This branch has the potential to be a lot better. Produce section leaves a lot to be desired. You take seemingly fresh fruits and veggies home, and three days later they are rotting. Other areas of the store can be hit or miss depending on the day or time.

Westford is a great store..everyone is very helpful. The veggies are great. So fresh. I tend to overbuy. Time to turn vegan. But the chicken and seafood are incredible.

I want to say how AMAZING Terri is in the bakery! I called needing a half sheet with a customer picture on it that day! Terri asked how long until I got there. When I arrived she was waiting for me with the cake prepped and the printing machine on! The cake came out AMAZING and her customer service and friendliness was out of this world! Thank you Terri for making this amazing cake in a short time!

Best prices! I have searched thru many department stores - noone can bit Market Baskets prices for certain products. Quality of products is good medium (never see junk food). Ive myself decided not to buy meat from there or any fast food, but vegetable/fruit quality/price balance is absolutely best! I wish this store was closer to my place.

Don’t shop here. They sell week old expired milk. This store does not check product dates. I’ve brought this to their attention in the past about products other than milk. This is completely effing disgusting. And people wonder why they get sick. You’re nasty market basket. It’s not hard to FIFO your products!

Let me just say I love Market Basket. However I choose to drive to this location even though I have a Market Basket in my town. This store is always clean, not as busy as my store and has products in stock. It took me 46 minutes to shop for my family of 5 today. If I were to shop at the store in my town its an easy 90 minutes plus. The prices are always the best at Market Basket.

This is probably my favorite Market Basket. Each one of the larger ones containing a massive variety of food products and even has some items that are hard to find at other Market Baskets, suck as vegan food substitutes. I love that this one has a built-in Cafe and a deli which will serve a small but adequate variety of simple foods perfect as a quick lunch while on your shopping trip. Its location in the shopping center is especially convenient if you have a need to visit any of the other various nearby stores or businesses.

Its a great place for cheap products if you want to save cash which we all want to do.Im only putting the rating pretty low as a lot of the workers feel miserable. Typically mistreated by the dozens of Karens that come in and the whole customer is always right policies teaching these kids to complain about everythingIf you have a child dont let them work here youll ruin their entire life experience and theyre passion for work will vanish quickly.

I work close by the westford store I come by almost every morning on break and out of 20 times I have tried to order a panini or sandwich they never have time or they are busy or I have to wait 30 mins till they are free. The nice Asian lady always stops what she is doing to help customers ( did not want to call her by race sorry since I do not know her name but she is the only polite one ) the others ignore till you walk away or always have a attitude and excuse not just me but my coworkers have mentioned the same ! Times are tough but do your job . Still love MB

One of the nicest MB locations Ive ever been to. Always open on time and theres at least a few good options for breakfast sandwiches all ready when they first open too.

I was in a hurry in a Market Basket in a different town but knew I would be able to find everything I needed quickly. Clean, organized, & Covid protocols were in effect.

Best MB in north metrowest! Plenty of parking, always fresh produce and huge selection of gourmet foods and meats. The most Modern and safe supermarket!

Great store better prices

The prices at Market Basket are the lowest around. The bakery is OK, but the Parisien bread is great; baked fresh several times a day. The meat dept is good. The pandemic has caused an inventory issue; somedays there are few paper towels and a lot of TP, other days, just the opposite. But all in all, a great place to shop.

The staffs are very friendly and nice, The meat department staffs are always ready to help. Up on request they ordered goat meat too.

It was Very Beautiful and Extremely clean. So Organized. Amazing Staff. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone and anyone.

The Westford store needs a management change!!! Missing items go on forever.... the constant dirty floors around fruits and vegetables is shamful... the lack of plastic bags i for fruit and vegetables is outright laziness... the yelling over the intercom system is a culture problem. Not publicly showing picture of general manager of each store is wrong. When u ask who is GM of store you get why do u want to know... if George demoulas was alive today, the Westford store would be a complete makeover, starting at the top...

I drop $100 in here weekly and take home 7 to 10 bags of groceries. MB chain is one of the greatest places to shop for most of your food needs, cakes, fresh hot bread, pharmacy, baby items, Fruits, veggies, cheeses, meats, cookies, frozen, sushi, seafood, pizza you name it! Very well stocked. You need to bring Canvas reusable bags. They do not supply plastic anymore. They have reusable bags for 0.99 cents and are super durable. Optional paper and limited supply of boxes. Love this place!

Overall a good shopping location but during this pandemic, when shoppers are forced to wear masks, I find it irritating that on almost every visit I observe some staff members with masks on but with exposed noses. On a visit just this past Tuesday June 9th, early afternoon visit, while I was waiting behind the tape, I watched an older male employee, who was bagging, with his nose exposed. I then watched as he fully pulled the mask down, bent over and sneezed to the floor. I moved to a register at the opposite end after that I mentioned this to one of the front end supervisors, a young woman, and was told that he had allergies and the pollen levels were bothering him. I cant believe that managers and supervisors are ok with this and are not noticing this lack of proper mask usage.

Good place to shop, BUT... (else I would have given 5 stars for price-quality ratio) :The fresh fish is completely unacceptable. They used to sell good-quality fresh (!) fish some time ago. Two weeks back I bought two types of filet. They smelled very fishy. I put them right into the freezer and will certainly cook those well.But today an experience that completely put me off: the fresh shrimp had such a strong smell at unpacking that I drove back and returned. I was practically rotting and was the most repelling purchase I ever made in 40 years.I wont buy any fish there again.

Clean well stocked. Glad I had a heavy coat on it was cold in the store. Asked the young man working in produce were I could find salsa. He had to go ask then gave me the wrong isle. I find it difficult to find items at a Market Basket store because of the layout. Checkout was quick and accurate.

Definitely one of the better Market Baskets in the area. The produce is typically high quality with a good selection. They are usually very busy on the weekends and can often run out of certain produce items by Sunday afternoon.

Its not one of the mega Market Baskets but its still a large store with everything you need. The prepared and bakery section is great and personally think a tad better than some of the other locations. The store is also well organized and kept very clean.

Best grocery store in the area. I will say that not all Market Baskets are created equal. The new stores in nice towns carry different inventory. The stores in Westford and Littleton have excellent meat and produce. Virtually no reason to go to Whole foods down the street.

Lots of hot and cold food options that are wholesome and cheap. Really good produce. Very reasonably priced, in comparison to Shaws and Shop n Save.
