Frustrating that there is no working phone that gets you to this Xfinity Store.The only option is the corporate robot and its endless wilderness of options that never answer your simple question.Anything that angers of alienates the customer is the very definition of bad customer service.

Not good outcome. Bought prepaid router and starters kit. Girl helping asked Chris to help her through it. He kept walking away. Got home to find out there were several errors made through the input process. Took over two hours to work through it on the phone with support. Tried to call the store to bring it to their attention. You cant even get through. Automated system wouldnt let me talk to a person without account number or phone #. She inputted that wrong. Not happy!!!!

A friend told me about a program on line. Its for low income, disabled, elderly. Its a WIFI. Signing up was simple. The deal was fantastic.Went and picked up the router.Everyone was pleasant and professional.My husband installed it and it took maybe 5 minutes. The log on process was longer because I could not remember by Samsung password.My husband was flipping through channels all nightWe would start watching something and a Commercial would start he would change the channel

I wish if there is a half star to rate your service,The most worst internet provider I’ve ever seen, poor connection, online gaming and streaming lag, upload is more than bad! I have a 200 mbps plan but my speed test is 4.5 mbps for download and 1.5 for upload, Latency between 80ms and 160ms, game lagging a lot! I tried to change the speed but they want me to do a contract to get a better internet or stay with the bad none contract plan for $54 which is supposed to be 200mbps but I’m getting almost 5 mbps 🤦🏻‍♂️And by the way thanks for your excellent attitude with your customers, I’m done with you soon!

I was turned off, that they opened at 11am. They also are required an appt. Really, to drop a box off, 3 minutes. I waited 40 min. To get in.. But now this is closest store. I got 6 emails about my appt, that wasnt canceled at 11am when I showed up 45 min. Early.

I bought a Zagg screen protector here 2 years ago. They told me it’s warranted forever, just come back if there’s a problem. Well apparently they changed their policy. I was told I would have to pay full price if I wanted a new one or go to a kiosk somewhere else for warranty coverage. How do you sell a product but not stand by the warranty now?

I went into the store to return my box and remote I still want internet from the you guys but the man in the store was very rude to me is exact words were in a very nasty tone of voice for youre going to pay more I was paying $73 and change a month for basic cable and internet now they want me to pay $79 a month and I have no equipment from add my own router I just want internet I stream all my own TV and he continued to be rude I even offered I would sign a two-year agreement if he could lower just my Internet that aint how it works here youre not a new customer very rudely he said thatmaybe someone higher up in the company will call me because I really felt I was dealt with very rudely

Went here as I wanted to switch my cell service because I was sick of paying $175/mo. I went early morning and was helped by Chris who I think was also the manager. He was great. I had an iPhone 6s and wanted to upgrade so he showed me the newest ones and even the XR and I went with the 11. He got me all set up and ported my number and made sure everything worked. He was very knowledgeable and nice and I’ve had no issues with xfinity mobile. Plus paying $60/mo vs $175 is awesome!

I’ve had the worst experience with xfinity mobile service and the customer service from this location. I activated a iPhone here brand new line unlimited plan. Haven’t had the phone work other than on WiFi. Went back after three weeks of this problem, and they tried to activate it with another SIM card. It worked for 30 seconds then the phone told me ir could not be activated. So I walked back in the store and instead of calling the support line and helping me deal with this, the representative of xfinity sent me on my way to call the 800 number without a phone to call from. As in when i got on WiFi(I have WiFi calling enabled), I cant make the call now. So now the store is closed and my phone won’t work, even on WiFi, which is a worse situation than the flickering service for 3-5 minutes at a time but disconnecting every 10 minutes.

Cannot call ahead to find if item in stock. Had to drive 20 miles to find out they were out of stock. Get a phone line!!!!!!Update: they got a phone line. But if you actually call, you just get a message telling you to visit the store in person. Useful!

If I could give a zero thats what it would be. The service installers never grounded the in coming cable and left the exterior coax box open. So of course the box got hit by lightning and blew all 4 of our TVs including cable boxes/router, everything else electrically in house was fine. They replaced their equipment and rewired cable from street to otherside of house. So ok great we got our cable back but that does no good when theres no working TV in house. Oh and still continued to charge are bill while they investigate.

Was assured that hard credit check will not be done simce I had an account an year ago. But they did that anyway. When asked about it, a lady working there told on the lines of its not a big issue you need to worry about. Also got wrong bill amount than I was told it would be which were all resolved ultimately. One star because of the way customer care was done.

After purchasing a new home, I was very confused as to how I was going to be able to transfer my comcast services. I walked into the Xfinity store in Westford, Ma, and was immediately greeted by Mr. Dennis Patel. Mr. Patel was very knowledgeable and made the transfer process practically seamless. 5 stars for the excellent customer service!

Drove almost an hour to get there- just to be told by an employee (who looked pretty stoned) than none of their signup software was working. I asked if he could just call an order in and he scoffed at the idea. Manager couldnt care less and had no interest in coming to speak with us. Just to top it off, the greeter was very rude to us when we asked her a question, not knowing that she only puts people in line, she doesnt handle customers. Awful experience and Ill never go back.

I have been to this location many times and have always felt welcome. All personal, including the store manager, are friendly and knowledgeable. I was on the wall about joining Comcast as I was with that company that started with the letter “V” but I am now a proud owner of the letter “C”, which stands for not only Comcast but customer service!Meeting people that care face to face goes a long way with me. The store has a large TV and many smaller stations that allow you to actually try the product. The knowledge of the staff, plus the time they allocate to your needs, makes it a pleasant experience. There were no questions to small that they did not take the time to explain. If you are a current customer of Comcast and have a problem, they will find the solution.If you are thinking about Comcast or just updating your old equipment, you would be doing yourself an injustice if you did not drop by and say hi.

This was over the phone, not in the store. They cant do anything. The person I spoke with just keeps repeating that she doesnt know whats wrong. She says she may have to send out a technician but cannot tell me how much this will cost. She repeats jargon that I dont understand. Useless.

I went to store last month because I was being charged for a box that i never had. Worked with Juan Rozon who was rude and told me he could not remove the charge unless i had the box with me. WHATT?? I NEVER HAD THE BOX.... Told me he will file a ticket to get box removed from account and contact me with solution. Oh, by the way he tried to sell me security which I did not want and said no to multiple times. Waited 2 weeks to get a call back from him and never received call. Went in AGAIN, and worked with a young rep who was able to remove the charges and give me a credit for the fraudulent charge. Only reason why I gave it 2 stars because the rest of staff was very kind and issue was resolved.

My cable, phone and internet went out, I made an appointment to have it fixed and they no-showed 2 days in a row. On the 2nd appointment, they called the non working phone, then didnt come when we didnt answer. Made a 3rd appointment for tomorrow, I have my fingers crossed.
