I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this café, it felt very homey and the drinks were very unique. I got the ultraviolet refresher, it was a veery interesting flavor experience. The service was excellent, I ft very welcomed here. Overall I was very happy and I will definitely be visiting again.

Coffee drinks were great. Online ordering made pickup easy, and the drinks were ready in about 4 mins. Turmeric drink was amazing, the little bump of cayenne is just enough to make you feel warm, but not spicy.

Visited here with my family and we were not disappointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The drinks we had were delicious and if I am ever in the area again I would come here again.

During a rainy week of vacation to visit friends in Westfield, Circuit provided us the perfect haven to read together, fellowship over coffee, and not feel like a second was wasted for weather. Comfortable atmosphere, very good coffee, baristas like family members, and extraordinary lemon shortbread! We visited for a few hours at a time at least three times in a week, and we never grew tired of Circuit Coffee. Highly recommend for readers and coffee drinkers!

I don’t have a photo of my ham and cheese croissant, nor one of my Sweater Weather (espresso, cinnamon, local honey, vanilla, and milk). Why?Truth be told, I had eaten my croissant by the time I was a few steps outside and my coffee was gone immediately thereafter.Outstanding flavors, extremely friendly service, and a expeditious service made my first visit one that I will repeat time and again. WOW! This place is awesome. Went there with a bunch of my buddies for the first time. Beautiful little cafe with a very nice view of the Westfield green! Awesome drinks as well. Had the maple latte and was totally the best. And my little bro got a cappuccino which was very nice and foamy. Music and all-around atmosphere are very calming and comfortable! Baristas are nice and very friendly! Definitely check this place out if you are in the area!

I am OBSESSED with Circuit Coffee! My partner and I went on a coffee tour of the Berkshires and this was our favorite spot. There is so much to say about this shop, but I’ll keep it brief.1.) Coffee - I tried their old fashion latte and I died and went to heaven2.) Food - Their cinnamon buns made me drool. They were so soft, flavorful, but not too sweet.3.) Staff - Each staff member was warm, welcoming, and efficient.... even in a busy shop! We want to be best friends with the owner after talking with him for two minutes.3.) Merch - AMAZING BRANDING. I wanted to buy everything on their merchandise shelf. They had great totes, tees, stickers, mugs, and more.4.) Atmosphere - so so so so cute and community oriented. For a medium sized shop, there was a variety of seating options. Standing bars, two person tables, outdoor seating, and a few large community tables.Overall- I would highly recommend this shop and I wished I lived in the area so I could visit it more often.

This is an adorable little coffee shop with a lovely atmosphere. Everyone that works here is very friendly, and they do the pretty designs on top of your latte. I took my son here for a mommy son date and he felt so special because he even got a design on top of his hot chocolate. They have beautiful pastries too. Everything is made with love and care.

Circuit Coffee is my favorite place to go when I need to relax, sketch, or read a book! The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. All the staff are always smiling and welcoming. Quality coffee and amazing baked goods… never disappointed! They are also conscious and considerate of the new Covid guidelines by wearing face shields and masks. There is also an option for outside seating in case one feels more comfortable with open air. Strongly recommend coming here!!

Employees are very friendly and services is quick but last time I was there I ask for a oat milk coffee and the milk will not mix with the coffee ( bad milk). I brought it back explain what has happened and that this was the coffee I always have from them and that never happen before and their respond I got back was that has happened to them because that is what happen with that kind of milk( which it does not). They were kind to offered me a new one but I refuse and left, all this iin both ways good terms. I think the milk was rotten as it looks like and kept broken up in the coffee when trying to mix it with. My very first not that good experience. I hope they fix this as I really like the place.

One of my favorite places to spend the mornings hands down! The atmosphere is so on point and every time I go I end up spending several hours there getting work done or talking to people. I’m someone who doesn’t drink coffee but Circuit still got me with their amazing chai lattes, teas, and tasty sweets! 10/10 recommend

The decor was very pretty. Everyone was social distancing and wearing masks. My friend needed a quick to go tea so we stopped by. She ordered the Chamomile and the scent steaming out of the cup was wonderful. A little pricey at $3.75 but that may be the going price for a cup of tea these days. The pastries looked delicious.

Was very excited about trying this coffee shop. Product was great. Down side is that no one was enforced to wear a mask. They also had open seating inside with out any precautions taken to ensure 6 ft distance. A young man came in with no mask, sat down and ate. Then got up and left with no face covering. He also got into a South Carolina plated car so that wasn’t so surprising. What was surprising is the lack of enforcement of face covering and apparent lack of care and safety of their customers. If you value safety, cleanliness, and heath in you coffee shops do not go here.UPDATE: this is in response to circuits response to me. A young man walked around the restaurant with no mask. Was not sitting and eating or drinking at a table. If you really do put your patrons health first over sales you would be more vigilant about people wearing their masks inside. Also there where no attempts at social distancing with the tables like most places are doing to ensure 6ft from each table. Lastly their cook was not wearing a mask, just a plastic face shield That means anytime water droplet come out of his mouth they just fall into the food.

