I was in the market for a CBR1000RR. Mike made it happen, extremely nice throughout the entire process. No pressure whatsoever. Justin, Josh and Garret in parts are extremely knowledgeable. I will always be going here for now on.

I took my quad to this place and never again. I seen that this place had good reviews and drove 2.5 hours to go to this place and even waited about 3 weeks for my diagnostics appointment. At the end of the appointment day I called to check in and they still havent got to it. I called back multiple times throughout two weeks and kept getting the run around. Once they finally said they diagnosed it i went to pick it up. They said that they could never get it to stall out. But gave me there findings. Got a few miles away to eat and started it up. Guess what, it stalled out the first couple minutes. I find it extremely hard to believe what they said, wait time when you have an appointment is terrible(two weeks after), and their responsiveness is the worst I have experienced. I would advise anyone and everyone to pick a different store for services.

I was in the market for a new KTM. I did a lot of research before hand and knew all about the pricing at other dealers. Westfield by far had the best prices on their bikes. I was never pressured into making a purchase and everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Defiantly worth the hour drive to them.

There is a point of expectation. There is what you expect a dealer to do, which should give them a 3 or 4 star. To get a 5 from me, you have to go above and beyond. I feel they did just that.A friend of mine and I ride together and he just bought a bike up there. After getting the bike we started noticing many problems. You can read his review (Shane Kent).Long story short there was a rather interesting mix up that resulted in these guys doing everything they could with no expense to my friend. I must recommend going here to buy your new toy. I know I certainly will. And my friend has already stated that he would buy a bike from them again.

I took my dirt bike up to Westfield Powersports because I trust them, and they are close to my home. After diagnosing My 2011 Rmz-250 they said that it needed a top end rebuild, as well as the clutch. Having a brother who works in the industry but living so far away. I trust them and had them do the work. Almost $2000 in work later my bike still doesnt run right, and Ive barley ridden it since then I believe I put 1.5 - 2 hours riding on it Now they dont stand behind there work if I drove it back up there from Michigan I would still have to pay for repairs. Dont make the same mistake I did. Should have just drove the 4 hours to Michigan to get my brother to fix it. I was a customer of over 2 years at Westfield power sports, cant believe they wont take care of a mistake they made. Never going back. I could have bought a used bike for the price of the repairs. Horrible service.

I recently purchased two yamaha jet skis and a trailer from Westfield Power Sports. The jet skis themselves are in excellent condition and I am very pleased with them. That being said the salesperson that sold them to me was completely awful and I have had a terrible experience with him since the purchase. To begin with, he lied to me saying that Buoys were included, one for each of the jet skis and that they would be filled with gas. This turned out to be completely untrue as there were no Buoys and the jet skis were empty.After attempting to get in contact with our salesperson (Josh) multiple times he finally called me back. He was completely disrespectful and hateful toward me over the phone, at one point completely ignoring my questions. In the end he responded by saying that it was my problem and there was nothing that he would do.During the sale he told me everything that I wanted to hear but as soon as the sale was made it seemed as though I was completely ignored and disrespected. I am appalled by the way I, the customer, was treated and must warn all others about the poor service that this place obviously thinks is alright.In essence their third, fourth and fifth principles listed on their own website were not followed. This is absolutely absurd.

I went in to get some bolts to hold on the windshield of my motorcycle, and they didnt have them but they gave me the number of the supplier who might have them. Then i talked to the service department about when my tires need replaced and they came outside to check the tires for me. Everybody was super nice and they did their best to find a solution to my problems.

Have been here a uncountable amount of times to get parts and accessories for my four wheeler and have had a great experience every time.... There staff is super friendly and you get to know them like friends after time, there parts are priced from the factory.. Only complaint I have about parts is they charge 7$ to ship the parts to your house....also had my four wheeler serviced here took them 1 week to rebuild the carb and do a valve adjustment thats about as good as it gets if you ask me.... Overall I love the place

Had to search for a salesman. Asked about the particular bike I was interested in, and then asked for a test ride. Because I am a new rider (licensed, endorsed, abate because course) they would not let me try the bike until the sales paperwork was finalized. I left, as I did not even know if the bike fit me and was not willing to go through the purchase process without having some idea the bike was right for me. I would have bought that bike if it was a good fit, and was so disappointed in the way they treated me.

Best prices anywhere!! I looked high and low and could not find anyone lower. I did find a couple of dealers out of state to match, but why drive for the same deal. I just added another Yamaha to the fleet. These guys were a great help as I wanted some very specific add-ons. They took the extra time to find what I wanted. I am a repeat customer and will be back again. Thanks for a great experience!!

My experience with Westfield Powersports was a very positive one. Ive read some of the negative reviews and really dont understand how that could be. I emailed one evening after closing hours, and my email was promptly returned the next morning, as well as a follow up email a few hours later when I had another question. As far as in store service, Josh helped me with any questions I had, and it was a very smooth experience in purchasing my motorcycle. The guys in the apparel/gear shop were very helpful as well. I had shopped around online in the Indy area for prices on the bike I was interested in, and Westfield Powersports was about 20% cheaper on price as well. All in all, when I decide to shop again, I will definitely give them the first shot.

I went here because they bought out the local Honda dealership and now sell Honda. I attempted (twice) to inquire via website about their inventory but never received a response. Decided to go to the store and went in on a Saturday and although busy, was greeted within a few minutes. Wanted to demo a bike, but was told that they werent allowing demos because of the ongoing construction directly in front of the store. I thought it was a cop out, especially since Im a seasoned rider, but I understand their point of view. No matter, I wanted the bike anyway. The price they had on the bike was a no-haggle price and it was pretty damned good - as in no one around can match it, even the #1 dealer in the US (Honda of Russellville, AR). I did ask for a $150 (retail) accessory to be thrown in but was told no-can-do. I thought this was a tad bit ridiculous, though. There HAS to be $150 that could be begged, borrowed, or stolen from a fee embedded in the price. But no go. This turned me off a bit, and I walked.I returned about an hour later to see if they had changed their mind, and was told that theyd offer a 20% discount on the accessory, so I accepted. Bike was taken back for prep and was delivered to me in about an hour. All-in-all, a good experience. If in the market for another bike they offer, Ill return.

Id rate 10 if I could.Ive sat in a finance office many times, and have owned 7 different bikes thru the years. This was the first time Ive ever actually ENJOYED the process. Made me feel like a long term repeat customer even though Id only been in twice. Also paid 3000 less than MSRP.Absolutely superior customer service, from parts, to sales, to finance. Guys like these make me proud to be in the service industry myself.

The store has a wide variety of inventory, but also at premium prices compared to online sources. Customers will pay dearly for all that square footage. I took my motorcycle in for minor warranty work, when it was brought back out, the chrome speedometer housing on the gas tank was incorrectly reinstalled and the service manager had to take it back to be corrected. They also would not do a valve adjustment while I waited on s previous visit, wanted me to leave it for a day or more.The last time I left a new motorcycle for a day or two was at a motorcycle shop in Sheridan, and their mechanic swapped out my new battery for a two year old one.
