Best bagels in the area as far as I’m concerned. Only one visit though.. had a toasted onion with turkey, tomato and cukes.

Actual bagels are good, coffee is great, workers are very nice. But as for the bagel sandwiches, not okay with microwave cooking eggs.

Service was good and the egg bagel was ok but we dont microwave eggs on the east coast. It wasnt the kind of egg sandwich I was expecting.

Very disappointed in this place. Theyve really gotten lazy with their COVID process and its really hard to get your food. They make you stay outside and they come outside and yell your name in the courtyard. I get it. But it needs a little process redesign and rigor in my opinion. The locals seem to get priority. The staff seemed to know most of the people who came in, which is nice. I have no issue with that. But if you are going to put that kind of effort to connecting with the locals, youd think that youd be more friendly and welcoming to those who are visiting. Our food was given to someone else (not sure how that happened) and when we asked they acted like we were being pushy and not waiting our turn (oh, we waited and waited before we inquired). I wont go back to this place. They seemed OK with their local clientele and not interested in expanding their customer base. Oh, and the coffee was average at best.

Never fail to amaze me. I dont even stutter to eat these bagels every morning. The way they toast their bagels and put cream cheese is absolutely perfect. I would recommend getting the egg bagel with the chive and onion cream cheese!

The food is amazing, fresh, and yummy goodness! We ordered bagels, and pizza bagels. We enjoyed smoothies and coffee! If I lived here Id stop every day! The service was spot on, great little place! Very happy with the texture and taste of these bagels. Especially if you snag them right as a batch is coming out of the oven. When they’re fresh like that, I’d recommend not to get them toasted. A good bagel will typically have that likely crispy shell with a lightly-chewy interior. Our favorite was the egg bagel which was insanely good with the chive or jalapeño cream cheese. The sourdough, rye, and pumpernickel bagels were also very good! Can not recommend this bagel shop enough for the price. Roughly $2.20 for a bagel, $3.60 for one with the flavored cream cheese of your choice. I haven’t had enough bagels from the East Coast or NYC to report how authentic they are to their namesake however. Good bagels are just too hard to find, but thankfully ECB has them in spades.

The bagels here are very New York-like--delicious. Theyre chewy, dense and flavorful. They have a great crust, and the ingredients are fresh. I bought a dozen, which comes as a bakers dozen, or 13 bagels for $12. This is a great deal. I added lite and regular cream cheese, and requested the bagels be sliced for $1 extra. I highly recommend you try East Coast Bagels.

I adore this place. It’s the best bagel you’re going to find and for such a great price. My coworkers have fallen in love with it as well now and I always take friends and family here. The staff is always courteous and so personable.

Great food all around, all homemade.

Came in really early on a Friday morning asking for three dozen. I was really afraid I was going to be holding up the staff with my order but the staff was fantastic and Westlake Village and got me in and out really quickly. Great selection of fresh cream cheeses everyone in my office really like the strawberry and the almond honey flavors. Great work guys keep it up!

My son said “east coast bagel shop is the best in the world.” He eats at least one a day.

Cool atmosphere and good bagels. I had the egg bagel with chive cream cheese! The cream cheese was perfect--not too strong a bite from the chives. Definitely want to come back to try the deli sandwiches.

Came in for a regular bagel with ham added, and instead of charging me for the $3 bagel with regular cream cheese plus whatever extra for the ham, I was charged $8 for the ham & cheese sandwich with everything but the ham subtracted. Didnt really make sense. The bagel itself wasnt that great either, unfortunately. Definitely not worth $8; Going straight to Noahs next time. Also I didnt even get a pickle with it :(

This place is a treat. Grest bagels BUT there should be a considerable thought to people in line and amount of bagels 1 customer can buy. The guy in front of me grabbed ALL the onion bagels and I waited for 10 minutes to order an onion bagel that the guy in front of me took. Waste of time. Hot and miss

Definitely has changed the game for me when it comes to bagels! Everything bagel is my fav! Cant pass on the bagel chips 5 bucks for a huge bag! Their almond cream cheese is bomb! And cant forget an iced chai! The strawberry smoothie is a nice treat if your craving something creamy and cold!

Ive been visiting Western Bagel and Bruggers lately and then found East Coast Bagels. You never have to wonder whats fresh- you can see them loading the baskets the whole time you are in there. The bagels are really plump and they are very generous with cream cheese and other sandwich fillings.

The employees here are always nice and the bagels are always great! Definitely a great place to go and I would recommend making a stop.

Me and my dad are from the New Jersey New York area, and I saw it say authentic bagels. Let me tell you something. They were not authentic bagels at all. I ordered a onion bagel with eggs cheddar cheese and bacon. The bagels were mediocre and un-authentic to the NY taste. Not even that but they just weren’t good. The eggs were actually microwaved. Not fried. All around terrible experience I couldn’t even finish my sandwhich! The only good thing was the customer service.

I get a ham and beggel almost everyday for breakfast I love the service they call me by my name and the coffee is always hot.

I just walked out of this place, after getting lunch. The two people making the sandwiches and calling out your names are RUDE. It is not the first time that they act like this. The hispanic female and male are like that, maybe the fact that I am hispanic too. While picking up my order, they didnt say thank you, or have a nice day or anything. The guy just look at me, took the ticket and turned around. I said very loud, thank you have a nice day and happy new year. No answer from anyone. Food its great, service is fast. They need to work on making people feel welcome.

I am not much of a bagel person, but the bagel breakfast sandwich was the best I ever had. We will definitely come back again when we are in town.

I have yet to find another bagel place that comes even close to East Coast Bagel! I grew up in the area and moved north a few years ago. I keep trying but no bagels seem to satiate the craving! I’m so excited whenever I get to visit so I can have an everything bagel toasted with chive cream cheese or a cinnamon toast bagel just one more time.
