Beware:! Bought their top six years. It began disintegrating immediately and steadily. Now junk, Their ten-year warranty is as worthless as the product

I think this company is out of business. Ive been calling them for a few weeks and get no response.

Placed an order with the company, received the topper damaged, sent pictures so they could file an insurance claim (which I believe they did) and had to continuously call them to get some help. I informed Rodney we where unable to get the cover to fit. He let me know they had sent out the wrong cover and would make it right. One year later and still no phone call or new cover.
