Ivy was the customer service agent that made my day! She was so polite, helpful, and sweet. Ivy made it so easy for the pick-up and I also had a return. She gave me a bag credit, as I had brought my own bag for the purchase. What a delight to have such outstanding service that makes your day!! Hope you pass this on to her supervisor, and she should get a raise and lots of praise, and Im not her Mom. Her supervisor was on break, as I wanted them to know how delighted it was having Ivys help. So glad I could share my joy!

They were much busier with the quarantine being lifted but the store was poorly stocked, appeared dirty and unkept. There were employees doing something because every isle I went to go down they were in the way. They were not stocking or cleaning though. The only employee who spoke to me was the Cashier and she was very pleasant. After working all day and making a stop on my way home it could have been a better trip.

This is one of the better Targets. They really do a good job and its not too bad during down hours and quiet time.

Normally, I like this location. However, the recent few times I had to visit the Returns/Exchange. there is always some type of a customer service issue. What I really want to note here is, be ware of a grumpy middle aged lady named Noreen. She acts all high and mighty, reveals colleagues health info out in the open where the guests and everyone else can hear. (HIPAA violations) Has a bad attitude to her teammates, and wants to blame the guest and belittle you. The other workers at this counter 80% of the time, they see you but dont reach out to help, isnt friendly or greeting, dont look at you when theyre talking to you so you have NO IDEA if theyre talking to you or someone else!? Basically, the employees need more training smh.

This has to be the nicest Target Ive ever been to. From the flowers in the parking lot to the inside condition, this is just about the best location there is. Were having TP and hand sanitizer shortages temporarily, but usually this store is well stocked.

Great selection and mostly great values. Everyone needs a trip to Target and almost everyone I know prefers Target to WalMart. I appreciate Target re-stocking many items that have been hard to find during the earlier months of the pandemic (sanitizing supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). and maintaining a helpful and friendly shopping environment, especially during these challenging times.

What you discriminating clowns did was unacceptable. You know good well what day and age were in, those kids couldve died. You showed no type of remorse or even apologized. I hope NO ONE ever shops at your discriminating store again.

I have never shopped at this particular store. I was thousands of miles away when I heard the news about Racial Profiling, Police misconduct, ask me if I’m surprised...... I’ll wait! My fiancée shops at the one in Newbury Park and when she leaves the store (with our 3 black babies) there always seems to be a cop car behind her as she is pulling off the lot. What makes the News Report so bad is, these stores have tons of surveillance cameras, they didn’t need to lockdown the store and detain anyone, they could have simply reviewed the surveillance footage and identified the actual perpetrators! SMH!

You will have alot more people coming with this story of discrimination, Ill make sure of it! No apology makes up for the way you treated people because of their skin color

Target in West Lake is a shoppers destination. The store is immaculate, and all departments are well organized and stocked. Its management and employees are taking every precaution necessary to make the experience both safe and easy for its daily customers. Every checkout stand has plastic guards to protect both the cashier and the customer. Hand sanitizer dispensers can be found at the entrance of the store and in other strategic locations. Only guests who wear masks can do indoor shopping right now. Target reps greet you with a smile and ask you how they can assist you on your shopping trip.This Target is above and beyond a study in great service and superb presentation as well.

The pharmacist at the Westlake Village California Target was not wearing a mask as required by the state.I spoke to the manager of the store (who is very nice) and she said that the pharmacy is not run by Target employees. nevertheless they need to adhere to the state of California’s mask policy!

Just saw the video of them falsely accusing teens of stealing. Target Corp apologized but still?! They were handcuffed and walked out....i wouldnt shop here...you might not make it out without being harassed without just cause.

Because of its variety and affordable prices, it is a good place to do your shopping. However, I bought a pair of jbl wireless headphones but dont work. Just asked them for help and will see if they answer favorably; hopefully they will.

My experience was great. There were 2 to 3 people working the customer service and they were working as efficiently as possible. I had my receipt and it literally took less than 10 seconds to make my return. I then went back to the electronics department and the workers helped me make a different choice. There is a chance I made the wrong choice because Im not sure of the component needed, but I know I can return it so I didnt hesitate to make the purchase.

