Robin is the Best. Needed copies of keys to a 1979 lincoln continental. She nailed it. Took a few tries. But she was determined to get it and she did. I tested the keys before leaving and she even checked my locks and did some maintenance. Thank you Robin!!! Highly recommended. 5stars.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Disappointed I have had to wait 4 days longer than promised. In the meantime, one of the ladies cut a new house key for me at no charge because I told her the 2 new keys I purchased at a hardware store were not working well, and even the original sometimes had to be jiggled. She explained about making copies from an original that has an issue is only going to worsen with copies, but they can make an adjustment. That copy she cut is better than the hardware store copies, but its still sticking. I appreciate that she offered to try without charging me.

This place is fantastic, they can make any key you need and Ive never had to bring any key back for not working.

I needed a key for an old Honda. The staff worked with me to get the key. They had a new machine that should make the key. They tried it and it worked. They were so reasonable on the price and spent extra time to get me a key.

Key got broke in a weird place and still got a duplicate. Great customer service. And they have the most beautiful German shepard.

The man was really nice and he came exactly on time. However, He tried to get over on me. Before I went to the bank I had asked him how much money do I owe and he said $$220. Then when I came back with my money he said I can just give him $260. I would have gave $260 but I was not having my sister take me back to the bank since he didnt say that when I asked him my total. Then he got mad and stormed off. Although I did not like the person who came out and helped me, I do recommend you to go here because the key does start my car. I just wish the people were a little more accurate with there prices.
