I was very fortunate to find the correct curtain rods for my new vermont country store curtains. The salesperson was helpful in me finding them. However, I must agree with previous reviews, this location needs a complete renovation! Difficult to find items, not well merchandised at all! Lots of clutter, time for a redo folks, inside and out!

Like stepping back in time. It feels like this location hasnt been updated since the 90s. Same decor, lighting, and probably the same inventory.Half of the aisles were empty and when I asked an associate for help finding something, I was told they may or may not carry that without even looking up. No further assistance.They ended up having what I needed, but I had to scour the store. Next time, its off to Michaels.

An absolutely disgusting store. They should honestly be ashamed about being open to the public in the condition it is in. Cant even be bothered to close the mens room that has an obvious and severe mold problem, not to mention its simply sickening to look at. This is a genuine health hazard, even for people who are not sensitive to mold.

Very disappointing trip to this store. I visit a Joanns store several times per week and this was by far the worst experience I have had. The cashier, C.S is beyond rude.she yelled at me for asking questions, rolled her eyes when I asked her to scan my coupons and couldnt be bothered to pass me my bag after my purchase. There was no please, thank you, or any other form of general courtesy. Terrible customer service! I will do my shopping elsewhere until some retraining has been given to this sales clerk.

Some of the shelves looked empty. Store overall was cramped and felt like it was going out of business. 3 stars mostly for the deals I got. Will visit a few more locations to see differences. Definitely not going to complain about the deals.

Neat and always well-stocked. The employees are remarkably knowledgeable about their items considering they have such a huge array of different crafting supplies.

Look its a small location that really tries to pack a lot in. Think they have mostly fabrics at this locale and thats great..so much fabric so little time! But for yarnies like me theres a short collection. Did find the KB S loom, a selection of sewing machines a well as quilting supplies. So if youre in the area it may be worth a stop by especially with coupons!!

Staff is so friendly and helpful

Understaffed, shrinking inventory, poor quality selection chosen mostly for low price. Any pretense of supporting serious stitches, needleworkers or knitters/crocheters is long gone.

Very small, better off going to Michaels. Closed without a sign or warning after a snow storm while other national chain stores stayed open.

A smaller Joanns than usual. Still a good place to buy fabric, theres always some sort of deal going on.

Wow I cant believe a store so fantastic like Jo-Anns. Quick checkout and theyve got everything loaded on the shelves. What more can you ask for?! Cant wait to visit again to Jo-Anns!

A crafters dream, there is always a sale or an employee trying to locate a coupon to get you the best deal on what you need.

A smaller store than Brockton. It does not sell DCWV letterboard products and doesnt sell Easy Miter Boxes. They sell basic crafts stuff. They sell office products like glue-all, mounting squares, washi tape, foil alphabet and planner stickers, and Tim Holtz products.

The employees are helpful to find the right item for your project. Sale prices are great!