I was forced to move my car from a reserved space, yet Doreen had no problem letting the LA county sheriff car sit there idling. I wont get into my professional designation since its not what made me decide to park there, but I also save lives.If youre going to approach a strangers vehicle, next time announce youre an associate upfront to avoid being challenged.For the record, I had a friend run inside to buy an ace bandage because my foot is sprained. I stayed in the car because it took under 5 minutes. Next time pay attention to your surroundings. You wouldve seen that I have crutches in the car with me (and no weapons, which is what you shouldve been aware of). Dont just randomly take it upon yourself to enforce the rules when youre not in the position to do so at the store.Next time approach the vehicle and ask if someone needs help. When they look at you with a stupid stare, introduce yourself and kindly ask that they move to a different space to wait. Maybe I couldve used some help getting out of my car, you never know.

Had to visit this store because the 2 stores in Conejo Valley arent allowing more than 1/2 the store to be purchased during virus. Had everything I needed and check out was fast.

Usual target experience got needed cleaning supplies at a great price, went to get a pair of pants but not in stock in my size.

To whom it may concern this Target was exceptionally organized, and visually appealing to every demographic. Everyone was very helpful, and I didnt have to get my items from some back room...

Employees were cleaning carts and registers to help prevent the spread of Covid-19. They were friendly and efficient while allowing customers enter the store as numbers permitted.

We had very helpful people, Hannah and Alan, that showed us where to find items.

Our favorite target location, its in a very convenient shopping center, right next to Tillys and the Guitar Center.This target is always fully stoked and very clean, the staff is very courteous and helpful.Self checkout moves fast and theres always someone who is able too help.

Placed an online order to minimize time out during Stay Home orders. One item for myself was a perfume rollerball. Once I looked at my purchases at home, it was obvious the rollerball had been opened and used: box ripped, lid loose, outside of bottle moist. I cant return it bc no returns right now. I would have to keep it in my house until returns available again. I have tried reaching out to Target - no response. In addition, during my visit to the store, not all employees had masks, they did not stay 6 from each other or from customers, there was no hand sanitizer dispenser at the door or near the carts. I feel very bad for the employees having to work under those conditions. It is also unacceptable to bag up items that have been opened and used on peoples skin (ROLLERBALL). Its $10 that was my one splurge on myself during difficult times; now it is just thrown away.

Convenience, low price, great quality brand items. Also the people working there are great! And I love that I can get Starbucks there...the baristas have my usual drink memorized.

The lady at customer service around 7/8 pm with the nose hoop had no desire to work or be there ( if you dont want to work just leave theres no reason to come in and give attitude to customers ) .She was extremely rude and did not care to hide her attitude! Sometimes customer service plays a big part especially if nothing is being done to you and you receive that much attitude for no reason . If youre not happy with your life or day dont bring it out on others just saying !

Bought a coffee maker here 8 months ago. It broke before the one year warenty was up. However, my wife and I no longer had the receipt and they did not sell it in the floor which were requirements for a return. They did not need to refund us or help us because of this, but Monique looked up our model online and was able to refund us. We continue to shop at target because they are always willing to help their customers with respect and loyalty. We bought a new coffee maker from them and hope we like the new brand we chose.

Target it is whats​ it is. Same fashion as always. I do like their t-shirts. If Target is your go to place for everything it will meet your needs. Do not expect to be wearing a unique blouse, skirt or mans shirts and pants.

This store USED to be my favorite location, I can tell you it is no longer.Do you know if you forget an item in the shopping cart (an item you already paid for) they will not replace it?! I purchased $220 worth of merchandise the day before Thanksgiving. In the cart I forgot a $3.39 case of water - I thought I forgot it at the cashier station. When I got home, 10 miles away, I realized I never put in the car. When I called the store they told me I could come back and just pick up another pack of water. I couldnt return until after Thanksgiving.When I got to the store (went out of my way), they told me they had to REVIEW THE TAPE!?!?!? As if I was trying to steal a TV set, they wanted to review surveillance over a 6 pack of water!?!?! I would have never returned and taken the loss. How is this logical? The employees are a bunch of robots that do not know how to use proper reason to understand when things are busy, things get forgotten. Please Target, keep your stinkin 6 pack of water because I wont be back. And be sure I will terminate my Red Card account with you. This is how you offer quality customer service?!

