I’d like to start off by saying that I’ve never had an experience to this level of professionalism and quick customer service. I inquired on purchasing a new Mercedes G550 and due to the rarity of these cars, I went into it knowing how hard it would be let alone to get the car but to not pay thousands of dollars of markup to a local dealer. Zach helped me to find the exact specs I was looking for, metallic midnight blue paint which I still love so much! They also assisted me to getting 1/2 of the markup that the dealer was asking for and assisted me in all of my loan paperwork back and forth to get an approval with the interest rate I was comfortable with. 6 months later, I’m still in love with my car and can confidently refer anyone looking for a new or used car to Diamond Auto Connection.
