Awful. Do NOT go here. They dont inform you of anything. I have 4 packages I sent to FL and need to have several others returned after a convention. They told me to come in with the info on the boxes and they could print out return labels. FALSE. I couldnt send because I didnt send them originally. Then when I tried to print the labels online, they said I have to drop them at a fedex location in FL. I live in CA. I wont have a car and some of the items are over 50lbs. They refused to help me online as the management is not taking any more calls or complaints at this time. Save yourself and use UPS.