Very friendly cashiers, boarding on wasting time with each customer. It was nice but I need to get back to work, not stand in line.The self-checking is great. Dont forget to bring your own bag, so you dont have to pay for them.Last but not least, they really push that Target Red Card. I dont need a debate on why its better than my card that gives me airline miles.Very clean Target, also pretty good about having things in stock. If you are hunting something special, check online or call first. ✌️

The cashiers here like to teeter on the very edge of what are acceptable micro-aggressions when communicating with the customers. Snapping at you to leave items as are within your basket; prompting you to the credit card process before you take out your wallet. One does not want a bag because this exchange seeths. As you pick up your things you will I be offered your reciept as though you are a pestilence ridden lepur. dont want to be treated in a barking agressive manner. When I leave this store I have a pit in my stomach and question the motives and goodness of mankind. Second horrible experience, opt to shop target online or other retail provider. It cant be easy working at Target honestly, it must be stressful, but one shouldnt leave feeling haunted and hurt by their interactions. Efficiency is acceptable- as I have lived in New York, seething relational violence is unnacceptable.

Two bad experiences.. One tried to buy some auto freon and when I went to pay... Do not sell came up.. I guess there was a recall.. The other time tried to pay with a $20 and they said they think bill is counterfeit, I had my bank check the bill and it was NOT counterfeit.

One of the nicer Targets that Ive been to, in regards to the area the center itself. Large parking lot with plenty of room - which is key considering the large amount of businesses in this center.The target itself keeps inventory well stocked and staff have gone out of their way to be helpful with even small questions/requests.

The employees were so nice. I had three asked if I needed help finding aomething. And saw so many others helping other customers as well.

I was helped by a very disgruntled, very unhelpful customer service employee. She made it clear in her actions that I was an inconvenience to her because I needed to make some returns. Before beginning my return she began listing the ways in which she wouldnt be able to help me. During the return she was very unorganized and would get frustrated with me when I couldnt tell her what items she had looked at and what she hadnt. Several times it seemed as if she was trying to not return items to the store. Thankfully, a kind young employee stepped in and was extremely helpful, nice, and got the job done very efficiently. He deserves praises. Im writing this so that hopefully management sees this and is able to address these issues as I saw that I was not the only one treated this way in the short time I was there.

Easy, friendly, quick, and safe

Twice this year I have been absolutely disappointed in their prices. The stores have higher prices and online the same exact same product is priced much less. They give you only three days to come back and get a refund. As a loyal customer I am so annoyed about keeping up with ever changing corporate tricks to boost sales.

Great merchandise selection and the store is kept clean and neat but the staffing is horrible. Always long lines with only one or two registers open but a bunch of employees walking around. They added Self Checkout but there is always that soccer mom in front of you that is demanding in a regular line but turns into an idiot in Self Checkout never able to find the barcode or properly insert a chip credit card. Just open more registers please!

Slipped on my own foot and knocked nearly an entire isle over. I was embarrassed but they were extremely understanding and sweet to me. Then bought a batman shirt.

Target employees here understock items and keep them for themselves and/or resell for profit. Specifically hot wheels and other well known collector cars. Dont go here looking for them, you will never find them even though they say they are in stock.

Review for mobile section only: mobile/electronics could be better. I went in to buy an iphone 7 plus this afternoon but no one was available to sell it to me. They are on break I was told. I just called again to ask if the style I wanted was in stock and if they could have it waiting when I walked in tonight, but they told me to call back in ten minutes. When I called back in ten minutes the entire department was gone for the night. I guess Ill buy it from apple instead, too bad.

This target is pretty big. Substantial selection in both the mens and womens sections. Neatly organized, and kept clean throughout the store.
