Big shout out to the pharmacy staff who calmly and professionally handled the man who refused to wear a mask tonight. He was totally off his rocker yelling about how he owned a business and knows the laws better than they do, therefore shouldnt have to wear one. Thanks to the pharmacist for defending common sense.

Old and run down. Pharmacy is not reliable, poor customer service. Good doctor at Minute Clinic.

Huge parking lot. Very small store. Employees are knowledgeable and kind. I usually go in to pick up prescriptions. It’s always quiet and peaceful inside. I remember one time finding a crispy fifty dollar bill in the middle of the candy isle. Does anyone out there reading this recollect losing fifty bucks in the candy isle at the CVS in Westford, MA?

I went to this CVS store recently to buy batteries and vitamins. This CVS location is pretty generic, like any other cookie cutter CVS store. The staff seemed reasonably helpful and the store was clean. The prices were high and they use way too much paper for their receipts.

I had the worst customer service ever at the check out at the pharmacy register. The guy that the supervisor told me his name is Evan, was not cooperating. He did not want to take my reward card number by phone and at the end he did not hand me the receipt and left me. When I tried to call him to get my receipt he just looked at me an then ignored me. Never again CVS Westford, even though I am 5 years customer but now I will definitely move all my family to Walgreen. To be fair, M.J. who works at the pharmacy is above and beyond all in customer service.

A bit run down and cramped, really hard to find items as the order doesnt seem to make sense. Has a minute clinic but no self checkout. Should open at 7am not 8am.

Worst cvs minute clinic!! It showed clinic open till 7pm. online and in store, walk in only.But no one is here in the clinic to see patient. The manager said she has no control over that and she can do nothing about it. Ummm. Then why are you a store manager?

As a former employee at this CVS I can understand why theres so many 1 star reviews. Part of the reason I left was the terrible customer service and lousy management. Managers should never speak to other employees about other employees behind there backs. Thats exactly what management in this store does, which in turn has an effect on employee morale which then affects the customer service employees provide. Poor management, low morale leads to poor customer service. I myself get great service at the CVS in Littleton MA, and am in no way disrespected by employees like I am in the Westford Store. The last 4 times Ive been in the Westford store, I have not been greeted or acknowledged. When I went to the register the cashier did not ask if I found everything ok, did not say hi, did not say thank you, or even say have a nice day. I was courteous the entire time. If I am being treated this way because Im a former employee, that is really messed up. I had never left an employer like I did with this store. I hope CVS Corporate sees this post and takes appropriate action with the lack of management in this store.

ZERO STARS if I could... waited in the pick up line with my infant and toddler (I.e. limited amount of time to deal with much of anything), already had the prescription in so I didn’t need to wait at the drop off line. Waited for about six minutes while a young brunette clerk (old enough to know better) to finish with an elderly man picking up his Rx. When I got to the counter I told her I was picking up an Rx they already had on file which she then replied that I needed to go wait at the other “drop off” line. When I began to tell her that I wasn’t dropping off she ignored me and darted out of the pharmacy to what I assume was her break (but not before taking food orders for the other pharmacy workers). All of this was done in front of the pharmacist and two other (female) clerks all of whom oogled and googled over my kids cuteness, but then couldn’t be bothered to help me in any way... Apparently this is normal customer service for them so much so that no one so much as batted an eye at the other clerk taking off while I went to continue my wait. I waited for the “drop off” clerk for another 5ish minutes before my “toddler clock” and “infant clock” ran out and we left the store without my needed Rx. I called the store on my way home where the woman who answered the phone told me the manager was gone for the day but I could hold for the pharmacist... no thanks. This is the final straw with this store, so many dismissive clerks and workers over a handful or more of past experiences.

It’s a dumpy cvs. You’d think in Westford we would have a nicer store. Pharmacy is always so busy, hire more help. Wish my insurance would use Walgreens

With every sale item in stock on the shelves, I am sure to be a regular visitor of the CVS Pharmacy in Westford. I havent had more than a minute wait for a cashier. Great parking and excellent store hours makes this pharmacy my first pick in Westford!

Small, sometimes have to wait in line in the pharmacy, free parking. Prescription prices are decent.

I just had a terrible customer service experience with the manager Cindy. Rude, unhelpful, messed up a,simple transaction that led to $250 being held by cvs for 5 days now. I am beyond offended. Go across the st to Rite Aid.. Service without dripping sarcasm.

The manager Cindy isnt clear on procedures there. They messed up a transaction and were unable to fix it. Its worth the drive to go elsewhere.

Ashley Gauthier is the most incompetent, uncompassionate, and degrading pharmacist I have ever met. I myself am trying to become a Physical Therapist over at UMass Lowell (with GI issuses). I filled a prescription on the 2nd of the previous month, and cant pick my new one up until the 3rd of this month according to Ms. Gauthier. This is now the 2nd experience like this I have had with this pharmacist. I honestly feel she gets joy out of it. Never in my life have I been so upset by the treatment I received at aCVS. Never had issues like this in the past, and I have been on regular daily medications most of my life.Long story short, will be filling medications elsewhere, despite the longer drive.

Pharmacy staff are rude and ignorant. Waiting a couple days for my sons prescription, I was told they dont have it and its best to go elsewhere, in a very rude way. Ill avoid this pharmacy next time.

My doctor prescribed medication and CVS Westford pharmacy filled it. When I went home and check, the medicine expired over 2 and half months ago. I have taken this medication without checking expiry date trusting the pharmacy.

The people who work the desk screwed up my prescription order and that of my mothers. They gave my psychiatrist the wrong number to call to approve my medication.

The worst place I have ever been Was treated with disrespect and Donna the cashier was truly disrespectful as a tourist trying to stop through I felt unwelcomed Corporate needs to train on customer service as well as proper etiquette.

Good size CVS. Nice, clean.

Brutally out of control.have no idea of to manage a vaccine program.... management is totally overwhelmed.... customer service is nonexistent....filling a prescription is one thing
