Im a big Alfa Romeo fan and have owned old Alfa Romeos in the past. Before I did business with this dealership, I was coming out of my first Giulia which was a 2018 model. Being an Alfa Romeo fan and car enthusiast, I really wanted my next Alfa Romeo to be factory ordered. I had contacted a number of dealers and sales agents in the area but nobody wanted to take me seriously. Then I contacted Alfa Westlake and they were happy to take my order. The original agent who had taken my order has since left the dealership, but it was Sam who later helped manage my order and kept in contact with me until my car arrived. Now, six months later after having placed my order, Im happy to say Im driving the very giulia I want. If youre serious about ordering an alfa and know what you want, dont waste your time with any other Alfa Romeo dealer in Socal. The other dealers dont care about what you want, they care about what they can sell. I was very impressed with how Alfa Westlake sent me an actual order confirmation and order confirmation updates whenever I requested it. I really appreciated how professionaI and transparent they were about the entire process. I would absolutely do business with this dealer again if I had to do this all over again.The coffee in the waiting room could be a bit stronger though.

It has been 2 months I have been trying to reach finance manager and nothing the front desk keeps taking my name and number handing it to them and still nothing. Especially that dealership where they are slow.
Parker assisted me with the purchase of my Giulia and it was such an easy process. He also hooked me up with some apparel! Ogara has a super professional team and if you have some realistic numbers or requests, there are no issues to be concerned about. Highly recommend and will be coming back here for my next vehicle!

By far one of the worst dealership experiences of my life. From the receptionist to the sales person, to the service department(Nick). If you want to be lied to, this is the place to go to purchase your vehicle. Dont bother trying to contact the GM (Kurt) either, he wont respond to emails or attempt to make contact with you even when you request him specifically. I had to take care of everything through Alfa customer care and they even had trouble trying to get answers for me.
My experience at Alpha Romeo of Westlake was excellent. My salesperson, Phil Mechanick was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and straight ahead – a pleasure to work with. My Alpha Romeo Giulia way exceeds my expectations. I got the base model, and even the base model is loaded! I did my thorough homework first, and test-drove every car in this segment at this price. My homework paid off, that’s an understatement.
Nick M, service Manager is the worst. They wanted to charge me $120 to reset the “Change Oil” light because I had my oil changed somewhere else. It was a simple process, I later found out, of pressing the brake 5 times. But he was not forthcoming with this and argued stating that he required $120 to do this. I am following up with Alfa corporate - what a creepy act.
