Clean professional store one of a few in this chain.No exception.Bred Grant used to run US Air at the San Fernando Valley. He is very employers dream. Personable professional straight shooter. Grant Brad brought extra professionalism to the already high quality location.In the store Everything is always clean.almost always daunts & fresh tasty coffee if you are not too late in the day.I am comfortable to send my service people & Installers there without hesitation

Dont bother to shop there if you are not regular customer. Even contractors cant return basic material ( unused vent pipe) without an account. Good way to loose new customers.

Don’t bother going there. I needed some generic electronic parts and the man helping me went out of his way to be rude and make me feel like an idiot for not knowing part numbers and such. He obviously couldn’t think for himself and it must’ve frustrated him but I’ll never go back there.

Not open to the public! I called to inquire about a part and they confirmed it was in stock. After a 30 min dive, they told me they can’t sell to me because it says so on the front door. Very misleading business practice. Do yourself a favor and go to Dancool. They’ll have what you’re looking for and superior customer service.

I came here a week ago to buy a filter grill. The guy at the front measured my old one and gave what he told me was one that would fit. A few days later, I went to install, but, it didnt fit. So I went back to return it but they refused as I didnt have an account with them. Total BS. They sold me the wrong size and refused to refund me because I didnt have an account. This was never disclosed to me when I purchased the product. Awful business practices. These guys are a joke.
