Walgreens is an awful corporation.They have the worst phone menu I have ever come across in my life.It cannot understand you, and blathers about unrelated issues.They are constantly under-staffed.Everything bad about a corporation is embodied by Walgreens.

Nothing but issues with the pharmacy. I have had my medication messed up with wrong kind and dosage. Staff doesnt seem to know what they are doing. Called in my prescription, said it was ready and then told me when I got there they didnt have it? Lol no im switching.

Every time you call they never understand what you’re looking for. Right away you’re transferred to “customer service” and nothing gets solved.

I have used Walgreens since the mid 90s. I tried RiteAidd and CVS and always had issues filling my prescriptions.Love the service at Walgreens Pharmacists are great, professional and the service is great

Pharmacy is horrible! On three different occasions they short changed me on product. When I pointed it out they just said, Oh, okay, well get you some more. No additional charge???? On most prescriptions Ive had a problem of some sort with them. They seem to have a huge employee turnover problem. I guess the store is just run terribly.

One Star not for the staff. The service by the individual staff members depends on the individuals. BUT: the service provided by the company as a whole and their IT deserves zero points.- the telephone menu: complicated. Many attempts until you are directed to speaking with a representative. There, no tone, no sign of life, no indications that you are in a queue. Nobody picks up.- you get on the web to chat with someone. This person gives you a link to schedule an appointment for a vaccine shot, but is not able to say if the vaccine service is available again, given Covid social distancing measures.- I schedule an appointment via web, at my local Walgreeens same day, and receive an email confirmation. I drive there and am told that vaccine service is still not happening.Why does the web support vaccine scheduling if service is on hold? Is it to pretend it is happening? Is it due to lack of organisation?If service is on hold, disable the scheduling via web, PLEASE !! So your customers dont waste and money and add to carbon emissions for nothing!

Pharmacy staff ignores people when they walk up to the counter, then when they do acknowledge you theyre rude. However the front end staff acknowledge everyone politely and are very friendly.

I wouldnt give it any stars if there was an option. The front end people are really nice. The Pharmacy, well they are the worst! They do not know how to speak to the customers! They loose prescriptions. Ive also gotten the wrong prescription 3 times! And its a good thing I pay attention because I could have died, didnt even get an apology. Just horrible experiences. Going to CVS!

One star, since 0 stars isn’t an option. All I want is my medications, on time, with hassle-free refills. This location gets it wrong more often then right, leaving me at risk of running out DESPITE my not waiting until the last minute. They claim that they contact a doctor’s office, yet multiple docs, and multiple meds were never processed, despite Walgreens pharmacy employees telling me they did contact the drs. Last straw? Meds I take daily never in stock, requested refill Tuesday, had to walk over script from dr for refill, was told it would be in today after 3...called to see if script was ready, and told they don’t receive shipments on the weekend. I’m done with these clowns!!

Pharmacy is a joke. Lazy and incompetent. Wouldnt sell me a nebulizer for my 4 year old daughter who couldnt breath because of pneumonia. Wouldnt even call the doctor to find out why the prescription didnt go through.

Pharmacy is extremly slow. They took an hour and a half to fill up a general antibiotic prescription that other pharmacies do in 15 minutes.

Its pretty sad when you get hung up on because your trying to get answers from the pharmacy about why your prescription isnt ready and they have no answer they just hang up on you when its something you really need like for seizures thanks a ton!!!!