Updated Review: We go to Circuit almost every Saturday (Dont work in Westfield to go during the week) and its definitely our favorite spot in the area. The owners and staff are all so friendly and helpful. Im a coffee drinker so cant speak to some of their special drinks that they change every several weeks but their nitro cold brew, drip coffee, and pour over are all exceptional quality. Definitely the best drip coffee in the area and makes big chain quality/price laughable. The added bonus for us is that circuit offer delicious baked goods on top of their great drink selection and they are sooo good!Original Review:Dont get here all too often but would if we had the time. Tried a few drinks now and loved them all. Love the fact that they have almond and oat milk as options. They look to have partnered for baked goods with our favorite Italian place over in Wilbraham. The owners are very nice and very insightful. Love this place and hope to see it around for the Long haul.

I cant get over how nice this space is! Bright, cozy, with probably the best view of downtown. So far Ive had the cappuccino and regular coffee, both were excellent. My girls had the hot chocolate and they loved it too. I foresee many visits!

Circuit Coffee is a locally Family Owned business. They specialize in House Created Lattes and coffee variations. The owners truly care for their customers and their craft. Quality is found in everything the make and sell. Even when I have ventured away from my norm, I have never had something that I would say I was disappointed in, but rather its more of a that was okay, but I wouldnt buy it again scenario. They keep the decor simple and bright and during these times of COVID, the cleaning regimen is top notch. Background music is very eclectic ranging from Jazz, to 50s, 60s, Classics and avant garde. Their coffee leaves you wanting more, and their baked goods feel like you just got something from your grandmothers. I have no reservations about recommending Circuit to anyone who enjoys a great cup of coffee or latte or espresso.

If I could give this more stars I would! Excellence in their craft! The food and drink options are creative and are meant to be enjoyed and not just consumed. Each sip and/or bite is a delectable experience. It is evident that time, patience and love have been placed into each menu item. Floor to ceiling windows give an open air airy vibe to go with the white subway tiles and painted tin ceiling. A must do when in the area!

Circuit Coffee has had such a positive impact on downtown Westfield. Every time I go in there I am greeted with a friendly smile and a hello! Ted is helping out my classroom with a “Kindness Challenge”. I presented him with the idea and he didn’t hesitate at all to step in and donate some coffee sleeves. Ooh and obviously the coffee/food is phenomenal! I highly recommend the maple latte and a breakfast sandwich. The bacon jam is my jam! :-)

Loving that my faviote Coffee place has opened the inside back up. They also have outside seating available. Always friendly service, great atmosphere and they take the time to learn your name. They are very clean and efficient especially in these new times. If coffee isnt your thing they have teas and their shrub soad. I frequent at least 2x a week, great to get work done or just take some time out to relax and enjoy your beverage!

Ive only been once but hope I find an excuse to be back in the area again to make a stop at Circuit Coffee. I had an iced maple latte and it was perfection. The perfect combo of rich espresso, sweet maple, and milk. I had to keep telling myself to slow down and enjoy it because it was so good I just kept downing it. The staff were super welcoming and helpful. The space inside was bright, clean, and had various seating options. Theres also a couple of tables outside. Highly recommend.

For a local coffee shop in downtown Westfield, this place has a great draw of locals. Handicap accessibility is a major plus due to the ramp entering the establishment :) While I am not a coffee drinker, I did enjoy the Coconut Lemonade option. The windows by the sidebar provide an outdoor experience for visitors. The decor is clean and modern.

I come here for the Safety Restore specials. AMAZING! It’s a hot drink once crafted for the local company and has grown to be one of the most aggressive kickers behind the counter. Get it, you won’t regret it but be prepared to get a serious bolt.

They offered many gluten free, vegan, and milk alternatives. The drinks were delicious, but expensive. The decor and atmosphere was very pleasant. This is a great, modern café.

Tea and coffees are great, hot chocolate too. Things made to order if its not on the menu. Also some food selection. Love to come here and chill.

The atmosphere is fabulous and the view of the town green is lovely. But I have not had coffee this bad in a very long time. They obviously know how to make a cappuccino (wonderful consistency, great foam, perfect temp), but damn, the taste was just terrible. Maybe the machine needs to be cleaned? Or it was just a bad batch of beans? I’ll likely give them another try, but I am shocked by the flavor I experienced today 😟

Circuit Coffee is a MUST stop spot in Westfield! The owners Ted and Jessica are some of the nicest folks youll ever meet and they pour their hearts into their coffee. Its not just coffee to them, its an art. Ask why they chose the name Circuit and youll learn this place is all about making connections to the downtown. From the carefully chosen decor and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere, to the views of park square - youll get lost as you sip into your latte.

We are less than a minute walk away and our team loves it here! We start our mornings with Circuit Coffee because it is GOOD and we know coffee. Teddy and his wife run this place like a Swiss watch and Danny makes sure of that. If you live in town, out of town or another state, country or continent - find a way to get your coffee here. I dont like the fact that theyre near our company and our employees are here more than at work.
