My husband and I worked with Melody-Ann who was very patient in helping us invest in the perfect mattress. She was very knowledgeable and thorough in explain everything from mattresses to pillows.

I needed a folding bed and sure enough, a visit to Mattress Firm was all I had to do. The staff was very knowledgeable and had offered free delivery with the purchase along with a free set of pillows! Fantastic! Id recommend Mattress Firm in Westford anytime!

I waited 17 years to finally invest in a top of the line mattress and the whole sales process was tedious and grueling but I figured it would be worth it once the bed arrived. The bed never arrived. My husband took a day off from work waiting for delivery only to find out that the bed would not be arriving. Several calls over the course of days resulted in a new delivery date. This time I was scheduled to take the day off but I called the day before to confirm only to be told that the bed was now scheduled to be delivered Friday. My husband and I decided to cancel the order so we called back and come to find out they didn’t have our order on file but they took our money! Worst experience ever! Will be sending a letter to corporate, Better Business Bureau and heck why not the attorney generals office! Best thing that could happen is to close the Westford location.
