Randy and the rest of the staff was so awesome. From the time we walked into the store they all welcomed us with open arms. Randy especially took his time helping my fiance make his selection on a pair of Ray-Ban. He was very helpful to the point I purchased a pair of Tory Burch that I didnt plan to buy, his sells pitch is amazing. We were in town for the weekend and this was by fair the most pleasant experience ever. Great job guys.

Fantastic store. All of the staff were wonderful. The one gentleman (did not get his name) adjusted my wifes glasses. He would not stop until she was completely satisfied. One of the best experiences we have had in a long time.

Sign said only 4 customers at a time. We were refused service when there were only two of us. They then proceeded to have 6 people in the store after we had left. Just not very friendly people. They lost $401.63 to Buckles a few doors down. With extremely friendly service!

I came in and Morgan helped me. She is awesome. She is very much a straight shooter. Can’t say enough good things about her.

Bought two pairs of sunglasses not worrying that my friends weren’t there to give me a second opinion because of the “perfect pair promise”. Took them home, tried them on, decided I didn’t like them, so I put them right back in the bag/box. I went to return them and they refused to return them because they were scratched (I couldn’t even see the “scratches”) I never even wore them! You can clearly see there is no wear on the glasses at all! Do not believe their “perfect pair” promise and definitely triple check the sunglasses before leaving the store. Now I’m stuck with $350 worth of sunglasses that I don’t like.

Bad customer service, I got a sun glasses gift and when I tried to return it with a gift receipt and take a store credit the guy refused to return it and asked for the original receipt instead of the gift receipt....which is very weird and against their policy that is printed on the receipt!!!! Anyhow I was able to get the original receipt and return it with a full refund. I would never buy again from this place again, I’ve been going there for years, but after this experience I’m done with them.

The staff and management team at this location is exceptional! I came in with a problem and they offered a solution that exceeded my expectations. Lucas helped me while there and was friendly and swift in finding a resolution. Businesses like this make you feel good about spending your money with them. Great job...thank you!
