I have been a long time owner of loomis LED lights. Customer service is amazing. Call the number on the website and you talk directly to the owner. I have only had one problem with a light and I was sent a replacement for free. For the price the lights loomis led can’t be beat. I hope others get to enjoy these amazing lights. Well worth the money.
I have a drop light and two transom lights and they great. 3 years and still bringing lots of fish to the boat. More fun to watch than I thought it would be.
I own a commercial snorkel company in Hawaii and Ive been using these lights for 7 years now and I am happy with them. I currently have 8 of his transom lights and I use them 7 days a week . Im buying two more today. I have had some lights fail but Andy quickly replaced them. These lights take a lot of abuse the way we use them and they hold up well.
Have worked with these lights for years. Andy knows what he’s taking about. Always open to a call.
Over the last 6-8 years I have had a Loomis dock light. The light never lasts more than 18 months. I have been back and forth with Andy Loomis . I have paid for upgrades, I have paid for replacements and Andy has in all fairness replaced a failed light. The latest light he guaranteed would last because of his new design powered by his MIT education. It did not last. His explanation is a lighting strike . The lights are installed on a GFCI with a Square D surge protector with no signs of a lighting strike. Not a tripped GFCI, not a tripped or fried surge protector. Not other damaged led lights on the dock. If your looking for a dock light that will last in Florida in saltwater then look elsewhere.
I have the gigging light, hand held with batteries. The first time I used it the batteries lasted 6 min and they got so hot that they melted the wires. Very cheap set up.
