This is one of the cleanest Targets i have been to. The employees are all very friendly and have no problems answering any of my questions.

The WORST Target in the metro area. Outdated! They never have anything. I don’t understand how Target rebranded and forgot about this store! And I thought it was just delayed in the makeover but it’s like it’s never gonna happen here. They don’t even have self checkouts. I have to find an updated one nearby. I just hate coming to this one.

The clerk was very friendly and got my items rang up quickly. The store is clean and well stocked. The pharmacy staff is friendly and professional.

Great products at great prices. Stores are clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. Everything is easy to find; its awesome the website gives the exact aisle for products. Availability is usually really good and the ability to easy see if nearby stores are in-stock is great.

I came into this store to buy some candy and two minutes in while I was walking in this employee named Roger told me I have two options walk out or wait for the police. Idk what was wrong with him but Ive never experienced anything like this. I simply wanted to buy some candy and was walking but this person was extremely rude for no reason wont be coming back here

The store is always clean, organized and fully stocked. Each time I visit their is someone to greet and assist me making sure I find everything I need. All of the cashiers are fast, friendly and courteous!

I love coming to this Target! I’ve been a regular customer for about 2 years and I keep coming back due to their amazing customer service. My encounters with the workers here are always friendly and they are always so helpful. I enjoy coming to this location to buy Pokémon cards and am so grateful they’ve limited trading cards to 2 per customer. I feel like this Target actually enforces this policy, which I really appreciate as it allows for customers to actually get some product. Thank you for being a great place to shop!

This Target is kept very clean. The staff here is dedicated and energetic. The products are displayed in an attractive and easy to review manner. The aisles are kept clear.Prices are reasonable. There is plenty of parking.I really appreciate the personal service provided by the team members at this location. They fulfill their duties and provide a welcoming and warm environment to shop in.

The Cashier, Angel. I was having a bad day and she was just super bright and friendly and asked how my day was, entered the store in a bad mood and left feeling a bit better just from her friendly-ness. Very polite and efficient employee!

I love this location. It’s sad that it’s kinda far from where I live tho. They have amazing stock here. I almost always find what I’m looking for over there. They also have a great selection of kpop albums! 😍💜

Starbucks employee handled a situation so poorly I left the store, closed out my Starbucks account and refuse to go back to any Starbucks location. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. If anyone who knows me reads this I know your shocked. Yes I have been loyal to Starbucks for 20 years but I am not spending that amount of money to risk being humiliated.

I have always been satisfied with Target. Love the store, one of my favorites. I go to the Westland, Mi store a lot because it’s near my job and I’ll go during my lunch. Store always well kept, clean and I never have to wait in line long at all and the cashiers are very nice.

The employee went over and beyond to help me surprise my grandson with his toy

Today my fourteen year old visited this location to browse around and check out the reading selection since she loves to read and is a straight A, honor roll student but was so harassed by an employee that she no longer felt comfortable being in the store and she left! Needless to say my dollars will NEVER be spent at this location again!

The guy running the registers was working hard keeping the lines going. Long lines went fast. Unlike other Targets by my home.

Since rona this store is a joke. They lack organization and have lines that look like a half mile long. Why not just get some self check out lanes??? Instead of having workers direct traffic. I had 1 item and had to stand in line a long time. Im sure they are losing a lot of money with their LACK of a system.

The Westland Michigan Target has awesome workers. The store is clean, and everyone was helpful despite it being 2 days before Christmas. They made me appreciate going to that location.

So I come to this location fairly often and normally I dont have any issues, BUT I am going to say.. DO NOT BUY MEAT FROM HERE! I purchased 2 pounds of beef, made meatballs, which were temping at 220°F, and there was still RAW beef in the middle. Im talking like enough to make me and my fiance have food poisoning...So I call this location to inform them that maybe something is wrong with the beef because this isnt the first time this has happened... and they couldnt care, all they wanted was for me to bring proof.. they literally wanted me to bring in the beef and show them... which is SO unsanitary, so I brought it up there and because I didnt have the original packaging with me (target circle has not been picking up my purchases, it picked up 1 of the 2 pounds I bought) or any other proof then I was lying and dismissed me..I couldnt care less about my money back, all I was trying to do was inform them of a possible issue and they didnt take it seriously..

The store is well kept and the employees are great! However, I wish they would take more pride in the cleanliness outside the building. The parking lot and the surrounding lawns are always full of garbage and debris. Looks pretty ghetto to me.

Will never order a item for pickup from here... I’m waiting around for a couple hours thinking my order was about to be ready today and to come find out a email stating my order is out of stock. Why can’t you all pick the order right away and put it aside for the customer I don’t know what kind of system you all are doing but it’s not good...

Well kept store, however just incredibly long checkout times. It took me 30 minutes to checkout last time I was here, just 4 cashiers at peak hour isnt gonna make things great. It would also help to have some self checkout counters

Pokémon card buyers beware - I bought two blister packs and noticed they were actually resealed.The employees gave me a refund but they were very skeptical and did not believe me. I literally bought the packs, walked to my car, and walked back in after 5 minutes. And they thought I tampered with it myself.

I was incredibly disappointed with my entire experience here today. Within moments of walking in I saw 6 people without masks enter the store even though they are now absolutely required in Michigan. No one was checking masks or monitoring entry at all despite Target saying they are monitoring entry. I understand that employees are not expected to force patrons to comply, but it wasnt even being monitored and any signage wasnt very visible.The employees were masked, which I appreciate, and every employee I came across was respectful and friendly, but maintained proper distance. My complaint is not about the employees, but rather how the store is being managed at whatever level has control over this issue.I know my shopping there doesnt matter, but I hope this review will help any immunocompromised or concerned people who might consider shopping there. I would not recommend it.

The electronic section, who I think was the manager was so rude cause she made a mistake. I politely let her know that the activation of the phone didnt work and I was told that it wasnt scanned properly. She got so upset because her fat ego got hurt and started acting like I was the one who was wrong. Maybe shes just sad that shes fat but it still doesnt excuse how she was acting. I will never shop at this target . I might comeback just to piss her off lol

Unfortunately the Website does not correlate with this store in terms of accurate stock. Says many items are in stock at this particular location ( Which is farther for me ) that are infact out of stock . It was (4) different items that showed in inventory at this location online in which none of the (4) were in stock. Not sure if its a reporting error from the stores system or a website error. But all other locations within 30 minutes all accurately stated that they were out of stock. Next time I would advise just calling ahead first to ensure they have what you need. Especially if its a item the other targets are currently saying out of stock on but showing in stock here.

However, if you grab something with a sale sticker, make sure they dont remove the sticker and tell you it was a mistake....I was told by the cashier that someone mistakenly placed a sale sticker on the shoes and that I had to pay full price if I wanted them. Well that is a huge bummer and not my fault that someone did that and I should have received the sale price.
