I ordered an edible arrangement for a coworker who recently lost her grandfather with same day delivery. The delivery driver was not available and due to working all day I was not able to answer my phone. One of their employees Heather went above and beyond and hand delivered the arrangement herself. While I could of waited until the next day, Heather’s thoughtfulness and satisfying customer service was nothing short of 5 star service! Who couldn’t love Edible Arrangements :)

My boyfriend tried to send me an arrangement from here, and they claimed they couldn’t find my townhome in my complex. (I get MANY deliveries, even prior to Covid, so I know it’s possible to find my address) when he called they said they’d try to redeliver in 45 minutes. 2 1/2 hours went by so he called again and they said the delivery driver was gone for the day and they could try again Wednesday (2 days later) with no apology or compensation. We tried to call the following day to cancel, and we got an answering service with a full answering machine so we could not even leave a message. Needless to say we are never using this location or service again . $70 spent elsewhere and MUCH happier

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! My first time ordering from edible arrangements, and hugely disappointed. I ordered the Mother’s Day berry assortment, looked BEAUTIFUL online. I put in my order days before Mother’s Day. When I went to pick up my order I got something COMPLETELY different than what was shown online. When I called to address this issue the woman on the phone was very rude and was not understanding where I was coming from AT ALL. Was told I would get a call the next day, 2 days later still no call. $55 down the drain, I could’ve done a better job myself if I knew I was gonna get something completely different than what I had asked for.

Call for a last minute arrangement and the gentleman helping me was GREAT!!!! He offered to open the store a little early so I can pick up my order because I was on a bit of a time crunch! Very very sweet of him and it just made me really happy! That is what I call Great customer service!

I ordered this as an early surprise for my daughter whose birthday celebrations were cancelled due to social distancing. While the fruit is gorgeous and my child is beyond happy they forgot the birthday balloon. No big deal right? I called and told them about it and the lady who picked up the phone very rudely informed me that her internet was down and there was nothing she could do. I asked if maybe they could bring the balloon and again rudely replied that drivers have left for the day. Call back on Monday. I called the Worcester branch and made complaint as they are owned by the same person. Hopefully someone will reach out.

I bought the boxed chocolate covered strawberries and a chocolate covered strawberry bouquet at Valentines Day. Both items were very well done. The strawberries were very good covered in plenty of chocolate. I’m ordering an Easter bouquet today. Great customer service as well!

After confirmation of delivery. Delivery was not found anywhere on property recipient was very upset and was on the phone with the person that purchased this gift she was upset and was telling the purchaser to get their money back. Me seeing the recipient upset I called edibles and told them the product was not to be found and that I was sure that it was delivered to the wrong address the phone person replied by saying that they don’t replace any orders that have might’ve been stolen from property. I told her that was Not what I said and added they should not be delivering when people are not home not knowing any policies myself. I decided to go out looking for it and drove down the street to find it at the first house on the street where the mailbox was clearly marked with the house number. The delivery person didn’t take the house color or the number on the mailbox in consideration when delivering the arrangement. I took a chance going on the property and retrieving the arrangement first confirming that it was my friends name and address on the package me being in business for 30 years I’ve got business car magnets with my name and number in fear that I might look like I’m stealing somebody’s package on somebody else’s property. I made sure to call back edibles and let them know that I’ve retrieved the package and that they need to back me up if I get blamed for being on somebody else’s property and taking a package. I then asked for a supervisor or owner. I guess at that point I was given to a supervisor of that branch being upset myself I told her that my friend should be compensated that she was upset it was also approx a year after her husband‘s passing and that there were two upset elderly people involved in this miss delivery. The recipient was insisting that her family relative that purchased the order should be compensated. The supervisor told me that she would get a full refund and then changed her mind and said a partial refund and then changed her mind and said a full refund and then said no refund. I told her that was bad business and that you don’t tell somebody that they’re going to get a full refund and then take it back two times.The supervisor told me that the purchaser would get a full refund again then the store manager got on the phone and asked me what I wanted by them? Here we go again!, I told them that they were two elderly people upset I had to go pick up the arrangement and bring it to the recipient and he said that he couldn’t give a refund then he said he could. I previously asked if they would communicate with me in this and gave them my info. Overstepping my wishes the manager called the person that initially purchased the order for delivery and to me that tells me that he was hoping to talk the purchaser out of a refund or in hopes not to refund l. With the purchaser being a priest told the manager that everything was fine and that he didn’t need a refund. So in my opinion bad customer service very bad delivery people and bad management bad business! Sorry for the long story.

Do not expect them to complete order as purchased! Purchased a platter set for my sister, birthdays balloons and chocolate chip cookies and they charged us for all of it but only delivered the platter. Disappointed it didn’t turn out the way I wanted. Will never order from them again.

I wish I could give this place a higher rating. Mistakes were made and the employees were great with working with me on the situation. The new owner, however, is rude and completely unsuited for customer service. Hopefully he learns before he runs the place into the ground.

Terrible. I spent a lot of money for Valentines day for my husband and my delivery never showed up. If I hadnt called I wouldnt even have known it wasnt coming. Girl told me it was due to the flu. Was promised it would be delivered next day. Not the case either. Owner apologized and told me it was due to a computer glit and refunded me my money and reordered my order. I still havent received my money. And I had to pick up my order and not even sure I got what I ordered at that point. My husband if thirty years, his Valentine was very late. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! I had an ANONYMOUS order to be delivered as a surprise for my mom. I called the store 3 times to make sure my order would remain anonymous and they assured me that it is against their policy to reveal the senders name. Well, that was not the case! The curiosity got the best of my mom and she called to see who had sent her the strawberries. She gave them the order number and they revealed who the sender was, even though it was noted on the order AND against their policy to give out the name. Not a great way to do business!As for the quality of the chocolate covered strawberries... my mom said they werent that great. They were small compared to others shes had.

If youre willing to wait late into the day for your delivery to be made, then you wont be disappointed. I however wanted my recipient to receive the delivery before the evening, and that didnt happen, so I was disappointed.

Ive been using Edible Arrangements now for about a year or more. I love it! Everyone that has received an Edible Arrangement has loved it so much. This past week I use the Westford Edible Arrangement store and the delivery couldnt be delivered, because the address I put was the right street, but the wrong number. I called the Westford store and spoke with a woman named Jan. She was the most nicest, helpful person, and it was such a joy to deal with such a wonderful woman anytime of the day, but this happened to be in the morning when things can either get off in the right direction or not so much. Jan made my experience of re-delivering my Edible Arrangement over and beyond excellent! I will order my Edible Arrangements from this store every time from now on.
